José María (4/5): Cero limpieza - El apartamento es espacioso y tiene fácil parking cerca El alojamiento estaba en general sucio. Lo peor las camas tenian muchas manchas y el sofá manchado completamente, la dueña nos dice que son manchas que no salen y que aún lavando se quedan ahí y nos da bajeras nuevas pero los colchones siguen sucísimos y el sofá igual.

Sarai (2/5): SUCIO, MUY SUCIO - La ubicación Limpieza muy mala, el apartamento estaba bastante sucio, en el sofá ni nos pudimos sentar de las manchas que tenía, el baño y fregaza los tuve que hacer yo, en el colchón te hundes y almohadas, muy blandas. Y sobre la limpieza... Dejo fotos adjuntas. PD: He dejado el apartamento más limpio que la señora de la limpieza (tengo vídeo que lo demuestra).
Philip (8/5): It was clean, in a good central location but more needs more facilities - An extra pillow on the double bed would be good. We only had one pillow on each double bed. Also, pillow and mattress protectors would be advisable. The pillows were a bit smelly. A few extras in the kitchen would be good ie washing up liquid, maybe some cling film and tin foil and a tea towel. Also a few more dishwasher tablets, only one was provided and some washing powder for the washing machine. Kitchen roll and a few more rolls of toilet paper would be good, we had one roll per bathroom. The 'balcony' is not really a balcony, it is a 'Juliette' balcony. The towels provided were not large enough, the 'bath' towel was only big enough to go around your shoulders or waist.

Meryem (7/5): À améliorer - Les équipements neufs l appartement rénové Les gestionnaires administratifs qui gèrent la location sont agréables à travers la messagerie et arrangeants. Les petits restaurants à côté dans la vielle ville de San Pedro (il y a de tout pour manger) L emplacement loin de la plage (San Pedro très pénible avec ses galets) La nuisance sonore du chantier à côté (bruit de camions et de travaux très tôt le matin en semaine). Un peu cher comme prix par rapport à ce qu’aurait pu offrir marbella ou même Fuengirola pas très loin et plus abordable La propreté des lieux (certains endroits et vaisselle étaient mal nettoyés) Très peu de consommables (4 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 4 personnes pour 8 nuits!) Literie peu confortable (très très molle )
Arré (8/5): - La ubicación perfecta, fuimos un grupo de cuatro personas y cogimos el apartamento duplex de dos habitaciones. Precioso, amplio y con una terraza fantástica. Nos encantó! El sofá estaba completamente manchado, daba un poco de cosilla sentarse.
veronica (1/5): Soggiorno terrificante - nulla Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è stato purtroppo segnato da condizioni igieniche inaccettabili fin dal nostro arrivo: stoviglie con residui di cibo vecchio, piatti, bicchieri e tazze sporchi, asciugamani con capelli e macchie, carta igienica usata lasciata nei bagni e una generale mancanza di pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente la situazione a Booking e all’host, ma l’intervento di pulizia straordinaria non ha risolto i problemi. La persona inviata si è presentata con modi scortesi e un atteggiamento aggressivo, affermando che in “40 minuti” non avrebbe potuto sistemare tutto e arrivando persino a suggerirci di pulire noi stesse piuttosto che “discutere”. Abbiamo scelto Booking proprio per avere garanzie di qualità e tutela in casi simili, ma la gestione del reclamo e il rimborso proposto si sono rivelati del tutto insufficienti, soprattutto considerando la gravità delle condizioni trovate e il disagio vissuto. Soggiorno deludente sotto ogni punto di vista: la struttura non rispetta standard minimi di pulizia e accoglienza, e l’assistenza ricevuta non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Tetiana (10/5): Nice place to stay in the heart of San Pedro - We liked everything! The location is very closed to the city center and the main street with its various cafes and shops. 3 min walk from the apartment there is Carrefour supermarket. The apartment itself is clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed spectacular view from the balcony every morning! You would fine everything needed for cooking and comfortable staying there!

Enjoyed being able to walk out to shops and the field round corner doubles up as car park so no problem parking The only downside was that it wasn’t well appointed with very basic kitchen ware, there was no hand soap or batteries in remotes (and a few cushions on the sofa would be great)

(4/5): Disappointing - the apartment is spacious, clean, newly reconstructed and ikea furnished if you have a car, the apartment is close to night life in Banus port absolutely do not book last minute if you do not have booking app or you do not check email box every hour, we were standing 40minutes in front of the gate, the phone number given on booking webpage is unreachable, we had been many times refused to continue the communication over the phone number provided

David (8/5): After the hassle of access we really enjoyed the property and would certainly recommend it to others - Cleanliness & peacefulness of the property considering it was at the core of the town. It would have been better if the host had sent a separate message concerning the process of obtaining access to the property instead of tagging it on to the Bookings, com email ! We felt that the property lacked instructions on use and did not like the draining of dishes & cutlery idea even though this is the old Spanish way of doing such. there was also a lack of cleaning materials.

It was very convenient to have a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the air conditioning added to the comfort. The interior design was also pleasing. The apartments are located close to restaurants and shops, which is a big plus!
