• Ana Maria (6/5): Pasable - La ubicación el apartamento no estaba mal un poco descuidado con un poquito la atención estaría mucho mejor No estaba muy limpio tampoco mal, el sofá cama no tiene sábanas ropa de cama adecuada no da para cubrirlo ni las mantas suficientes la ventana no tenía estor entraba muchísima luz , el resto de las camas dos bastante bien pero una dura como una piedra y el sofá pues lo dicho antes y tampoco lo más cómodoy sobre todo no había agua caliente que para cinco chicas ,un fin de semana, es bastante importante. La comunicación con el propietario fue complicada quería que le esperásemos en el apartamento para mirar la caldera pero no concreto ninguna hora le ofrecimos por la mañana o por la tarde y no nos contestó. No íbamos a perder todo el día esperándole sin disfrutar de la ciudad. En resumen una pena porque con un poquito de interés estaría puntuando bastante más alto. Ah y comentar que el portal da un poco de miedo la verdad y la puerta de entrada muy endeble. Nos costó encontrar el cajetín donde estaba la llave pero con ayuda de la gente muy amable lo conseguimos una hora y media después
• Rosalía (1/5): Es una estafa, no reservar - Es una estafa, vive una persona allí desde agosto, no pudimos quedarnos allí y tuvimos que buscarnos opciones en el mismo día siendo ya de noche en Londres que hubiera alguien viviendo alli
• Ratola (1/5): Ne pas réserver chez cette personne - Rien car c est une arnaque il nous a dit qu on devait avoir les clés à 20h et rien et personne. Nous avons du trouver un hôtel à 23h et repayer les 3 nuits d hôtel très chère. Que l on soit fait arnaquer

• Hennadii Opara (1/5): - Совершенно не рекомендую этого хозяина. Бронь была почти за месяц. В итоге по прибытию на место никто не встретил и на телефон более часа не отвечал. Когда удалось дозвониться он сказал что не может нас поселить из за того что якобы номер не убран и ключи у уборщици которая пропала) Вообщем бред полный, моя Семья и я посреди Лондона почти что ночью без ночлега. Долго связывались со службой Букинга дабы решить это безобразие. В итоге через 3 часа нам подтвердили официально что нас не заселят в этот номер и деньги вернули. А ещё должны были предложить соответствующее жилье, такая как уже ночь и искать времени не оставалось. Предложили нам не соответствующее нашему количеству людей жилье. Слава богу я сам нашёл но уже подороже да и подальше от центра. Куда мы ещё час добирались. Букиинг посчитал нам компенсацию в 28 фунтов вместо полной разницы в цене, так как мы не согласились на рекомендуемое ими жилье))))

• wan hafizah (1/5): upgare your responbility if u want your bussiness sucsess - not worth money because we are booking for 4 people and last minute time owner change location and give us smll house for 2 people but we told already we are 4 people.. and we paid £466 for 3 night..and owner make promise and promise to settle until we check out not call to settle.. no responsibiity from owner..waste time and money if u want make it 2 bedroom for small flat no need put sofa bed just puf queen bed.. the place for human not for cat..

• Bev (3/5): - Close to Euston station Had issues getting in as there were no keys in the lock box and had to wait an hour to be let in by the cleaner who hadn't cleaned the apartment. She changed the beds and towels but the floors weren't hovered or mopped. The taps in the bathroom leaked and the shower curtain was covered in black mould. We wiped down surfaces ourselves as they were filthy. The address is wrong on booking com it's 72 not 70 and check in time is 4 not 3 o clock. We were told 3 different flat numbers by various messages and none of the lock boxes had keys in them. After a long journey it was very frustrating to have to wait on a busy street for an hour and then the cleaner barely spoke English so it was hard to understand what we were to do. Entrance was dirty and had holes in the ceiling and was very shabby. Wouldn't recommend!!!
• Panikian (3/5): Thank you - I liked of it being close to Euston Station and near Sainsbury supermarket I am dissapointed to know the property that i booked initially was cancelled due to boiler issues, and was given another property instead. Very noisy as there was a road work next to the building. The food smell from nearest restaurant was quite overwhelming. We were sleeping without a cover because the duvet had an unpleasant smell.

• John (8/5): Very good - Close to Euston station, Camden Markets and St Pancras station. Convenient to smaller stores. Plenty of room with good views of the two streets. Elevator close to the room, with stairs as an option. Bed linen was clean and crisp. Mattress in main room needs replacing.

• Purcell (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation was very clean and comfortable other than the queen bed was very squeaky. The location is very good and good value for money. The communication wasn't great between us and the owners as they gave us the wrong combination for the lock to the key four times and we got no word from them till 4 o'clock even though we were told we could leave our bags in. And also the wifi would not work which was a big down fall.

• William (1/5): Avoid. No communication and they don’t stick to check in times - Nothing The property was not ready for us until 19:15pm. They allowed us to leave our bags in the room at 18:00. Upon entering when we left our bags the room had a horrific smell. Communication was poor so for safety we decided not to stay and to pay for another room elsewhere

• Lynn (9/5): Great accomodation and responsible host! - The host told us that the first property we booked had bed bugs. So, thank you for being a responsible host. Despite the last minute change by the host when we just arrived at Heathrow airport and almost disrupt our plan to catch the early morning Eurostar to Paris, it worked well in the end. Luckily, it was an 8 minutes walk to the bus stop to catch the 205 bus that took us to St Pancras Station. It’s also close to the tower bridge- 20 minutes leisurely walk while having a cup of coffee on the go. The children were happy too. We are family of six with grown up children and the 3 bedrooms property fits us comfortably. Clean 1 bathroom and toilet. This property is close to shops and to most London attractions. We would recommend this property and certainly rebook for our future visit to London. Maybe for improvement- the shower head didn’t have a hook so we have to hold it while taking shower. The toilet sink was slow draining, an extra 2 minutes for each one of us to take shower. Otherwise, everything would splendid!

• Mariamkhan (8/5): Very good - Location, amenities. The host did not reply to any of our messages on bookingcom or on whatsapp. We even called several times, but there was no response. It was way past our checkin time, and we were roaming about the streets with small kids. Then, finally, we got through once, and then again, no response. We had to keep calling/texting to get a response.

Booking.com should seriously check their management . - None When I got to the address of Stay in Easton, I was told to go to the other AirB&B type hostel in Earl`s Coart. This total chaos happend at 23:00 at night under the rain. Additionally the quality of accomodation at Earl's Coart was very narrow with two two-story beds. I am totally unhappy so the money I paid should be partially refunded in accordance with the quality delivered.
• Pedro (7/5): Family visit to London - Excelent location, with several underground lines. The kitchen is well equipped despite the lack of a dishwasher. The windows need a fix in order for them to properly close. I believe the heating costs could benefit from this.
