The restaurant is of course good. All staffs (front, restaurant, room cleaning, driver ) are excellent. Especially Japanese staff supported everything to me so well. Staff's Origins are various countries. It is so nice Hotel's policy. Steps to my room is so hard for me. I want to choose the different room next time.

Arjen (10/5): Voor de echte Bourgondiër is dit hotel een bedevaartsoord. - Midden in het centrum van Beaune. Prachtige locatie! Personeel is er om je te ontzorgen en dat doen ze geweldig; altijd bereidwillig en nooit opdringerig. Uitstekend restaurant.
farrah (9/5): Beautiful building, incredible staff with hearts of gold. We are already planning our return - lovely location and a beautiful room. Staff were adorable and even didn't charge us for one of our dogs. Little bit old fashioned interiors but the bathroom was old and actually looked amazing.

K Grogan (5/5): Skip it, there are better options - Good location right in the heart of Beaune (however in-season expect our room would be quite noisy), nice bathroom and bath supplies. Loved the American Bar on the property. Used the chauffeur service to Paris - convenient but quite expensive. We stayed in the Carnot Suite (only room available), which we knew from reviews here was not part of the hotel, but still expected to receive the same service. This was more like a glorified Airbnb - someone showed us to our room, but after that we had little interaction with the staff. We had dinner in the bistro the first evening, my husband had a stomach bug the next day, I had it the following. I went down to the front desk to let them know and try to arrange housekeeping, which never happened our whole stay and no one checked on us or followed up. I was very ill on our departure day but the staff was only focused on turning the room for the next guest. Really disappointing, especially given the price.

irene (10/5): Two days in the village of Beaune with close proximity to aromas of artisanal food & wine - This was our second visit to L'Hotel after many years and we still love the charm. We miss some of the long term employees who made the trip personalised who have now moved on. The location is perfect in beautiful Beaune. The room cleaning was just as wonderful and attentive. The timing for freshening up was impressive when we left for breakfast. The heat in the bathroom needed to be toned down. I remember a wonderful French Tomato Omellete to this day the best I have tasted however the Omelette on this trip was not a patch!

From the concierge who parked my car to the front desk staff who took my luggage and showed me to my room including the standard of cooking and care in the restaurant, le Bistro a l'Hotel, across the courtyard it all went beautifully. I will definitely return.

Authentiek met alle comfort. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ook voor onze dochter van 1 jaar werd een heerlijk diner gekookt buiten de gebruikelijke tijden. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Wij komen hier zeker terug.
