Lamentablemente el precio fue un poco caro, pero eran unos días de feria y no había nada más económico. La comunicación con el propietario, muy correcta

Bagno privato fuori dalla stanza, pulizia modesta (c'era una lattina vuota) e con i prodotti dell'inquilino presenti. La cucina nell'annuncio è segnata come privata ma in realtà è in condivisione con gli altri affittuari della casa.

• Emil (10/5): Great Value for the Price - Traveling to Milan on a fairly limited budget, I was honestly shocked by the kinds of hotel options I was finding for that price. Then I came across this place. At first, the idea of renting a room in a shared apartment felt a bit unusual to me, but in the end it turned out to be a great experience. On one of the two days I was actually alone in the apartment, and on the other day there were two wonderful, cheerful young girls from Naples. We ended up having a lovely conversation in the kitchen. Sergio, the owner of the apartment, kindly allowed me to check in earlier than the official time. Even though we never actually met in person during my stay, he was constantly available on WhatsApp and provided all the necessary information about the self check-in, the apartment itself, and the neighborhood around it. Nothing to complain about. Everything was even better than I had expected.

• Claudia Vilela (7/5): - O apartamento é muito bem localizado em um bairro tranquilo, com parada de transporte público perto, várias opções de supermercado, bares e restaurantes. Sendo mais ou menos 20 minutos de caminhada do Navigli. O proprietário foi muito gentil e atencioso, passando não só explicações detalhadas de como entrar no apartamento , mas também várias dicas de supermercados, bares, cafeteiras e restaurantes nas ruas próximas ao local. Infelizmente o ralo do chuveiro estava cheio de cabelos. Possivelmente dos últimos hóspedes. Isso não foi muito agradável.

• Jeroen (9/5): Prima hostel. - Het is een ontzettend leuke plek, en vlakbij de metro op de M4, dus rechtstreeks richting Linate. De host is fantastisch. En zelf check-in, ook erg fijn. Ter overweging: het is geen hotel, maar een AirBnB. Het is een appartement dat je deelt met een andere kamer. Je hebt allebei je eigen badkamer, maar de ingang daarvan gaat wel via een gezamenlijke gang - waar je elkaar dus tegen kunt komen. Wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

Sergio was always easy to reach by phone and communicated everything very quickly and was eager to help. We also got a day of city tax costs refunded because of repairs taking place during our stay. The location is good for getting to the city center as the metro and trams are very close.

• Anurima (9/5): Superb - Our stay was wonderful! The room was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and Sergio was an excellent host—responsive and helpful, with great dining recommendations. Although a bit far from Milan Centrale, the comfort and hospitality made it well worth it!

The price is competitive for a place in Milan (not the centre) The room is in a private flat. The owner are renting for short stays the house of a relative or maybe their own. This means that the house is full of belongings of a family. The flat was built maybe in the sixties. This means cozy and familiar and typical milanese flavour but also in this case: leaking sink, broken roller shutter, hard lock for the main door, no proper coffee machine or at least a kettle. But you can find a lot of pictures on the walls, souvenirs and books all around. You feel like you are in someone else’s house and for someone this is not a pleasure, can be quite awkward. I suggest the renter to do small adjustments and invest in creating a proper space for strangers who stay for a holiday rent or a work trip.

He was helpful and gave lots of recommendations for places to eat in the area. Apartment was clean and spacious, and neighborhood felt safe to walk around late at night. Good location, less than 30 minutes to the center, we took tram 14 and M2 train into the city I think the windows were very thin because at night, noise from the street and outdoors sounded like it was inside. But the comfy bed made up for that factor a little.

• Rimma (10/5): Exceptional - These couple of days turned out to be really rich in impressions because of the amazing location - just about 17 min from the canal and only 20 from the red line subway station (direct to Duomo) and you can spot a friendly squirrel on the way)), not to mention numerous cafes and a great supermarket with delicious food.Good value for the money!The owner is super-helpful with tips about restaurants, shops and so on.Both the room and the bathroom have keys to close, so one feels completely safe.I really liked the interior- very close to what I have at home, with various books, interesting pictures and curious eye-catching elements of decor. During my stay I had to do some job-related tasks, not just embrace Milan in its greatness, but the good wifi made it comfortable and the microwave makes it fast to fix some stuff to get the energy.Hope I didn't disturb too much, hehe, as the walls are a bit thin)) PS Oh, and one special prompt for the art-lovers - book online to see The Last Supper about 3 weeks beforehand - then you won't miss it)
