Sehr sauber. Lage top! Nur 10 min zu Fuß zur Bahnstation Fuengirola (der S-1 zum Flughafen in Málaga, 35 min 3.70€ und zum Ortskern mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants, 10 min zum Strand. Herzliche Betreuung durch Vermieter!!! Das Gebäude mit 6 Appartments ist ein wenig hellhörig. Jedoch waren die Nachbarn sehr leise. Wir haben wunderbar schlafen können. Matratze war für mich ok, meiner Mitreisenden ein wenig zu hart.

• Karen (10/5): Great little apartment. - The property is very well equipped with everything you could need. The layout of the apartment is very good. The furniture is all very comfortable. The location is great, right in the centre of everything but on a quiet residential street. The communication before our arrival was excellent. The only downside is the construction work at the rear of the apartment but to be honest it didn’t bother us too much. They don’t start til 8 am and the layout of the apartment means the noise isn’t too bad. We were out most of the of the day so we weren’t really inconvenienced by it.

Muchos bares y restaurantes en sus alrededores. Cogimos dos apartamentos, un primero con ascensor uno enfrente de otro, por si sois muchos esta genial. Limpieza un 10 y camas muy comodas. Siempre atentos y pendientes de nosotros para ayudarnos en todo lo que nos hizo falta. La ubicación, perfecta, cerca de la playa, cerca del centro y aún así una calle muy tranquila, sin apenas ruidos. Las almohadas son demasiado finas y blandas para nuestro gusto, pero como eso va por gustos, supongo que a otros eso también les irá bien... jejejeje...

Appartement ligger sentralt, billigheten er fantastisk. vi trengt ikke bil i hele tatt. kort avstand til alt vi trengte ( Tog til/fra flyplass. butikker. kafeteriaer. restauranter. offentlig transport. attraksjoner. og strender ) Det kun ikke ha blitt bedre. Leiligheten var rent, ryddig og koselig, vi følte oss hjemme. sengene var komfortable. Vi vil anbefale denne eiendommen, og kommer gjerne tilbake ved fremtidige besøk i Fuengirola. Ingenting alt var bra.

• Daria (10/5): Fuengirola's finest vacay spot - Mercedes and Julia are dream hosts! Communication prior to the trip was smooth, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. They went above and beyond to help us, especially since we arrived before the official check-in time, and every exchange with them was warm and kind. Honestly, it felt more like visiting friends than renting a property. Now, a bit about the flat: the location is absolutely perfect. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with a direct train from Málaga Airport, the transfer was seamless. The flat has easy access to two beaches, Fuengirola and San Francisco. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend San Francisco beach for its shallow entrance and soft sand. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a Mercadona, plus lots of small shops and restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Despite being so central, the flat is on a quiet street, with no traffic or clubs nearby, so you can truly relax. The flat itself is very well laid out. There’s a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. Having two bathrooms after a beach day is a blessing! Each room has air conditioning, perfect for cooling off after the sun. The mattresses are on the firmer side (which I personally love), and even the sofa bed in the living room was incredibly comfortable, much better than your typical fold-out. The kitchen, in the words of my aunt, is “better equipped than my own!” You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. Unless you’re planning to bake an elaborate cake, you’re all set. A thoughtful bonus: beach towels were provided in addition to the regular amenities, which made packing lighter so much easier. All in all, Mercedes and Julia have created the perfect vacation spot. The comfort and convenience of the flat are only matched by their lovely, helpful personalities. Highly, highly recommended! Everything was awesome

It was a perfect match for our family and exceeded our expectations in many ways. From the moment we booked until the day we left, the communication from the host was outstanding—clear, friendly, and helpful throughout. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. With two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, it offered great comfort and privacy. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal—centrally placed and just a short walk from the beach. It was also easy to reach by car, which was a big plus for us. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to return on future visits to Fuengirola.

Steps to shops, cafes, bus station, train station, beach and port yet quiet street. Live close to Spanish residents not tourists. Sizeable property with two baths where they have thought of every need. Truly outstanding. And the hosts keeps in touch with you so you’re never alone. Surrounded by other properties so some may not like that windows are partially shuttered - did not affect our stay.

(Be aware, at this time there’s a construction going on nearby) Very clean Apt and well equipped kitchen. Parking for small cars next to the building. Super friendly staff, Mercedes, Julia and Tito will make you feel like home!

The hosts couldn't do enough for us, they responded immediately to any questions we had over WhatsApp and were really flexible with our check out time as we had a late flight home. Really recommend this place, we had a great time. Apartment is very central in Fuengirola, with the beaches and nightlife only a few minute's walk away. Plenty of local restaurants and cafes, banks and everything you'll need for an enjoyable break. This was a five night stay in early October with my wife and our late teenage daughter.

In spite of that, it was calm and peaceful. The owner was very kind and helpful ready to be of use whenever you need her. I strongly recommend it.
