• Linda (10/5): - Michele reached out through Messages and gave us the details of when he would meet us at the apartment. He was on time and showed us around and made sure we had what we needed before he left. The apartment was wonderful. The pictures did not do justice to the amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated and clean. The common areas were nicely decorated and the balcony was our favorite part to overlook the city. It was a very comfortable stay and the location was close to many of the local highlights of Florence. I highly recommend this property.

• Ryan H (8/5): Amazing stayed on the river. - Beautiful rooms and decor. Close to everything in Florence and was well appointed with everything you need to cook at home. Truly the perfect location. Washing machine needed to be cleaned, got left closed and smelled (not a big deal just ment going to the laundry mat)

• Alfonso (10/5): Estancia perfecta en un apartamento fantástico. - Alojamiento muy limpio, moderno, cómodo y cerca de todo. Vistas fantásticas al río Arno y el centro de Florencia. La ducha no iba bien y los calefactores no supimos hacerlos funcionar.
• Jason (10/5): - The entire place was like something out of a travel blog or Instagram post. It did not seem real. The views were spectacular, the rooms and beds were perfectly comfortable and exactly what we needed. The host was great, explained everything and was prompt and communicative. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The location was great, easy walking to everything we wanted to see and do. The design and decoration of the apartment was very fun. I would say that if the host left written instructions for access to wifi would be the only thing. There really wasn't anything else to say - this apartment was amazing.

Apartment needs some maintenance to justify the higher rates. - The location is excellent and the outdoor balcony is perfect for New Years Eve where you are literally above the fireworks. A few steps from all the main sights and yet a local supermarket, a lovely bakery, coffee shop and a local square with restaurants and bars (Santo Spirito) close by. The apartment is large enough for 4 people the balcony is what makes it special! The views are beautiful! We were there in winter outdoor temperatures at night were very cold. The apartment was cold on arrival and needed heating with more than the reversible air-con. The Radiators did not work efficiently. In the living room one only heated successfully by only 1/3. In both the living room and main bedroom the radiators made loud tin like noises constantly, fine during the day but at night this made it difficult to sleep as constant tin like banging noises. We informed the property manager but we received no support likely as our stay was over New Year. No tea towels were supplied and only a dirty sponge for wiping the work surface. There was old used yogurt left outside the fridge probably by the cleaners on arrival. There is a large area of damp in the main bedroom this continues into the main bathroom which has not been fixed.

• Susie (10/5): We loved it and would stay again as was very comfortable and clean! - Perfect central location and fabulous to have a view of the Arno and Florence from both bedrooms. We didn't use the terrace in November but in summer this would be really fun! The apartment is well kitted out and was spacious for the 4 of us. We so enjoyed the morning golden light and reflections on the water. The main shower needs attention as leaking from the sides. The smaller shower was excellent.

• Jessica (10/5): Loved it! Would stay here again. - The location was amazing! The balcony overlooking the Arno was perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to get to in the city. The space was also great since we were going with another couple. The only con was the smoke smell in the hallways, outside of the apartment.
• Susan (10/5): Fantastic, didn’t want it to end. Future apartments we stay at have a lot to compete with - The location was perfect, easy walk to key places of interest. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and provided amazing views of Florence. A big bonus was it had a lift. Really there are no negatives about the apartment, it ticked all the boxes. If I had to give an area / opportunity for improvement it would be the beds could be a little softer.

Have us a quick tour. Very roomy, beautiful view of arno river, and safe. Would highly recommend! The bed was not very comfortable but manageable.

The view from the large balcony was spectacular. The staff was exceptional. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to contact us late one evening to facilitate a lost bag delivery from the airport. We loved it. Nothing negative to say.
• Patricia (10/5): A perfect place to enjoy Florence. - It’s so much quieter than being in the center of town, which is just a 10 minutes walk away. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. The location is convenient to everything (ie a grocery store, a coffee shop, a gelateria, within a few steps of the apartment). The interior is very comfortable.

It was unfortunate based on the reviews we read initially. - Location was nice, overlooking river and convenient to all parts of Florence Room smelled of smoke, was supposed to be non-smoking room. Ants were found on floor in bathroom. Shower head in main bathroom needs replacement. Room was not ready upon our arrival. When we first entered the apartment, it was left dirty by previous occupants, which was disturbing for us to see. Cleaning crew then showed up afterwards. We did not get the feeling that the property manager truly cared about the experience of those paying money to rent this apartment.

The highlight, without a doubt, was the view – overlooking the rooftops of Florence and catching glimpses of the Duomo, especially magical at sunset. The location was ideal: tucked away enough to be peaceful, yet just a short walk from key attractions, cafes, and shops. A perfect blend of charm, convenience, and comfort. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers!

• Mandeep (7/5): The overall stay was comfortable because of the location and helpful staff - It’s a clean, spacious and well located apartment. The view from the apartment is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The facilities are very basic according to the amount being charged. The small bottle of shampoo was empty and no dental kits, conditioner etc provided. Cleaning facility also comes with an extra charge. The hand shower did not work.

Highly recommend. - Impeccable in all ways, stunning location with own private balcony, beautifully fitted out apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and generous living & kitchen/ dining space. Close to bars, cafes, shops and attractions. Attentive host as well, very helpful. Could not see a microwave oven in the kitchen. That’s the only thing.

The apartment itself is very artfully done with lots of character and taste. The hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for food and sights. Would highly recommend a stay here!

• Sharla (10/5): Beautiful apartment, beautiful views. - This apartment was beautiful and perfectly situated on the Arno river with fantastic views of most of the major Florence sights. Easy walking to everything we wanted to do & see. Apartment was very very spacious- master bathroom was huge. Loved it and would highly recommend to all my friends. There was absolutely nothing negative.
• Mark (10/5): This is the finest apartment-type stay we've ever had, and we've had a lot. - The location was spectacular, with a balcony overlooking the Arno River from 4 stories high. The suite had art deco furnishings, very cool, and great colors throughout. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious. I would guess it was renovated recently. A microwave oven would have been nice. Otherwise, there is nothing else to complain about!

We liked staying on the other side of the Arno River. Check-in was a bit confusing, but the host was responsive on the phone to walk us through it. WiFi password wasn’t working and took awhile to resolve. No written instructions for basic essentials or recommendations were in the apartment which would have been helpful to first time visitors. But other than these minor issues, we had a fabulous stay.

The air conditioning was fantastic as the August temperatures were high. We really liked the decor and it was big enough for our family of 4 travelling with teens. • Daria (9/5): All family members were very happy with place and space, which made the stay perfect. - The location, apartment is placed on the other side of Florence with view on lake Arno, which makes it less noisy and you can feel yourself comfortable. Also apartment it self have enough space for a family of four, everyone has their own space. Big plus for being pet friendly! Honestly experiencing other apartment in Italy, and their mutual treat to scam tourists, I wasn’t expecting much. But this place surprised me and change my mind, no complains! Enjoyed every day:)
• Caroline (9/5): Fantastic apartment in great location on the river - Fabulous location overlooking the river, and the balcony was just fantastic to sit on both in the morning and evening. Very clean and modern apartment, with everything you could need. Lovely beds and air con was very welcome in the hot weather. Bars, restaurants and ice cream shops very close by. The only minor negative was there is work being carried out at the apartment/s right next door although not excessively loud the work started around 7.30am midweek (nothing heard at the weekend). It didn’t affect us massively as we were out all day, but not sure what the noise levels would be during the day. It also seems that this work will be continuing for a while. We were not informed of the works.

Beds were comfortable and the balcony was such a pleasure to have. We enjoyed staying on the south side of the Arno, yet were minutes away from all the sites. We couldn't recommend it more. Everything was wonderful - it would have been nice to have had a microwave, but it certainly wasn't a huge negative given that everything else was so great.
• Annette (10/5): The most wonderful location overlooking the Arno in an authentic area of Florence. - The communication with staff was excellent though we never saw anyone. It was easy to get help with the water heater through text. The apartment was very quiet but the location was perfect! So close to everything but on the side of the Arno that felt less touristy. We walked everywhere and ate the most amazing meals! Even found a wine window one street over! The grocery store was right around the corner as was a wonderful coffee shop. The kitchen was well-stocked for us and the hosts were kind to have all the basics there for us including coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, etc. We loved having the washer and dryer though the dryer only worked on very small loads and clothes were mostly left damp so we also had to hang them over night to dry. The bathrooms were gorgeous!! And the main one was quite large! The shower was heavenly and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms! The view was so amazing and we sat on our balcony nightly to enjoy a glass of wine. Better instructions for the washer-dryer and water heater would be nice to have at the apartment. But really we loved it so much!!

• Katz (10/5): Stunning apartment in great location - This was a spacious, comfortable, very clean apartment, in a wonderful location with great views. The doors leading onto the balcony from each room and the balcony itself were lovely. There is a great supermarket around the corner and a relaxed local caffe. The apt is close to everything, yet it's really nice to be on this side of the Arno. I've been to Florence a few times and always stayed on the other side and never fully enjoyed my stay. Here, it's a little apart from the tourists and noise, but close enough to get to anything quickly. The kitchen was very easy to use, and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine. Nothing!
