• isabel (5/5): - El sofá cama que indican,no lo es, es un sofá nada más. La estancia era para tres personas y el apartamento estaba preparado para dos, incluida ropa de cama. La zona para aparcar es muy complicada.

• FRANCISCO (4/5): Anticuada , limpia bien situada - Me invitaron a irme del apartamento, porque llame (después de buscar que no encontré) para solicitar funda de almohada que no estaba puesta.

В квартире было все необходимое для короткого пребывания: плита, микроволновая печь, холодильник, туалетные принадлежности. Все инструкции по получению ключей были высланы вовремя и попасть в апартаменты не составило труда. Но обратите внимание, вы входите в апартаменты сразу с улицы, скорее всего, ранее это был магазин или офис. И рядом находятся сразу двое апартаментов, поэтому уточняйте, какой именно Ваш: 1 или 2, чтобы не перепутать. Но улица, на которой находятся апартаменты, тихая, на окне есть решетка, поэтому все было отлично

• Valeria (5/5): - Check-in andato male: l' host aveva sbagliato il loft, l' ho cercato chiamandolo e con SMS ma mi ha risposto dopo due ore; un odore a mio avviso troppo pungente e sgradevole in casa (profumo ambiente) che impregna ogni oggetto lasciato in casa; ambienti privi di areazione se non tramite ventola e piccola finestra su strada; lenzuola e copriletto sporchi; no asciugacapelli; una porta secondaria e un armadio con lucchetto; letto "matrimoniale" molto corto
• Dawn (3/5): - Location Felt very unsafe on the street,it was very rundown. The apartment was an old street garage that was turned into a small apartment. The bed was so very hard and also iam 5ft6inch and my feet hung out the bottom. My husband whom is 5ft 9inch had to lie in the fetal position all night,needless to say his back was in agony the next morning. There was no Internet. Flats up above were so loud with a barking dog most of the night. The main stair well is also above you so you hear everyone going up and down. Pigeons nesting above the front door and dead ones on the street.

• MIGUEL ÁNGEL (8/5): - Espacioso, cerca de transporte público, Las claves de acceso son iguales para los dos apartamentos que hay, deberían ser diferentes para evitar situaciones como las q se produjeron. La cama no es muy grande de longitud, yo mido 1,70 y mis pies estaban al borde de la cama.

• Angel (8/5): Relació qualitat-preu TOP - El pis complia amb tot el que buscavem per a una nit, era net, comode i estava ben ubicat. Per dir alguna cosa, el sostre es molt baixet al segon pis i a la zona de pas al lavabo, per a una persona alta era incomode.

• Gemma (1/5): Cold and dark - It was clean The throws on the sofas had stains, the shower was cold and when I asked if I was doing something wrong it was explained that the tank can take a while to heat up if other properties have had showers, The apartment has no natural light and was cold, we plugged the heaters in to get warm which turned the electric off and we went 12 hours with no electricity and where then told not to use the heaters which meant the second night we where wrapped in quilts trying to keep warm.
• Paola (1/5): Pésimo. - La verdad es que ha sido una mala experiencia, a las 22:00 de la noche se fue la luz y no nos dieron resolución, al levantarnos seguíamos sin luz, no pudimos hacer uso de nada, ni cenar ni desayunar, los aparatos y electrodomésticos dejaban mucho q desear, muebles con candados y lavavajillas precintado, por no decir los ruidos de la noche en la parte del extractor como un animal rascando. No hemos podido dormir. He puesto reclamación. Lo come todo anteriormente.

• Ana (8/5): - El sofá y la cama eran bastante cómodos, y la casa estaba bien equipada, aunque algunos electrodomésticos no funcionaban correctamente La casa no es apta para gente alta, había algunas zonas en las que mi pareja tenía que andar agachado porque se daba con el techo

I'm very disappointed. 👎 - I don't like nothing very disappointed 😕 The place smells on mool,old..air-conditioning not working...very cold ,location to far from everything...and bed behaviour of person who is responsible for place....no recommendation to no one.Big 0.when l call to say that air-conditioning not working and that's very cold inside...he say l can do nothing if l don't like l can find ader accommodation and no money return...Big Disappointment ...First time happen somthing like that to me they not deserve 1 star and the price is over to much.The box for refreshing place was empty.

Por el día tiene mucha vida y la gente va a pasear y a correr pero por la noche da un poco de respeto ya que hay un descampado dónde ponen las ferias y no está muy iluminado El Loft es muy bonito pero se oye todo lo de la calle. La fachada del edificio está lleno de palomas.

Masina de spalat vase nu functiona, nu am avut detergent de vase, buretii erau vechi si murdari, in pat exista o singura perna mare (cat patul) insa somnul e mult mai bun cand fiecare are perne proprie.

• yessica (1/5): Pésimo - Nada Todo mal, el alojamiento estaba sucio. Pensé que íbamos a ser mi marido y yo pero al llegar descubrimos a más invitados. Las cucarachas andaban tan felizmente por el alojamiento. El apartamento olía a cañería, si hubiésemos tenido la oportunidad de irnos nos hubiéramos ido nada más llegar, respirar ese aire no tiene que ser bueno para los pulmones. El alojamiento posiblemente fuera antes un garaje, el techo donde estaba la cama era muy bajo. No lo recomiendo ni para dormir una noche.

• Siegfried (1/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in Valencia – Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! - Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos zunächst schön und modern eingerichtet, aber leider konnte sie diese Erwartungen in der Realität nicht erfüllen. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir von einem unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch begrüßt, der an Schimmel und Abflusswasser erinnerte. Besonders schlimm war die Sauberkeit – in den Schränken fanden wir Schmutz und Dreck, und die Wohnung insgesamt war nicht gepflegt. Die Gerüche machten das Ganze noch unangenehmer. Während unseres Aufenthalts entdeckten wir Ameisen auf dem Boden sowie Kakerlaken und andere Insekten in der Küche und im Badezimmer. Das ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Die Wohnung wirkte sehr dunkel und ungemütlich, fast so, als wäre sie aus einer ehemaligen Garage umgebaut worden. Auch das Bett war viel zu klein und extrem unbequem, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Die Deckenhöhe im Schlafbereich und Badezimmer war zudem sehr niedrig, was den Raum noch unangenehmer machte. Der Kühlschrank hatte einen Wasserverlust und die Waschmaschine war stark verrostet, was ebenfalls auf mangelnde Wartung hinweist. Auch die Geräuschkulisse war ein Problem – man hörte ständig die Nachbarn, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls nicht ideal. Sie befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße nahe dem Hafen, was die Umgebung wenig attraktiv und nicht besonders praktisch macht. Nach nur einer Nacht haben wir beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt abzubrechen und ein neues Hotel zu buchen. Angesichts der vielen Mängel können wir diese Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Andy (8/5): Brilliant location and area - Location is excellent, safe area, metro close, good proximity for centre and Atocha station. Easy check in, keyless, comfy beds, apartment fairly well stocked with what you'd need. And a kettle! It's a flat and some of the neighbours were a little inconsiderate with noise. To be fair it wasn't excessive but there was a bit of running up and down stairs quite late at night and the walls are thin. It didn't feel threatening though, just a bit ignorant.
• Ed (5/5): Helaas plafonds te laag en oud gedateerd - Locatie, grappig van binnen en ruimte. Stahoogte, plafond veel te laag. Slaap kamer en naar badkamer toilet veel te laag en gevaarlijk. Zelfs naar boven op de trap. Bank waarop je zou kunnen slapen. Zwaar versleten. Houten balken in je rug. Anders dan op foto. Zie de wat laatste foto's. Dit betreffen meerdere lofts.

• Kay (9/5): Great location - The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials you would require. I was very happy with the location. Right by the bus stops, close to the Marina and a very enjoyable walk into the city. I had to be very cautious going up and down the stairs

• Nikolai (1/5): Bad - I booked a room for one night to rest after a long and exhausting flight. But as soon as I entered the room, I realized that it was impossible to relax there. The air was stuffy, and there was a horrible smell of mold, dampness, and cheap air freshener. All I wanted was to escape as quickly as possible. The small window only opens halfway and doesn’t help at all. In the evening, I had to leave the door open just to get a bit of fresh air. It was uncomfortable because passersby could easily look inside. At night, we had to sleep with the window open, and my daughter got bitten by insects so badly that she developed blisters. On the second floor, there’s a tiny bed meant for teenagers. I could only fit on it up to my knees. It’s absolutely impossible to sleep there due to the heat and the horrible smell. The room was disgustingly dirty. In the bathroom, there were filthy sponges and cloths with signs of mold, and even a dead cockroach. The dishwasher was taped shut with duct tape, and I couldn't open it. It felt like the place used to be a garage. It's very dark inside, and even during the day, we had to keep the lights on. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly, it would’ve been better to sleep outside.

• Татьяна (6/5): You can stay for one night, but no more. - Good location. Not far from the Oceanarium. The internet worked perfectly. There was always hot water. Everything is old. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. It was always very noisy.

Around 10 min walk from the metro station. Nicely equipped, everything you might need for a short stay - really spacious too. Equipped with AC.

• Steffanie (10/5): Exceptional - The place is really nice and clean. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Felix has been very accommodating to any of our concerns. I highly recommend this place when you visit Valencia. It's near to the port and beach and there are also supermarkets nearby. The city centre is reachable since the place is near to different bus stops.
• Emma (9/5): Superb - This was a very comfortable space. The location was very good, a bus stop on the opposite side of the road with frequent buses into the centre and just a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning was very welcome and a fan in the loft helped at night. It was great to have a full kitchen and a washing machine. This was a home from home, much better than a hotel room. It was great value for money. It could have been a bit cleaner, just lacking in areas e.g.fridge and shower cubicle. But it certainly didn't spoil our stay. I would certainly come again.
