• Kristiyan (9/5): Perfect for anyone who loves a cozy, farm-style getaway. - The hosts are nice and caring people. The breakfast was done with eggs from their own hens. If you are into a farm-like environment, that's your place! The place is clean, renovated and has a lot of space. I the kitchen you have anything that you would need.
• Rémi (10/5): - C'est vraiment un logement extraordinaire. Il est un peu à l'écart de la ville (celle-ci étant petite, son centre n'est qu'à 15 minutes à pied), donc il est très calme. Un Kaufland est aussi situé à proximité, ce qui est idéal si vous voulez vous faire à manger. Le logement lui-même est très grand, avec tout ce qu'il faut : canapés, grande douche, café avec machine à l'italienne, plaques de cuisson, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, nécessaire de cuisine... Le propriétaire lui-même est très agréable et disponible, prêt à aider et donner des conseils. Tous les matins, il apporte le petit déjeuner à la porte, à l'horaire qui vous convient (entre 7h et 9h30 si mes souvenirs sont bons). Celui-ci est très appétissant, avec systématiquement des produits (fromage par exemple) fabriqués sur place. Par ailleurs, le prix est plus que raisonnable au vu de la qualité du logement. Enfin, j'ai beaucoup aimé les animaux de compagnie, c'est-à-dire 2 chats et 1 chiot! Bref, inutile de préciser que je recommande!

• Yoana (10/5): Fantastic, comfortable experience - Fantastic place equipped with everything you need. Very kind, warm and welcoming hosts. You would definitely feel at ease there and have some home produced, aromatic tea. The location is also good, there are supermatkets, pharmacy, coffee places nearby and the centre is not too far off.

• Michael (10/5): בית מדהים עם מארח מדהים. - המארח חיכה לנו במקום האירוח, הסביר על המקום על הפעילויות בסביבה. ארוחת בוקר שהוגשה הייתה טעימה ומגוונת שאפילו הילדים אהבו. הבית כלל את כל מה שהובטח. לכל שאלה יכולנו לפנות למארח וקיבלנו תשובה מהירה ומלאה. נהנו לשהות בבית. ויש גם טרמפולינה לילדים ממש מחוץ לבית.

• Daniil (10/5): Cozy place with friendly host - We absolutely loved staying here and would love to come back again! The territory around the house is private, so no worries with parking. The apartment itself is very good - the rooms are spacious and clean, and there are all the amenities you would need during your stay. The breakfast is homemade and is very delicious :) And last, but not least - the host, Ken, is extremely kind and hospitable, we have been in touch all the time and received all the assistance needed. All in all, we felt like we arrived to our uncle who is always willing to shelter the travellers. Thank you!!!
• Graziano (6/5): Nur bedingt empfehlenswert - Das Lina Gio Apartment ist gepflegt und bot uns ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Es gibt den großen Garten. Der Besitzer betreibt eine eigene Imkerei und produziert Honig und Rosenwasser, Der Besitzer betreibt eine eigene Imkerei und produziert Honig und Rosenwasser, die wir zum Frühstück zum Frühstuck verkosten durften. Die Lage des Apartments am Ortsrand ist aufgrund der eingeschränkten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr unattraktiv und ungünstig. Die unmittelbare Umgebung der Anlage ist schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Am Anreisetag kamen wir pünktlich um 16:30 Uhr an und mussten lange vor dem geschlossenen Tor stehen. Am Eingang (= Einfahrt) zur Anlage war kein entsprechender Schild (nur „Papillon“) angebracht. Die bei der Buchung angegebene Telefonnummer der Wohnung funktionierte nicht und wir mussten Einheimische um Hilfe und Auskünfte bitten. Anschließend öffnete der Eigentümer das Tor. Unsere Dokumente wurden nicht verlangt. Wir wurden indiskret befragt und fühlten uns eingeengt und unwillkommen. Zum Frühstück gab es weder Kaffee, Milch noch Saft. Es gab keine Visitenkarte von L.G. Apart und wir erhielten auch nicht die vom Eigentümer versprochene Rechnung. Der Fazit: nur bedingt empfehlenswert.
• Rosa (10/5): Sitio ideal en un paraíso natural - Me encantó el lugar!! me encantaron los desayunos 😍 todo con comida orgánica y crecida ahí en la granja de ellos, me encantó el trato de los dueños de la casa... ¡súper atentos! la casa es súper limpia, muy cómoda y con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar y más... y luego el espacio muy tranquilo y a la misma vez muy cerca del centro, de los trekkings de la montaña...¡¡¡ perfecto!!! ¡¡ Super recomendado!! Me gustó todo... Quizá en las luces, que son muy buenas, uno de los mejores alumbrados que ha encontrado viajando, _pues tiene opciones si quieres mucha luz o algo más suave, entonces tienes flexos_... pero si fuese buscando algo que pudiese mejorar, sería en las del techo, las que dan mucha luz, ver cómo hacer para quitarles ese sonido como de electricidad...

Die Gegend in Rona Viertel , Grundstück mit Mauer und einer noch verlassen Fabrik für Fertighäuser gewoehnungsbeduerftig
• gillit (10/5): - דירה נקיה, מרווחת, מארחים אדיבים, השהות כוללת ארוחת בוקר, עבור הילדים הרפתקאה יש במקום בעלי חיים- ברבורים, ברווזים, כלבים, חתולים. הילדים האכילו את הברווזים באגם באוכל מיוחד שקיבלו עבורם. בחצר טרמפולינה גדולה ואוהל גדול שניתן לשבת לשחק בו. אווירה פסטורלית בנוף משגע.

Ken is English and Savi his wife is Bulgarian. They all speak fluent English. The property is about 5 min drive from city centre 2 min from Kaufland and has plenty to offer. Ken an Savi offer breakfast which is all home grown produce and there is ducks that kids can feed, pond, dogs and cats. Also there is garden , trampoline and a tent that we had breakfast in. Super friendly family. Easy to get too. N/A

• Andrei (10/5): Beyond expectations, really hard to fault once you go beyond the impression of the surroundings, and definitely a great - Large, very clean, so well-equipped it’s pretty hard find yourself in the situation of needing something you don’t have. The host is very nice, warm, likeable and eager to help if needed. The breakfast is made for the most part from locally-grown things (in the same yard, in fact). The location is somewhere neaf the edge of Karlovo, and its surroundings are not the most flattering. However, the town is small so you are relatively close to the center anway. Also, the property is close to Kaufland and to some non-stop gas stations.

• Jess (10/5): Entirely different, completely incredible - You won't find another property like this - the hospitality is remarkable, and my stay felt more like an experience than mere accommodation. The apartment itself is very large, with two bedrooms and a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen - absolutely everything you could need (I was even able to do washing). Beautifully finished and spotlessly clean, with both heating and AC, and with really thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast in the morning - served delicious and warm - is brought to your door. The property sits on the edge of Karlovo, with a Kaufland in walkable distance, on an extended complex where the owners grow much of their own produce and raise animals. Behind, the mountains tower in the background and access to them is straight out of the door. But the biggest part of the stay was meeting the owners and spending time with them and their family - generous, hilarious and knowledgeable in equal measure. Whilst the apartment is self-contained and I could have remained entirely private if I'd wanted to, I was lucky to be able to spend time with them and find out more about their life in Bulgaria, and it became a highlight of my two-month, five country trip! Having to leave.

• Mateusz (10/5): 10/10 - thank you Lina Gio! - Unique place to stay due to incredible hospitality and friendliness of the owners. The place is clean, comfortable and offers privacy. The breakfast was a unique experience as almost everything what was served, came from private plantations and fields ( eggs, butter, honey, fruits, veggies, etc). The whole family enjoyed it. Fully recommend. The neighborhood could be maintained slightly better by the neighbors and the city services but that’s not the fault of the hosts - that’s neither a negative point nor a complaint - simply an observation Nothing to report
• Катерина (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cosy and well-furnished in a way that you feel at home (the variety of tea and coffee added to that feeling). For the people checking comments and wondering about how clean a certain place is - it was clean everywhere, without exaggeration. There is also space for parking your car (we had two and we had zero worries about parking them). There is a lovely view as well - the mountain. The hosts are a really lovely family who made our stay even better. The breakfast they made us was served warm (the princesses were absolutely delicious) which included eggs from their free-range chickens and they also added vegetables from their own garden! If you are looking for a comfortable (on top of that affordable) place to stay in the region - our family strongly recommends Lina Gio Apart! Thank you again, dear Rumble family!
