Todo el hotel esta un entorno natural que hace del lugar un sitio muy atractivo. El restauran del lugar muy bueno , los precios muy accesibles y la atención impecable. La piscina muy bonita. y podes estar a tu gusto,Lugar muy tranquilo donde podes relajarte. Podes hacer trecking en las cercanías del lugar. De fácil acceso. Tenes que tener carro para acceder al lugar o manejarte con taxi. El desayuno habría que mejorarlo. Es muy pobre. Mas frutas, tostadas jugos de frutas. Los jejenes molestan mucho. Ha que explicar bien el tema de las excursiones a los cayos. Yo pregunte por los cayos siete hermanos y me dijeron que se visitan 6 a un precio. Luego cuando fui a la excursión se visitan tres a 200 dolares. Una sorpresa desagradable y nadie habla o explica bien para no avivarte.

Zonsondergang in de baai bekijken. Het zwembad is zeer aangenaam. Bed was groot en comfortabel. Het restaurant was matig: varkensfilet droog en taai, salade kipfilet werd met de helft van de ingrediënten geserveerd (o.a. geen kip) maar met een glimlach hersteld. Koffie en thee op de kamer kunnen zetten zou fijn geweest zijn, maar dat kon niet.

• Ramon (10/5): A great place for a quiet retreat - Everything was just as pictured. We really enjoyed being a bit removed from the town center, surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and approachable, and they can help organize tours to all the attractions Montecristi has to offer. Being so close to El Morro was an amazing experience. We’re really looking forward to coming back!

Ze schrikken als je een beetje engels praat, behalve Elisabeth zij kan uitstekend engels! Na een tijdje als ze merken dat je ook wat spaans kan wordt het beter. Dus niet echt een issue....

• JUDITH (9/5): We loved every second and Lord willing, we will return. - El Morro is outstanding!!! The property is beautiful and conveniently situated near all attractions and restaurants. The breakfast and menu options are very good. The staff and service was the best part. We would love to return. Highly recommend. The only downside for me was the shower stall—the showerhead was rusted, and the curtain was made of cheap plastic. It didn’t align at all with the overall quality or look of the property.

Felt safe although the slide lock was broken in my kids’ room. Breakfast omelette was good. Front desk ladies were lovely and so helpful. The male employees who sit at the bar area and play their phone reels at high volume when customers around. And don’t seem to be doing much of anything. It’s rude to put your phone on speaker around people as it is, but when you are in a service job and are not only scrolling on your phone and not working, but subjecting your clientele to your terrible music as well? Wild. They need a customer service tutorial.

They rent the place for weddings and parties and the celebration is right next to the rooms which make it terrible for others because you can be inside your room and you feel like you in the middle of the celebration. and thats very inconvenient and inconsiderate for other specially if you go to relax and you didn't agree to deal with that before going.
