- Rachael (8/5): A clean, comfortable, welcoming stay! - Anita and her husband were really friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything super straightforward.
The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The secure underground parking was also a big plus. The walls are a bit thin, so we were mindful of keeping noise down at night (quiet hours 10pm–7am).

The property has a lockup garage for extra security for parking. The owner prepared a great deal of toys, which is fantastic for young children. NA

- Alison (8/5): The apartment was comfortable and in a great location for our needs. - Location was great for our needs, bus stop outside and train station very close. There was a Coles supermarket, pharmacy, Opal card shop and a take away in walking distance.
Apartment had air conditioner, own laundry facilities and a full kitchen available for use.
The lock up garage and entry into the building made it feel safe.
Owners were prompt in replying to my questions. As we were staying for 2 weeks (7yo recovering form surgery) a few extra bits and pieces in the kitchen would have been handy as I cooked most meals during our stay.
There was an issue with the television which the owners did try to fix during our stay, however further maintenance would be needed as the aerial did not function properly and we could not program most stations. (an issue for us as we don't have any pay tv that we could access)
They key provided opened the garage internal door and the unit but not the external roadside door which was a little annoying. Also I was told to leave the key inside the apartment on leaving, but without the key for the underground garage I couldn't get my car out as the gate did not open. Luckily I found this out before I left the key inside.
