• Reace (1/5): Dont book. Dirty, no bed. - Location good if you dont want to get stuck going in and out of marbella or Banus. On arrival we were asked for a deposit on WhatsApp from the company managing the property. 400 euros. Upon arrival the house was filthy. Cobwebs, mould, dust everywhere, furniture looked like it had been collected from the bins. There wasnt anything in the house that could be valued at 400. Then to make matters worse, TV was broken reported and ignored. The bed had a literal body shape hole ( no exaggeration) when I layed on the bed my self and the mattress just fell in. I reported this and they put wood board under half the mattress so now instead of falling you were at an angle. When reporting this the messages were ignored I had to call booking.com 3 times. They also never got back yo me. The property then gave me a option as they could not find a replacement bed. The options were. 8km miles away in san pedro or 10 km in marbella Central. We took the option that said san pedro. Then when address was sent it was in benahvis not san pedro. Which was actually 14km away. I hadn't planned on getting ubers as I was here for work at the venue I was working from was only 200m from where i needed to be. The hosts then tried to belittle my booking because I choose a cheaper option as it suited what I wanted a bed and room to sleep at night. Then to be told that I booked the cheapest option as explanation for having no bed to sleep in. So we spent the first night on a dusty sofa. With my 6 year old with serious asthma. Which I reported and had asked previously if it could be deep cleaned and we were happy to pay as we understand that her medical condition shouldnt be paid for by the host. But the mimum wasnt done.
• lakhdar (1/5): - C’était très sale, tous les meubles étaient d’une autre époque, mais surtout le point essentiel était la climatisation qui rejeté du souffle très chaud. Je vous ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans réponse. J’ai ouvert un litige et j’attends votre retour
• Leah (10/5): Great stay! - The facilities were great - two pools, balcony, full kitchen living room etc. We walked to puerto banus beach in the morning 30/40 minutes - so if you’re up for the walk it’s grand. We had a problem with AC and they came and fixed it straight away - we just didn’t have to right settings on. Overall really good - big space for two people.
• Anastasiia (1/5): Please don’t spend your money for this apartment! - Just a location At first they are putting check out at 10am and I really think it’s too early. Apartment is So So dirty! When we arrived is seems like no one was cleaning apt at all. Towels where still wet and bed sheets was wrong size of bad. On the floor was dead mosquitos and dead bugs. In bathroom was someone long black hair and traces of dirty shoes. They put a roll of toilet paper that was already running out so we had to buy it additionally!
