- Ewelina (9/5): Gdyby nie czystość dałabym najwyższą ocenę ponieważ spędziliśmy w tym mieszkaniu bardzo miły weekend - Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum Alicante .W obiekcie jest winda więc nie było problemów z bagażami .Wszędzie jest bardzo blisko ,plaża ,sklepy oraz promenada .Z balkonu można podziwiać morze oraz plaże.Ogromnym plusem jest rownież wyposażenie apartamentu ,ręczniki plażowe gry ,piłki do gry oraz siatka. Niestety nie było zbytnio czysto wszędzie bardzo dużo kurzu.

- Richard (9/5): It was exactly what we were looking for. We hope to return. - We loved the view. Sunrises could be stunning. Also the location. Great shops and cafe on the doorstep and easy access to the beach, Castle and the Town. The balcony was particularly appreciated and the big open windows that gave the feeling of being outside. Possibly the motorway immediately below. But it's 6 stories down and you get used to it (sounds a bit like the surf!)

- Scottish (8/5): A very pleasant stay. - Terrace/balcony was excellent. Rooms comfortable with excellent black out blinds. TV good size and wi-fi good. Kitchen very well equipped. Host Nico very welcoming and helpful. Shower cubicle was not clean, and shower doors came off the runners a couple of times.
- Anna (7/5): Amazing location and the view but not very clean. - The view is exceptional and does not disappoint! The location couldn't be better, it's literally perfect, beach accros the street, city centre 10-15 min walk, shopping centre 15 min walk. Nico helped with arranging a private airport transfer, which was 30€/25€ return. The place wasn't particularly clean. The living room was very dusty. The bathroom especially needs a proper clean and shower replacement. Wardrobes are old and there is no space to unpack really, plus the drawers provided were dirty inside. Kitchen equipped fine but very messy cupboards. As this is old building I guess that's the reason for a sewege smell from the bathroom. Also small but annoying, there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels left for a whole 2 weeks stay.

- Connie (10/5): Fantastic holiday, perfect location, stunning views from the balcony! - This apartment is spacious and well equipped! The view from the balcony is stunning! In summer sunblinds are there to prevent sunshine from coming in, which we appreciated a lot. (contact the friendly host on how to pull them up & you should be able to take amazing pics!). The beds are comfortable and the good airco is a big bonus. The location of the accommodation is perfect! It is right in front of Postiguet beach, which can be reached in less than 2 minutes! It is close to the city centre as well, only a 7 minute walk where you can find restaurants, shops, bars, the beautiful harbour and plenty more! We would definitely recommend! Nothing we can think of right now. If there would be any issues, the host Nico is always there to help if needed!

- Harold (8/5): Go for the view. You won’t be disappointed!!! - The view is exceptional. It’s wonderful watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Nico is very nice and very welcoming. He communicates well and makes contact to be sure all is OK. The location is superb, too. You can walk everywhere from the apartment easily and there are stores close by to get the essentials. The place wasn’t particularly clean - the bathrooms need a deep clean, there was lots of dust in the living room and there was sand on the floor when we arrived, which was immediately noticeable when you take your shoes off. Sadly the plumbing in the building leaves much to be desired as there’s a constant whiff of sewage. While the view is spectacular from the balcony, sometimes the traffic noise can be a bit overwhelming.
- Krzysztof (10/5): Great apartment with a fantastic view - The host, Nico, was very nice and helpful, helped with arranging the transport from the airport and was waiting for us, even though it was late in the evening. The apartment is big and well equipped. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. Location is great - very close to the beach and city centre but without the noise from the people outside. I don't know, everything was great!
