• ike (9/5): 方便騎摩托車來市區停車過夜(旁邊有收費停車場)又不想太靠近日本街區的人 - 連鎖的三間，只有檳城市場旁邊的那間有提供早餐，但是這間地點很好，距離夜晚喧嘩的日本街區也不遠，對面本來的空地現在新建成一個海鮮餐廳，不過晚上也沒聽到吵鬧聲。 附近100公尺內有兩家便利店，方便夜貓子半夜找東西吃，冷氣雖然是獨立分體機但不會感覺冷度不夠。 唯一不能滿意的就是電視太小太舊

• Tan (8/5): Comfortable stay - The bathroom was clean and comfortable for use. The staff was friendly and helpful The room was a bit small but overall it was still okay considering its price and location in downtown

Easily accessible to places of interest by taxi. Although the room was small it was sufficient for our needs. Price is very reasonable. Lack of facilities, although this was not part of our consideration since we were mostly outside enjoying HCMC.
• Alex (6/5): Pleasant - Good if you are looking for a cheap short stay and only need a clean bed. The location and the price are good. View from the rooftop is nice. Beds and bedsheets were clean and good. Toiletries like razor, etc were included. Room was not clean - walls need cleaning/re-painting. No sound isolation, you could hear everything outside, including elevator doors. Smell in bathroom from sink probably. Windows were not clean. Elevator cabin needs maintenance as well.

• Satoshi (4/5): Good brand new hotel, but.... - The location was very nice, close to shopping area, many Vietnamese resutraunt around the hotel, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was very smooth when I arrived there. They offer free coffee in the morning. The elevator was very slow and sometimes you have to wait for 5 mininutes. The bathroom is clean but it smells sewage or drain water when it rains, and it spreads to the entire room even the bathroom door is closed.
• Farley (7/5): Good - Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. The problem for me is that with a disability the room was a bit challenging. Also the steps leading up to the hotel were a challenge. I think if you hav a disability more questions need to be asked before booking.

I'd like to highlight the receptionist - Huyen, she helped us address many difficulties with smile, patience and flexibility. For example, she communicated with my travel agency, that is not their vendor, for confirming the pickup details. Nothing.

• Jade (5/5): A nice enough hotel that would be suitable for an overstay stay but not longer. - Close enough to all the market and other attractions. Bathroom was probably one of the best features. Clean and shower have enclosed door so water doesn't go everywhere! Plenty of space to hang your clothes and put away your suitcase The hotel was quite narrow and has only one elevator so waiting time was longer than expected. We stayed 3 nights during the Chinese New Year period so there was only one person at reception and one clearner duration of our stay.

Simple budget stay in small hotel that is centrally located. I would rate this an 8.5 stay and would consider staying here again the next time I'm in town. Water pressure in shower a bit weak.

• Asyraaf (8/5): A reliable and clean hotel to kickstart your journey in downtown Saigon. - The location was right in the downtown of Saigon - nearly every attractions are within 1 - 2 km walks. Cafes are accessible especially the cafe apartment. After I checked-in, the reception gave me a room which was already occupied by another guest. What a shock to see a surprised guest, thankfully he was decent.

As a result, if you like to sleep in a dark bedroom, you are stuck and awake from 6.30am

Good facilities and nice staff. - The location is pretty central in district 1 so most of the tourist things you'd want to go see you could walk from the hotel to. Places like the Notre dame cathedral or Ngyuen Walking street are not that far away. staff was really friendly and even though their English skills were not the best they did their best to help with what they could. has a roof top which overlooks the river which gave us a great view for the New Year's fireworks. Bathroom and shower were nice. The beds were a little hard, I don't mind it myself but some might. we had the superior room, but there was barely any moving space in the room, just a bed and two small shelves, but that is because the bathrooms were quite spacious with a large shower. If you don't mind smaller room with good facilities this place is right for u.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff . Hotel is rather new with very good wi-fi signal . Like the android TV system . Will return stay at this hotel in the next trip to HCMC. No comments - all facilities and hospitality services met my expectations .
