• Ming (6/5): Did not live up to the standards of what the photos and descriptions showed. - We got high expectations from all the photos and descriptions, but when we got there we found the house should not be described as Newly Redecorated and did not live up to what were showed in the photos and description. A lot of things needed to be repaired. The ensuite in master bedroom got some sewer issues? There was stinking smell come from the toilet which made no one wanted to sleep in the master bedroom. The blinds in the second bathroom upstairs were broken and we had to pegged a garbage bag to block it up. The kitchen stuff was not quite there and worn out.

• Marshall (8/5): Good house but poor hosting and much stress - A good property for our group going to a conference. Worked well If you want a stress free stay then not for you. My scanned id was rejected the day before we were due to travel and I had to upload photos of the same id. We did not receive key access details until we were parked outside (9 people travelling 500km). The double garage was not accessible and no reply from host on this. We were charged for a cracked tile which was cracked when we arrived and I provided photos but still trying to recover the funds. Definitely stressful
• Roma (10/5): I felt right at home - The location was great in a quite and friendly neighbourhood hood it was close by too a supermarket a gas station and a for-square full of shops. The only problem I could find was my a/c in my room wasn’t working but it was fine

• Jodie (8/5): Comfort and ease! - Clean and spacious, well equipped. Beds were super comfy! Everything was so clean, no dust behind doors and on furniture at all, 3 bathrooms, all very clean and washer, dryer and iron were fantastic! Surrounding neighbourhood was lovely and felt secure. We had trouble getting in, however the team responded to our enquiry and have lodged the issue with their maintenance people. It was an unforeseeable issue and handled promptly and professionally.
• Susan (7/5): Good - Clean and comfy Doesn’t have enough cutlery and no cleaning of rubbish bin, the garage lock is difficult to operate
