Nel lavandino l'acqua faticava a scaricare. Non era compresa la colazione (lo sapevamo) ma non è presente neppure la macchina del caffè con capsule di cortesia (oramai è presente in tantissimi B&B dove la colazione non è compresa.
• Laura (10/5): Cozy apartment in a fantastic location - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is really nice and cozy, and the location is AMAZING. It's on a charming street along a canal, surrounded by lots of bars where people relax, have fun, and enjoy drinks by the water. Even though it’s close to the lively pubs, the apartment itself is quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Venice is a very walkable city, and the apartment was only a 15-20 minute walk from all the main tourist streets and attractions. The beds are comfortable, and the window shutters ensure a restful sleep. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back soon! -

• Mukhopadhaya (8/5): 4 days in venice - The location is superb!! The bunk bed is not for adults, it is best for kids. The bunk bed shakes. The bathroom is very small and water spills out easily to the other part of the bathroom.
• Lode (7/5): Comfortable apartment that quiet, yet well located - The apartment was fine and the location was very good. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and a really good supermarket is very close by. The master bedroom has enough space and it is fun to have a view on the canal. The neighbourhood is nice; actually quite calm but within a very short walk there are a lot of bars and restaurants. And the rail station is just a nice 15 minute walk away. The apartment is very basic; the living room is dark, the second bedroom has two small bunk beds, with no room for luggage. The sheets of the beds are low quality, ditto for the pillows. No extra blanket(s) available. Importantly, the apartment was NOT ready when we arrived (and we arrived late, right before the time of 18h for which a late arrival fee was applied). That is not OK. Yet, we were already reminded in the early morning of our departure day to leave ASAP and the latest before 10 am. Surely we should be able to receive the flexibility that was asked of us?

• Vasilii (8/5): Very good - Big bedrooms, large living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area. Amazing view on the small canal. Small shower. All the drawers of the freezer are frozen, couldn't open them. Have to fill out the application online, it was the first time during our travel time. Usually I just give a document to the hotel's receptionist or send to Airbnb's host and they do the rest for me.
