• Olesya (8/5): Great stay - Everything was good and clean. The owner was always in touch and responded quickly. The area also great, mornings are very quite and empty outside, evenings are lively and lots f options to choose from where to go and grab a drink. It was not noisy at all, so would deff recommend this place. You could still see people down the hall but maybe I was lucky and have got a good neighboors ;)

• Carolyn (10/5): Great location - The location is perfect, close to cafes and restaurants, and the city is really walkable - we walked miles and felt safe. We loved Sergio who was so warm and welcoming to us each morning, and Ivanna who gave us all the info we needed when we arrived. Our room was out the back, and worked well for us, with a comfy bed, and the best shower all trip! We used the kitchen for breakfast, and it was great to be able to refill your water bottles too. The kitchen has a microwave and a single hob (no cooker) , but this wasn't a problem for us, as there are so many fabulous places to eat in BA. We loved it all.

No one around to receive us. We had gotten the code of the entrance, but wondered about the room number. Clarified quickly by landlady, however.

• Bruna (6/5): boa localização - localização excelente, ivanna é atenciosa o chuveiro é com cortina, que fica grudando na perna durante o banho o sanitário entupiu e está um pouco descolado do chão, fazendo barulho em toda vez que você senta e levanta o pagamento só pode ser feito em dinheiro e não há uma recepção

• Mathieu_d (8/5): Belle chambre à Palermo - Très bon contacts par messages avec le propriétaire, qui était toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Emplacement dans un quartier bien animé où l'on trouve restaurants, bars, kiosques, et un Western Union juste en face. La chambre était bien et le lit assez confortable. BA est une ville immense et l'emplacement est assez loin du centre (cela dépend de ce que l'on cherche). 15 min à pieds du métro, sinon il faut prendre le bus (très lent vue la circulation) ou des taxis. Salle de bains à revoir : problème de chasse d'eau dans les toilettes, il fallait s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois. Difficile de régler la température de la douche. Pas réussi à me servir de la télé.

There's a Well equipped shared kitchen available as well. Ivanna was very helpful with local recommendations. It was on the first floor, which might be difficult for some guests.
• Daniel (9/5): Great Value in Buenos Aries - Lovely rooms right in the centre of Palermo Soho. Clean, comfortable rooms with access to a communal kitchen if needed. The hosts were great throughout our stay, and when we had an issue with the AC on arrival, they acted very proactively to assist. Would 100% recommend.

• Breezytraveller (10/5): Perfection in Palermo Soho - Stunning location; exceptional staff. This is such a good find with exceptional value for money. So many great restaurants and cafes nearby. The room has all the amenities and even have shared kitchen facilities. This will be a great place for a longer stay.
• Dor (9/5): A very good stay at a nice area with a great value for money. 🙏 - The apartment was well equipped for cooking and the staff were lovely and helped with every question. The apartment is located at a Main Street so it can get loud at night.

Perfect location, super clean and comfortable rooms. it is possible to do late check-in (you will get the relevant code and information) bonus, there is a great coffee on the ground floor :) Ivanna is a great host. she is available for any questions, gives the best information and is willing to help happily

• Omri (10/5): Great stay in the center of Palermo Soho - The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they were very communicative and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets were clean. Amazing location and great value for money. Good AC unit and nice shower with hot water. You can only pay by cash and the room is a bit small if you have a lot of luggage, there's no view from the windows.
• Angeloptk (9/5): Superb - The staff (Ivanna) is incredible! Super flexible, efficient communication and very friendly - she gave me good options because the heater in one of the rooms was not working. She also allowed me to stay and keep my things while waiting for my evening flight. The location is also perfect. There is a cafe downstairs that gives discounts for people staying in the hotel. If you get assigned in the top floor, there is no elevator and you have to carry your bags. The internet upstairs is also weak/almost not working. I used the common dining area to work/have internet.
• Lígia (8/5): Very good - Great location, nearby many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It’s not a hotel with receptionist, but Ivanna is always available for any question. The access to the room is made by a code. Important: This is not a room for those with disabilities. There are many stairs and the shower is in a tube. It was really cold in Buenos Aires and the temperature required keep the room air conditioning turned on all the time.

Came to understand that if you want to visit Buenos Aires and have easy access to the best restaurants and stores, you need to stay at Palermo. Costa Rica Soho Rooms are at the core of the night life. Close to subway stations, and with easy bus access or walking access to other regions of the city. Amazing hosts, lovely people.
