На первом этаже есть стиралка, микроволновка и прочее необходимое. Бассейн маленький, но чистый. Расположение очень тихое, находится в зеленной зоне.

- Ylenia (3/5): - Buena habitación . Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido bastante negativa desde el primer momento. Debido a un cambio de vuelo, mi llegada estaba prevista alrededor de las 23:00. Intenté contactar con el alojamiento tanto a través de Booking como por WhatsApp para coordinar el check-in, ya que me indicaban que debía llamar por teléfono al llegar para que alguien viniera a abrirme. Les expliqué en varias ocasiones que no disponía de un número local para realizar llamadas, y aun así no me ofrecían ninguna alternativa. Solo después de insistir repetidamente y tras bastante estrés, accedieron a que hubiera alguien esperándome en el alojamiento. En cuanto al check-out, solicité salir más tarde debido a otro cambio de vuelo, ya que necesitaba la habitación hasta las 18:00. La única opción que me ofrecieron fue quedarme hasta las 16:00 pagando 500 bahts, lo cual me parece excesivo, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que no disponían de pago con tarjeta. Al ser mi último día, no tenía efectivo suficiente, por lo que me vi obligada a abandonar la habitación a las 12:00. Además, el servicio fue inexistente en otros aspectos. Tenía dos maletas pesadas y mi habitación estaba en una cuarta planta, sin que nadie se ofreciera a ayudarme en ningún momento, algo especialmente incómodo considerando el calor. En general, el trato recibido ha sido poco profesional y nada orientado al cliente. No lo recomendaría.

- Schindler (9/5): Ruhig und unkompliziert - Es war ruhig und sauber, alles was man braucht - Essen- 7eleven- um die Ecke. Ruhige gute Klimaanlage. Bequemes Bett Man braucht ca. 30-40 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Als Zwischenstopp für 1-2 Nächte gut, wenn man länger bleiben möchte lieber etwas zentraler.

The place was in a very quieter and scary alley with no shops around . The nearest shop or café is quiet a distance. When the staff finally cane out to assist Steve was rude and not comforting at all. At this point it was almost 9 pm in the evening and I had to leave ..and was left stranded without a hotel got the night.

- Yvonne My-Phuong (6/5): We hebben het prima gehad. - Het was schoon. Het is een klein hotel, waar nog wel wat kleine aanpassingen (douchekop, stoel buiten 1 latje kapot, ….) gedaan kan worden. Medewerkers spreken geen Engels. Heel vriendelijk dat we onze koffers mochten opslaan in hun kamer, omdat we te vroeg aan kwamen (rond 7 uur) en we konden pas om 14:00 uur in de kamer zijn. We konden ons wel even verkleden in de wc. Verder is het praktisch gezien niet echt handig om hier te verblijven, ver van de bezienswaardigheden af. Je hebt een taxi nodig om naar het oude centrum te gaan en niet elke taxi wil je brengen of terugbrengen van of naar het hotel. Of voor veel geld (enkel 1000,- bath). De medewerker van het hotel had een goedkope taxi kunnen regelen voor ons, heel fijn (enkeltje 260 bath). Je kunt ook met de metro en tuk tuk/taxi naar het centrum gaan. Metro ligt ongeveer 30 minuten lopen van het hotel, wordt gezegd. Wij zelf hebben de metro vanaf oude centrum en daarna tuk tuk naar het hotel genomen. En wat we erg jammer vonden is dat er geen medewerker was om iets te vragen of aan te geven dat 1 stoel bijvoorbeeld kapot was of informatie vragen over de omgeving.

The position of the room in hotel is almost underground, it's not possible to open windows, cause there are always people there. The district is horrible, it was a great mistake. Vlakbij de metro, dus ideaal voor de verbinding met de rest van Bangkok en de trein naar de luchthaven. Dichtbij veel winkels, lokale restaurantjes en een marktje. Mooie en nette kamers. Klein en rustig zwembad. Keukentje ter beschikking om iets op te warmen.

- Paige (7/5): - The courtyard area/pool was really nice. Shared kitchen and washing machine services too. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were nicely furnished. We booked the “two bedroom apartment” but it was just 2 rooms with a door connecting them.. Our first room had a really bad smell coming from the bathroom which we communicated with staff about and were moved to a new room. There was also construction right next door which was super loud – obviously that will be finished one day and won’t be a problem for others.

During our stay it is very difficult to get a Grab from this hotel, especially on rainy days when there’s flooding nearby. Many drivers tend to avoid coming here, which makes transportation quite inconvenient.

- Ting Foong (5/5): An unexpected Discomfort!! - The room is reasonably big. There is an open kitchen where guest can use. We stayed for two days, our room wasn't clean and bedsheets' towels wasn't changed.
