• Laurence (10/5): Génial - L'emplacement est idéal, place de parking devant la résidence, appartement calme, grand et confortable avec terrasse magnifique, convivialité pour l'accueil très agréable (bière, vin, eau, café, café confitures), pensez à regarder dans le placard au-dessus de la cuisinière car il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme épices, l'huile... contacte facile par WhatsApp, arrivée tardive grâce à la boîte à clé et arrangeant pour les départs. • Joanne (10/5): A lovely apartment in a quiet complex where we could relax and take each day at a time. - I was sent directions and information about access well before arrival. I was a bit confused with the location and asked for more information. The owner responded very quickly with excellent additional information including a video - which was great! The apartment location was great, in a gated community and sited on the first floor of a lovely complex, with a lovely large balcony with a view of the swimming pool and beyond to the sea and Fuerteventura. It was only (at most) a 10 m minute walk down in to the old town of PDC. Yes, there is a bit of a hill to walk back up, but it wasn't a problem for us. A SuperDino s/market is close by which was really good. We hired a car which we used a lot to tour the island. The apartment itself was ideal - the bed was comfy and the bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen/lounge had a corner sofa and TV. The kitchen was well equipped - we cooked a few nights and it wasn't a problem. There was a large fridge with a small freezer section. We were very happy with the apartment. It had everything you needed - including a washing machine. As the weather was mixed while we were there we didn't use the sun canopy on the balcony. The balcony protected us from the wind! But we were able to sit out and enjoy the sun. While we were there (early March) it was very quiet. Bliss! Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Mauritzio for responding so swiftly to our initial queries. Nothing! We had a great stay. Thank you.
• Yves (8/5): Une jolie adresse à retenir - La vue depuis l’appartement sur l’océan, la terrasse, le panier offert à l’arrivée avec vin et bière au frigo. Logement cosy on s’y sent vraiment bien et au calme tout en étant proche de la plage et des commerces.
• Maria Pilar (6/5): CON BUEN MANTENIMIENTO Y AIRE ACONDICIONADO SERIA OTRA COSA - Somos celiacos así que no pudimos disfrutar mas que de las dos capsulas de cafe, que se agradecen. Las vistas desde la terraza son lo mejor y la piscina. Faltaba mantenimiento, tanto en el baño había baldosas en la zona de los grifos de la ducha distintas y con falta de mantenimiento, y sobre todo aunque la amplitud de la cama era muy adecuada el estado de limpieza del colchón era muy lamentable y el mantenimiento del somier y el cabecero dejaba mucho que desear. Por otro lado nos pillo ola de calor, el no tener aire acondicionado ha sido angustioso, había ventiladores, que solo hacían muchísimo ruido. Esta en una zona muy tranquila pero si no llevas coche acceder al centro es una larguísima cuesta que solo se puede subir en taxi, eso si los taxis son muy baratos.

• Laurence (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement cosy et bien situé. - L’appartement est bien situé dans une résidence privée et très proche de la piscine. La terrasse offre une belle vue. Il est très bien conçu pour deux personnes. Nous avons pu remarquer quelques nuisances sonores des appartements à proximité, en raison certainement d’une isolation pas satisfaisante. De plus au niveau accessibilité les escaliers ne permettent pas d’accéder à toutes les personnes. Nous avons même rencontré des difficultés à monter notre lourde valise.

• Ilaria (10/5): Un soggiorno rilassante in una struttura da sogno - Ottima posizione sia rispetto al paese (vicino a piedi ma senza la confusione dei locali serali) che per girare l’isola. Splendida la struttura del residence con piscina, tutto ben tenuto e ci si sentiva sicuri, come in un piccolo villaggio. Comoda, ben arredata e pulitissima la casa. Il proprietario italiano gentilissimo, disponibile e un presente per le necessità senza mai risultare invadente. Tutto perfetto

Tenía mi incertidumbre porque el nombre no me inspiraba mucha confianza, pero sin duda ha sido un acierto la elección. Muy buena ubicación para recorrer la isla entera. Es verdad que para ir a la playa andando está cerca, pero la vuelta es todo cuesta arriba. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. Dejaron una botella de vino, otra de agua, galletas y mermelada. Pequeños detalles que suman de forma muy positiva. Se escucha muchísimo el viento por la noche si dejas la puerta de la terraza abierta y la ventanita de la entrada.

• Csaba (8/5): Lovely home, great view, peaceful area - The best part was the amazing view and terrace, which has an overview of the pool, the ocean, and a peak of mountains. The flat was also fully equipped. Good value. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. There were also some nice touches, such as, it had cooking oil and condiments, appreciated the welcome drink and the bottle of water as well, which was very well received at a late arrival when everything is closed. We were 2 people and never ran out of hot water during showers. There were days when it got loud when kids played in the pool during the daytime, but mostly everything was quiet and peaceful. The internet download speed was good, but the upload speed was very slow. However, i still didn't experience any major issues during Teams calls, which i was very happy about. Uploading documents and photos was the challenging part, but not a major issue. The pool was clean and well maintained. It had both shallow and deep parts and showers outside. The water temperature of the pool was cold. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is free parking inside. The area felt safe, there was a gate outside, and the doors and windos of the flat were also barred. As the doors work with keys and the flat has no alarm system, I would recommend having a safe as well in the flat, where guests could leave their laptops and valuables during long trips around the island. The island itself isn't free from thieves, we (and others) had our cars broken into during a field trip in a parking lot. The police said they get much more reports on home entries than cars, so, it's better to be safe than sorry. Its great that checkin can be done at very late hours as well, since they keys are in a safety lock outside, for which you'll get the passcode, no need to rush from the airport, nothing else needed to be done. There wasn't any major issue, we enjoyed our stay. The most unpleasant was the strong odor coming from the bathroom the first days. We discovered with the host that it was coming from the washing machine. We had to run a short empty wash it every 2-3days to get rid of it temporarily. I'm sure the hosts will find a better solution by the time the next guests arrive. The floor could've been a bit cleaner as well (our feet got black from walking barefoot the first day, there was also a garbadge bag drool stain when we arrived on the floor next to the bedroom door). The furniture is not new, but there were no issues with comfort, we could sleep well. There are indeed mosquitoes on the island. The bedroom doesn't have a window, it can be ventilated either through the door or the bathroom window, but none have mosquito nets. I would recommend buying a repeller (the ones you plug in) the first day, for a guaranteed good sleep.
