• Alexandra (7/5): Gut - Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist nett und zu dem Preisverhältnis sehr gut. Es gibt kein Wasser in der Küche… Die Eingangstür ist sehr schwer von draussen zu öffnen. Von innen-ok. Kissenbezug war anscheinend nicht gewechselt, hat einen Nutz-Geruch …
• Ivan (3/5): - Мръсни чаши, неработещ телевизор, мърлява кафе машина. Климатикът работи ,но да не си в стаята, супер шумен, на матрака имаше излязла пружина. Контакта на телевизора имаше оголени кабели и цялостно очаквахме повече.
• Yehor (1/5): Крайне негативный опыт. - Рядом с центром и магазином. В инструкции по заселению не было указано какой из сейфов конкретно от этого апартамента. После звонка в управляющую компании выяснили что правильный тот, что висит с обратной стороны перил и с наклейкой. Входная дверь квартиры открывается с большим трудом, первое впечатление, что ключ не подходит, но нужно потратит до 5 минут, чтобы нащупать правильное положение. Вторая дверь ужасно притерается к полу и открывается с трудом. В соседней комнате живут пенсионеры, за 10 дней их было слышно буквально пару раз через стенку. В квартире постоянно пахнет канализацией и постоянно работающие вытяжки и проветривание помогают не на долго. В душе сломан держатель для душа, и он постоянно отваливается. Вода в душе не уходит в сток, и через несколько минут поднимается до уровня порога двери и грозит перелиться в коридор. Телевизионная приставка была проплавлена наскозь, в связи с чем я её при заезде сразу выключил из сети, и не рисковал включать. Кондиционер работает очень шумно и дует очень слабо, так как передняя лопасть не открывается - я вставил зубочистку, которую принёс из кафе, для того чтобы держать эту лопасть открытую и только в этом случае он работает нормально. В студии нет кастрюли и что самое важное, нет средств для помывки посуды (губки и химии). Споласкивать просто водой можно только в душе. По этому вся посуда при заезде была грязная и с засохшими остатками пищи. При разговоре по телефону с управляющей компанией, в первый день, они сказали ничем помочь не могут, присылайте фото в чат в Booking, но фотографии не возможно прикреплять в чате с объектом. Матрас подойдёт не каждому, он очень мягкий и чувствуется каждая пружина.

• Valentyna (4/5): ich kann da nicht noch mal übernachten. - die Lage ist ok. die Wohnung muss saniert werden und vieles da ist kaputt wie die Eingangstür, die Lampe usw. Die Kochnische hat nicht mal einen Wasserhahn. Die Erstattung ist sehr mangelhaft.

There was a terrible smell, coming from the toilet and from the bathroom. There was a dust around the corners of the bed and a few webs on some places
• Viacheslav (5/5): - Расположение до пляжа 800м Впервые мне на Букинге что то не понравилось. Почему такое убитое и не комфортное жилье так дорого стоит? Связи с персоналом никакой. Шлет мне всякие автоматические сообщения про доплату за уборку и когда надо покинуть аппартаменты. Попросил подготовить заезд к 12 дня,ответа ноль. Уборщица украла мои наушники JBL. Просил хозяина вернуть, ответа ноль. Сгоревшие лампочки, нерабочий телевизор, вонь в туалете, неудобные входные двери. Кондиционер никто не обслуживал, плесень внутри и вонь,я его даже не включал,это опасно для здоровья. Пружины матраса впиваются в тело. Холодильник холодит хорошо,но очень шумный,старье.

• Slobodan (1/5): Avoid, if you know God! - Nothing! First you need to go to pick up the keys (with all luggage) to another address which is 1 km far from this property! Then you see that somebody is having access to corridor and this flat, probably owners are looking all the time who is coming, Bulgarians are very curious. At night, you hear the bed creaks at another room (plus scary voices) which is probably just divided with cheap local material. Coffee machine is not working and its very dirty. Everyhing looks cheap, kitchen lamp is so low that you always touch it with your head! Kitchen is no existing, air conditioner is broken by default and plastic mechanism does not work! The day before leaving i asked by message can I check out at 15 pm, not at 11, because i had transport at 16 pm and wanted to leave luggage, they declined. I ask, where i can leave the key (i did not understand at which crazy corridor and maybe in different street or maybe in Sofia, you never know) and they were sarcastic asking me: How many corridors flat has? Amazing, I left key there. Very bad communication, everything bad! They are lost in accomodation bussines!

• Bence (7/5): Overall, nice experience, great apartment and everything was near. - Great for value in the centre, everything is nearby. Finding the building for the first time was hard, there were multiple houses with number 13V or 13B, because in the description we got, that the house number is 13V (B in bulgarian), even bystanders could not help us find the building. The key did not work, you could only get inside using the code pad, but there were no numbers and no signs on the buttons.
• Moritz (7/5): Nice flat on the inside and nicely located in the center of Varna - The flat is located in the center of Varna and there are some great places to grab some food and drinks directly nearby. The Beach & Park are located nearby (8 min of walking). The flat was clean and totally ok for the price. The handover of the keys was not really smooth. Had to wait for almost 50 min till we received the key even though I told the flatowner our time of arrival. They even texted me to confirm the time at the date of arrival but the didn't text me back after I confirmed it. Had to call them to get the keys and then wait. There were also some random mails about additional cleaning fees that were just "optional". You can ignore them, all is covered by booking.com.
• Evgeniya (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great-location, room, very nice interior decor, kitchen with kitchenware, comfortable bed, coffee and tea doses as a compliment, panoramic view Very nice panoramic view, but the windows were dirty so couldn't enjoy it to the full😁 Very tiny public coridor, not very convenient to leave the apartment
