- Hasan (10/5): Excellent location just 1 minute from the metro with amazing staff, but the furniture is a bit old. - The rooms were not bad, but the furniture is a bit old. However, the location is absolutely excellent 100000/100! It’s near everything and just a 1 minute walk to the metro. The metro line connects you directly to many tourist attractions on the same line without needing to change trains, which makes it super convenient. Room service and housekeeping staff were amazing, very caring, and professional. They really made the stay comfortable.

But the location is great for tourists and every location for shopping is at a stones throw from this location. There is a restaurant across the street that closes quite late for those who like eating later in the night. What I didn't like about the hotel was that the hallway on our floor had an unpleasant smell, the windows in the room are tinted green, and the shower sometimes goes colder for a few seconds but for the price I can't complain too much.

A walking distance to Guomao metro station 👍 WiFi connection is okay, but as expected there is restriction in using all Google-based apps in China. Limited TV channels in room as well.

- Sharma (3/5): Poor - The location of this hotel is super awesome and at the heart of Luohu district. Walking distance from Line 1 of Shenzhen metro, King Glory Plaza Mall, and Dongmen. Lots of places to shop and eat around the hotel This is a very bad property to stay in harsh winters. I have stayed here in summer as well and it's good for that season. The air conditioning in the rooms does not heat the rooms and they are really cold and uncomfortable with the all season blankets they provide with the rooms. After 3 days when i complained they sent me a heater to make the room a little more liveable. The bathroom had a permanent foul smell (Room no 729). The housekeeping staff was rude to me when I requested drinking water at 10 PM one night and refused to send the water to the room. I had to step out and go to the reception and create a scene there, when they finally sent 2nos 500ml bottles after 25 mins and a reminder call

Room carpet is very old, dirty and gives a real feeling of wetness. The short floor corridor to the room is always wet with moisture. The toilet/shower room has some sort of foul smell coming from the drainage system hole.
