• Susanto (10/5): Pleasant stay for family - Strategic and close to the ‘it’ malls, wide but still have privacy, more convenient for family because we can use the kitchen. MRT is still walkable but not as close, also only ome access card for all of us. It was a bit challenging because one person has to pick up the other to downstairs when we’re not heading back to the property all at the same time.
• Tony (5/5): Location is the only selling point - The location was perfect. Close to main shopping district. Amazing views from the pool area. Although the apartment is clean, you are not given any spare towels for the pool area. There is nothing on arrival. No tea/coffee or milk at all.
• Nur (7/5): Great place to stay if you have the patience to spare - I love how spacious and beautiful the property is. Very comfortable for us to enjoy New Year fireworks from the comfort of the apartment. Very near to bukit bintang. Close to 7e and other convenience stores to get necessities. The view is great. We can see KL tower and a bit of KLCC. The airconds work great. The check in was supposed to be at 2pm but the owner inform us they will do a deep clean on the day I stayed but assured me that they will be done at 3pm. However, I arrived at the property at 4.30pm and they are still cleaning up the property. They finished at 5.30pm. No compensation was given, even a slight late check-out was not granted even though I waited outside the property for almost half an hour with my elderly parents. Check out time was at 11am. Thankfully the housekeeper has common sense and quickly cleaned up a room first for us to stay while they clean up the rest of the apartment. The lifts were also horrid. Needed a long time to get on the lift to get down/up the property. There was a long line at the lobby just to board the lift.The wait time can be up to 20 minutes just to get on the lift.
• Rahul (9/5): Great stay 100% would recommend - The location was amazingly easy to access shopping malls food locations and most of which is within walking distance. Super clean spacious apartment and the hosts were great in communicating with us. The pool, sauna and steam room along with great views, make this an exceptional place to stay working out far cheaper than most hotels too. 100% cannot fault and would be happy to go again. Minor detail is the elevators are always slow and crowds tend to form in the lobby because of this.
