Right beside all the lovely cafes etc by umbrella St. The restaurant downstairs serves excellent hearty food. Ate every night and was full.

• Mark (9/5): Leuk hotel op een fantastische locatie - Het hotel zit in een heerlijke wijk met veel restaurantjes, lunchrooms, koffiehuizen en cafés. De kleine straatjes zijn heel gezellig! Je zit vlakbij de haven en de Galatabrug. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ook openbaar vervoer overal in de omgeving aanwezig. Onder het hotel zit het restaurant van de hoteleigenaar. Hier kan je heerlijk eten. We werden opgevangen door Ali. Hij is heel vriendelijk en wil alles voor je doen of regelen. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden zijn goed en ook de douches zijn goed. Handdoeken genoeg en je kan je kamer schoon laten maken wanneer je wil. Zelf even aangeven. Eigenlijk niets.
• Hossein (9/5): I really liked my stay and had no issue with the host. I believe it is well worth the money Spent - The Staff are really friendly, welcoming, and easy to negotiate with. Also easy to talk to if something is needed. The location is excellent and you are in the middle of all the fun in Istanbul. Very vibrant neighborhood and very alive. The area can be noisy maybe occasionally which is normal. You can enjoy eating good food in the restaurant or in the restaurants around the area if you need more options. Karakoy is known to be one of the best spots of Istanbul to stay. Considering the price that you pay, I believe you get a good deal. I didn't have any smoking smelling issues and I believe these issues are very random. The room had a functioning AC that I didn't use at all at the end of Sep. Also, there was a bit of noise from outside. Clearly, if the street around the location are full of cars making noise, you will hear it. It is a busy spot of the town. I think the material that they provide in the bathroom can be better. The brush and the cleaning product are very mediocre. I suggest people to bring their own hygiene material or but it from a grocery shops nearby the hotel.

• Ximena (9/5): - The location was great, walking distance to the main areas, also the staff were friendly, and attentive. The place is very clean with a great restaurant downstairs. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, cafes. Bathroom can be more spacious.

• Vlad (10/5): I had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul - The staff were great, friendly, and attentive. The place is very clean with a great restaurant downstairs. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. It is also close to the port if you want to take a boat somewhere. The tram station is a 1-minute walk away. I wish they had a washing machine but it's not a big deal.

• Olga (6/5): Pleasant - Location is the only advantage. It is not the hotel. There are few rooms in the old building. Very small reception is on the second floor. The room wasn't clean. Bed linen were dirty. Staff doesn't speak English.

Small things defect in the room (toalett paper holder, doors shower, toilet flushing all night, no real reception). Actually this is more like a few rooms on top of a restaurant and not s proper hotel).

Spacious rooms and good amenities. A very minor disturbance, but some residual noise from the busy road/gasoline station ~50m away could be heard on occasion.

The place itself was clean and very welcoming to me. The staff were kind of enough to accommodate my needs if I have to pay later at night and if everything was good. They have good communication in general. Honestly, for the price it is worth it if you need a place close to the center. N/A

• Jamie (10/5): Comfortable, Friendly, Great Location. - Hotel was very clean. Room had extra amenities. Was greeted with a tea, luggage carried to my room and everyone was super friendly. The location is very central short distance to everything and is situated in a small area that has lots of coffee shops and food. I was greeted before landing by WhatsApp to make sure I had all the information needed. they were very accommodating, I arrived early and they accommodated my early checking because they had a room available already. Finding the place was slightly difficult. There is not really a sign for the same name as the hotel but it is located in a building that houses a restaurant with a similar name Pera Port Kebap and Yemek House. I was however greeted quickly by the staff which is shared with the restaurant when I was looking around holding suitcases and got situated very quickly.
• Ziad (8/5): Functional rooms in Karakoy - The room was big, functional and relatively quiet although in the immediate vicinity of the busy and loud Karakoy district. It had a work desk which is a plus in this type of accommodations. The hotel is just 5 rooms on top of a restaurant. There is no elevator which might be a problem if you have a big suitcase. Ali the waiter who handles the reservations is charming. They prefer cash, otherwise you have to pay by credit card multiple transactions in Turksih Lira, with a maximum ceiling of 5,000 TL (around 125 Euros) per transaction. The electrical plugs are of really poor quality and at the risk of detaching every time you plug something.
