- Shefa (10/5): Excellent, modern, clean, beautiful!! - This place was excellent. I was beyond happy.... and very sad to leave!! It is a brand new condominium- with beautiful modern internal fixtures/fittings/furniture bathroom and kitchen appliances- new cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. Its the perfect size for 3-4 people. It was SUPER clean with no insects or mold in site-- this was the best thing! We were supplied with all utensils, rice cooker, pots pans plates, serving dishes, chopping board, water dispenser, iron. There were multiple new cleaning items, detergents, tissue- everything you need. Each room had a fully fitted wardrobe. Beautiful dinning table mirrors, sofa, plasma tv, coffee table, curtains. The condominium lobby, swimming pool, gym and parking was very chique and modern. There is 24 hour security. The owner was brilliant with frequent checkings and clear instructions. I felt like i was at home - the owner thought of everything a person may need. Location excellent with multiple malls and trains in site. I want to go back and buy the property!!
