• ChriMa (8/5): Quite and clean room in a nice neighborhood - Quiet and very clean room, it felt like a safe neighborhood The neighborhood requires a car or a cab, no public transport nearby. The room was a bit small and had no desk.

• Pia (8/5): Kurztrip - Sehr hübsch ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir waren 9 Personen, leider hat insgesamt das Geschirr nicht ausgereicht. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft trotzdem wieder besuchen.

• Kristin (9/5): Good place to stay but keep your food in your room :D - The space was clean and felt safe. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. The location was a decent walk to the train and bus but further to get to grocery. Some good restaurants in the area, too, but also a good walk to get to them Given that we were far from restaurants, we had purchased a lot of groceries. One day we came back to discover that all of the groceries (thankfully someone left us the yogurt at least) had been removed from the refrigerator. Roughly 60 euro :/ in food and beverage was just gone.

It is on the way to the airport from the city centre. We were expecting induction like every other stay during our trip. Wifi was also down the other day. A little too far from the city centre.

• Ilieia (10/5): Good - Nice apartment away from the noisy center. Forest all around, birds singing. Quiet neighbors nearby. Very friendly owner. There is parking. The apartment is very clean, warm. Free coffee and tea, bottled drinking water. For such money - excellent quality. Good mattresses, we are all grateful and had a good rest. Who likes TV _ two pieces, everything worked. There is a refrigerator in the room. The kitchen has everything for cooking and storing food
• Taş (6/5): Pleasant - It was a clean and nice place and also it has a very big bed. I like the staff also. It is too far to city center and Piazza Venezia. And you need to walk trough a hill to get to bus stop from the hotel. In the dark, it was not possible for me and a bit scary becahse it is really out of town. So I had to take an uber to get to hotel at night.

• Jan (10/5): The host, Anna, was super helpful! The room itself was really comfortable and clean. 10/10 recommend - Loud water pump in the bathroom was pretty annoying, fortunately it operated only during showering.

They were helping us all the time .. although they don’t speak English, we didn’t find any issues with the communication ! Apartment was shared but each room had its own facilities, private bathroom & private balcony where you could sit & enjoy the view of the inner courtyard ! Each room was well prepared as well as facilitated for guests everything was just perfect! I would go again with no hesitation! My only problem is that the bus 711 that passes by the station at the location of the property usually skips the stops & you might not find it most of the time so you would either pick a taxi , uber or any private car , or you could just walk 18 mins to reach the location from the train station “ villa bonelli”

• Emir (10/5): Exceptional - Anna Maria was an exceptionally great lady. We felt that we were staying at our own home. Home had high-quality brand new furniture. It was dicorated with nice modern items and colors. Kitchen also was fully equipped. The taste of coffee from machines in the common area was really good. Internet speed is good. Area is quite and super safe. The shower area can be better engineered in room#2. Checkin can be pulled a bit earlier. But please don't take any of these into consideration. Overall satisfaction was MAX among all other stays we had in Italy.

• Scott (10/5): Perfect place for a stay in Rome. - My host Ana Maria was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, very clean, modern, and had great Wifi. The balcony was a lovely little sun trap and the transport links were great with a bus stop right outside the complex.
• Dan (5/5): A LOT to be desired. Very little effort made to get it like it SHOULD be. - Nice spacious room, bathroom was fairly decent apart from the GROWLING toilet. NO staff available, and when there was, she spoke no ENGLISH (but she was pleasant and tried her very best). There was no kettle or drink facilities in the room, though it had a shared kitchen and dining room with the three other apartments. Each room should have its own facilties. The toilet was HORENDOUSLY loud??, NO privacy or security on each balcony. Its location was hard for even locals to find, meaning taxi's just gave up trying to find us (at our expense). No small table in the room and only 1 chair.
