Guido (8/5): Viel Licht, wenig Schatten - Das Häuschen ist hell und freundlich, vom Balkon aus ist schräg am Vorderhaus vorbei das Meer zu sehen, bei offenen Fesnter im Schlafzimmer auch zu hören. Parkplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden. Sehr schöne Sitzmöbel im Aussenbereich, toller Balkon mit vernünftigem Gasgrill, allerdings im 1.OG am Schlafzimmer. Filterkaffemaschine ist vorhanden, Milch kann im Topf auf dem Induktionsherd warmgemacht werden, keine Mikrowelle. Die Ausstattung ist gut. aber tlw. in die Jahre gekommen und erneuerngsbedürftig. So ist der (Laminat?)-Fußboden an manchen Stellen ausgebrochen und rissig (man blelibt mit den Socken hängen, der WC-Sitz ist nicht fest, der Duschkopf fällt auseinander. In den Betten gibt es nur 1 Kissen pro Person, da sollten inzwischen eigentlich 2 Standard sein. Für 80,-€ Reinigung sollte es auch sauberer sein, v.a. einige Ecken im Bad. In der kalten Jahreszeit interessant: die Heizung im Bad läßt sich nicht separat steuern. Wenn man den Rest eher kühl mag, ist ein warmes Bad schwierig. Dort gibt es nur einen Handtuchwärmer, der auf Knopfdruck 20 Minuten heizt, wovon er 10 Minuten zum Aufwärmen braucht. Diese Punkte sind verbesserungswürdig, aber insgesamt ist es ein schönes Haus, das Gesamtpaket gut, wir würden wiederkommen.
