• Patricia (5/5): No vuelvo - Amplio y iluminado Solo tenía un baño completo y la regadera malísima uno no cabe y decía que eran dos baños me cobraron por llegar después de las 8 pm y fue porque el avión se atrasó dos horas no fue nuestra culpa. Para llegar a San Pedro hay que caminar, mucho no es la foto 😤
• Gergana (7/5): Good location. - Location is top. Very close to Vatican, Vatican museums and restaurants. The apartment is on 5 floor. There is a lift. 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and toilet, and the other one with 2 single beds. There is air conditioner in small corridor between 2 bedrooms. Clean bathroom. In the living room there is another air conditioner and 2 sofas, which were extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. Kitchen is ok. Fine for 4 people. We’re 4 adults and 2 kids. Extremely dirty and uncomfortable sofa bed in living room. It is not possible for sleeping even for kids. Needs to be replaced.

• Dennis (5/5): Actually really nice employees and comfortable for clover mites - unfortunately not really for us - The employees, especially Allessandro, was really nice and helpful. When we had a problem with the outdoor keylock, they were really understanding and problem-solving on the phone at night. The location itself is also superb, you probably won't find anything closer to everything you need to see in rome. For these two things I would give the best reviews I could. Unfortunately there have been some major other problems. The beds are super, super uncomfortable (had way better beds in worse spaces) and the apartment was also dirty in some spots - for example the sleeping couch. If that would not have been enough, we found tons of clover mites during our stay that especially multiplied during the last two days. Maybe it is on us that we didn't involve the offered assistance regarding this issue, but you would still expect something like this to not happen at all and have a clean and comfortable stay. Considering all of this I am simply unable to leave a good review about our stay. The price is cheap and that is attracting, but if I were to go to rome again I would consider some other place.

• Susan (7/5): Two bedroom apartment in great neighbourhood - The apartment is in a great neighbourhood. It is on the 5th floor and is spacious, quiet and secure. It was well furnished, including a well equipped kitchen, although is due for a renovation. It would suit a family travelling as there are two bedrooms, and room to move. The person letting me in arrived an hour after the agreed time, there was no cleaning for a 25 night stay, and the agreed request for clean sheets was not met.

• Nehme (6/5): - Beware of the false advertising : this unit has 1.5 bathrooms not 2 as advertised, and no drier contrary to the ad. Location is good, neighborhood is nice, walk to metro. Unfortunately the metro closed at 9 pm due to repairs, we were not aware, and that’s a temporary situation. You may want to do your shopping nearby instead of the fancier areas of Rome: same stuff, less priced. And you can reach anywhere by foot -metro. Overall, a good impression, except the deception mentioned above.

• Kristian (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, with all daily life equipment present. Location is perfect, very close to a metro-line station, and with several bus lines available. Grocery stores and good local bars and restaurants close by. Furniture is worn, some parts close to worn out. Parts of the kitchenware needs replacement, such as cooking knives and frying pans.

• Kate (3/5): disappointing - bed was comfortable shower - only a trickle of water and it was either very hot or very cold. impossible to wash hair.
• Urszula (7/5): 8day stay... - The location is great, close to main tourist areas. The apartment is surrounded by good restaurants and cafes but still is a small street. It has nice sitting area with large table where the whole family can dine and have free time. 2 separate bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom is a good addition. The apartment is dirty. Dust everywhere. Dirty kitchen lacking kettle. Dirty courtins and window blinds. We were there for 8 days and did not receive the kettle even after multiple requests. The mattresses on beds are also dirty. Sofabed in living room discussing and very uncomfortable. The linen in the apartment were probably clean. The additional linen and towels requested (the apartment was not prepared for our family) were clean. We were very careful trying not to touch mattresses and beds.
