Location:Excellent for those who want to use Zhangjiajie City as a base for their trip (parks and old towns) and be close to the railway station. By car it's about 45min to the park, 20min to Tianmen Mountain Line C (much closer for Line A), 15-20min to Zhangjiajie West Station. Transport: They also provided free pick up on arrival and the driver was lovely with her pink car. We basically did the whole stay with her. Staff: Great staff service, friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way a lot to help. They packed our breakfast to go for us. Room: The room we booked had 2 big windows (corner view) the one we got only had 1. Also the pictures show a beautiful view of the top of the buildings, but in reality the view down is not nice. Carpets were stained, sheets had big visible holes in them. The room lacks a full length mirror. Housekeeping: inconsistent, we never knew if we'd have toilet paper, water, tea, etc when going back to the room. Breakfast: only from 7:00-9:00, too short and not early enough for the park's, but they did pack us to-go bags when requested. Breakfast is very simple, could be improved.

• David B. (3/5): Misleading photos and poor cleanliness - Cleanliness needs significant improvement. There were bread crumbs and hair scattered across the room carpet, which were not cleaned during the two days of my stay. The walls also had visible stains. I also found a considerable amount of hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, the photos shown on Booking are misleading—the actual quality, cleanliness, and general atmosphere are far below what the pictures suggest. Breakfast very poor.

Ansonsten gibr es nichts negatives. 我们住的房间里卧室带浴缸，走廊旁边总有一种不断重复的声音，听起来像洗衣机。除此之外，没有什么不好的地方。

Nos dieron respuesta por wechat de manera inmediata a cualquier consulta que les hicimos incluso se ofrecieron a comprarnos las entradas a los parques naturales encargándose de todos los trámites, dándonos además consejos sobre qué ver cada dia y cómo organizar la visita. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaría, por trato, ubicación y calidad de las instalaciones.

Персонал отеля на booking не отвечает. 2. Номер был грязный, ковер и стены в пятнах. На 1-2 дня еще можно потерпеть, но уборка там проводится плохо. 3. Завтрак ужасный, можно сказать его вообще нет. В основных блюдах какая-то лапша и вареные яйца. Из кофемашины идет одна вода.

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι και αν χρειαστείτε και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας αλλά και πριν από αυτή μπορείτε να ρωτήσετε ότι χρειάζεστε. Το πρωινό τοπικό ωραίο με τα bao ban με τον κρόκο αυγού να κλέβουν την παράσταση αφού ήταν ότι καλύτερο γευτήκαμε. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα τεράστια και πάρα πολύ άνετα.

• YANG SUB (9/5): 숙소 상태 최상 친절함 ,숙소 찾아가기설명보완 필요 - 숙소청결 친절 시설 등 최고의 상태 편안함 숙소 최근 리모델링 한것으로 넓고 내부 설비 최상임 강변 옆에 있고 13층에 위치 함 조식도 깔끔함 에어콘 성능 우수, 사용 엘리베이터 가 8개 정도 PICC (예금보험공사) 건물내 13층에 위치하여 처음에는 찾기 약간 곤란 했음 25층 정도 건물내 4~5 개 호텔과 회사 등이 각 층별로 영업 중 임 숙소는 13층 전체사용 중국지도 사용 경우 제외한 외국인은 구글지도의 온라인 네비게이션 사용 곤란으로 예약서에 있는 호텔 주소안내로 찾아가기 어려울수 있음 건물 이름으로 찾아야함 영어 만으로는 소통이 불편하고 중국어 번역으로 사용 하는데 너무 친절하여 약간 부담이 됨
• Luis (9/5): todo excelente pero dificultad no solo para encontrarlo sino para ubicarlo a la hora de coger taxi/Didi - Amplitud de la habitación, desayuno, limpieza y simpatía del personal. La persona encargada fut muy atenta y amable con nosotros, no hablaba inglés pero con el traductor pudimos comunicarnos sin problema. Te ofrecen un desayuno típico chino y algo de bufet occidental. Es difícil de encontrar el hotel por su nombre según Booking. Es aconsejable contratar con el alojamiento el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto o tren para asegurarse que llegas al hotel. El hotel se ubica en la planta 12 o 13 de un edificio en el que hay varios hoteles más.

The staff were marvellous and even booked a tour for us. Returning to the hotel - which is inside a tower block - can be a bit tricky, unless you have your wits about you! Excellent quality breakfast, but spicy, so perhaps not to everyone's taste in the morning.

• Julia (9/5): - Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit mit der Buchung von Touren , Tickets oder Taxis. Außerdem hat das Hotel wenn man über sie Bucht vergünstigte Eintritte für z.b. die Yellow Dragon Cave den Grand Canyon mit Glass Brigde und den Tianmen Mountain. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. AC ist sehr gut. Man sollte bedenken dass in China rauchen in Räumen erlaubt ist und auf ein non smoking room bestehen. Das Frühstück ist chinesisch. Also meistens Nudelsuppe oder Dunplings. Dafür jedoch sehr gut.

Booking indicated they had a restaurant but it was only for breakfast. Not sure if that was the hotels or booking.com fault

• Borja (8/5): Hotel que cumple pero no te hará volver - Buena ubicación, habitación muy espaciosa y bonita. La moqueta es muy sucia con manchas que prefiero no saber de qué son. Daba asco que andábamos con las chanclas. Desayuno de 7 a 9 y casi sin opciones de nada, mejor no cogerlo la verdad. No habla inglés nadie en este Hotel lo que hace que la comunicación sea muy lenta con un traductor. Hay una plancha para todo el Hotel.
• Chinothai (7/5): Very good overall, could be better if the things I have list have been fixed. - I loved the room so much! It was very comfortable and pretty clean overall. Looks very modern, looks completely different from the city. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the toilet was very clean with the high-tech built-in bidet on the toilet seat. However, the downside of this was the location that was put in Booking.com or on other apps/ website. It is located in the Gold Building near the riverside, there are 2 gold buildings but it is the one closer to the river. Go in the building and it should be another hotel, then proceed to head up to 13th floor then you should be good. Also what I don’t like about this hotel is when I checked out last night at 4am, there was an old man who seems to be an employee SLEEPING behind the reception on his bed. Does not seem very professional and not as friendly as the morning staff.

Near perfect - This room was actually amazing - - 100% worth its money for quality + value - - 2nd BEST budget 3x star hotel I've ever stayed at - - The space was incredible. - - Very open and relaxing - - Bed was comfortable as - - Floor to roof window views was quite nice. - - (Other rooms would have better views of the Tianman mountain. But mine had a mix of city and mountain) - - The bathroom by the window was excellent. - - I was offered 5x free breakfast for my stay which was actually a positive. But the food was not western and I only had the free breakfast 1x. - - (I am a get up and go person when I travel. So I do thank the hotel for these - - The building entrance was very greek style and beautiful. I liked it alot - - Hotel receptionist was very nice and pleasant LOCATION WAS A CHALLENGE TO FIND Booking.com + other western apps showed it to be right under or next to a bridge. Walk along the road on the river till you see 2x golden panel window buildings + a small grocery store on the left. Corner of Jiaochang Rd and Binhe Rd Its on the 13th floor That is my only negative

Lo staff molto disponibile anche se, quando ho chiesto di poter avere la colazione al sacco dovendo uscire presto, non mi avevano specificato che avrei potuto ritirarla solo dalle 6.50 in poi, quindi ho pagato tre colazioni di cui non ho mai potuto usufruire
• Sha95 (10/5): Spotless and massive room with luxury finish - The bedroom was massive, with a sofa and a huge window with a view of the river and mountains. The bed were very comfortable and the room is spotless, super clean and has a luxury finish. The shower was great, basically like a small room and there is a smart toilet with cool features. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit are also included. The host was very friendly and available to help at any time. They offer a delicious chinese breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the river. It would be nice to have a buffet breakfast to offer additional and international options.

• Vivian (7/5): I think a '7' is a fair reflection of our stay but the staff deserved higher! - The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by. The previous ratings for this hotel were all '10s' which was not accurate. The carpet has seen better days. There was no breakfast available - I think because when we arrived there were no other guests. The hotel is on the 13th floor of a 24 floor block with other hotels and businesses in the block. We had some noisy (western) people staying in the room next door and their activities disturbed our sleep (the hotel staff managed to quieten them, thanks).
