• Valerie (8/5): We had a lovely 2 week stay at the property and would stay again - The view was beautiful, easy to get to as had lift to 5 floor. Apt was roomy and clean Pillows on bed and would have preferred a toaster than an breville maker
• Alex (9/5): The location near the highway and yet close to the beach was ideal for our purposes. - Basic supplies for kitchen, bathroom, etc. were available, e.g. toilet paper, detergent, oil, salt, pepper, tea. The manager was very helpful and friendly.
• Marcus (9/5): What a View! - Excellent location and communication from Angella. The apartment was small but absolutely spotless with everything you needed for a stay. The view and balcony were absolutely outstanding too! Great pool area and bar area with everything you need in easy walking distance. We drove so the car park although very busy was a bonus (there is a huge public car park just next door so no issue if it's full) Overall had a great stay and the kids absolutely loved it too. would recommend 10/10 Water cold have been a little warmer, showers weren't especially hot but wasn't the end of the world and nit picking really, overall the property was excellent
• Roisin (10/5): 100/100 - It has everything you could need. All appliances where there so very easy to cook. Very close to restaurants, markets, pubs ect. Scooters available right outside the door if needed, the bus stop alos location a 1 min walk way and was very handy! And cheap. Contact from property eas excellent!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I had also left a few thing behind, and they were shipped over to me!! The pools at the apartment blocks are salt water.
• Bobby (10/5): Outstanding apartment - Everything about this apartment and complex was great. There was nothing I could say was wrong with it. If I was forced to say 1 thing maybe the steps up from the pool area were a bit of a killer. But in no way does this take away from this great place.
• Solomon (10/5): Property is clean and secure located a stone throw from popular beach Playa Fanabe - The Host/Agent (Angela) prompt response with above and beyond assistance. Property is clean, secure and near to the beach with 3 private secure nice communal pools that are not overcrowded. The pools benches/beds are always available at the time of our stay, we reasoned as the property is closer to the beach, on a flat terrain walk as compared to if you were at the top of the hills, residents have plenty of choices. Lastly the best ocean view as it says on the tin. I cannot fault anything; I only have positive on the property. Expect the normal wear and tear in a high frequency beach holiday property else go to the hilling area where you will struggle to walk anywhere. Corner shops could be very expensive as you are paying premium for the convenience. However, there are 2 Mercadano(Chain supermarkets) about a mile or less from the property if you know your way for normal price or where locals would shop. There is also Lidl but you will need a taxi/uber for big shopping if you are visiting for 2 weeks or more.
• Radziunas (9/5): Would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in the area. - Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex felt a small bit rundown and a bit unsafe.
• Maret (9/5): In general, I liked my stay in this apartment - spectacular views on sunset beat inconveniences. - This apartment is on the 5th floor and has a spectacular ocean view. Lift is available. There is excellent infrastructure around this complex - shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is close enough. Very clean pool - the floor around the pool area is washed with detergent every morning. It's a perfect location. Car parking is always available (don't forget to ask your agent about free car parking (not at D entrance). A bar and restaurant are on the site (beside the pool). Toilets and showers are available in the pool area. Also, the reception area has a free library (entrance B). The air conditioner is installed in the apartment and working ok. The large TV on the wall and the small one in the bedroom are working perfectly. WiFi has good speed, so it's a plus, too. The fee for collecting keys after 8 p.m. is €20, and the fee for collecting keys after 9 p.m. is €40. Not a reasonable fee, in my opinion. There is only one complaint about this stay - quality of sleep. Only one set of bed linen was provided. I was travelling with my friend, and we were forced to sleep in one bed on our arrival night. We are not a couple, and even couples sometimes sleep apart. This is inconvenient and something that the landlord should think about in advance. No beach towels were provided at the start (two bath towels and one hand towel were provided); we only got another set of bath towels after we requested additional bed linen and pillows. Inferior quality mattresses, pillows (thin and lumpy padding polyester filling) and bed linen. Quality of sleep is essential for people who work hard and who want to have some rest. At least for me, sleep quality is a priority. Just to note, it's a very loud area - the motorway beside the apartment block is loud all night, so it's challenging to sleep with an open balcony door or window. If you use a conditioner and close all the windows, then it's okay.

• Derek (8/5): Very enjoyable - Perfect sea view and sunny aspect. Well equipped kitchen area if we wanted to cook. Thoughtful provision of toiletries in the bathroom, cleaning supplies and extra toilet rolls! Lack of suitable pillows & properly fitting bedding Some minor areas of maintenance would have been beneficial to the overall smartness of the apartment.

• Declan (9/5): Perfect winter sunshine, a quality resort with lovely beaches and great restaurants and shopping - A wonderful view across the resort to the sea and beautiful sunsets. A short walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops.
