• Nzau (10/5): I had an amazing time, I will recommend this place to anybody visiting London - The communications with the staff, facilities and cleanliness I am an Arsenal Fan, it is too close to the Tottenham stadium, joke :) Honestly I have no complain
• Hannah (8/5): Our stay here was good had everything we needed and was in a good location.my only complaint would be the blinds on the - The location was good and it was very clean One of the bedrooms had a velux window right above the bed which didn’t have a blind and it was getting light at 5.30am

• Elisabeth (6/5): Fräscht enkelt boende på lugn gata nära tunnelbanan. - Vi bokade två rum, stället var fräscht, välstädat och nyrenoverat. Mycket fräscht badrum. Låg på en lugn gata i närheten av tunnelbanan, dock lite stört av tåget och närliggande fest. Det framgick inte av beskrivningen och bilder att det var delat badrum per våningsplan. Ytterdörren gick inte att låsa, vilket vi påtalade till värden men åtgärdades inte så länge vi var där. En av dörrarna till rummen hade blivit uppbruten och inte helt återställd. Det saknades krokar för upphängning av kläder, en stol hade varit trevligt om det hade funnits.
• Janka (6/5): Ubytovanie bolo čisté, lokalita relatívne tichá, majitel veľmi príjemný. - Malý vysoký domček v zástavbe, pripomínal mi domy z filmov. Majiteľ bol veľmi ochotný a nápomocný, komunikácia prebehla bez akýchkoľvek problémov, ubytovanie aj odubytovanie taktiež v poriadku. Spalo sa nám veľmi zle. Posteľ by už potrebovala vymeniť matrac. V izbe bolo dosť teplo a ventilátor nebol úplne funkčný, museli sme si ho opraviť. Uterák sme dostali len pre jednu osobu, pre druhú až po dodatočnom vyžiadaní, no bohužiaľ sa asi pani upratovačka pomýlila a nedodala nám dostatok uterákov ani na druhý pokus. Škoda, že dvor za domčekom nebol upravený a sprístupnený na používanie. Spríjemnilo by to pobyt.

• Gichuhi (5/5): It’s ok if no other affords options can be found - It was clean. Nash was available when reached out to confirm check in and operating the locks. As much as one can do laundry, there’s no drying rack or hanging lines and an attempt to ask someone who appeared to live there, she was guiding me on where to buy the drying rack. The window in my room also let in a lot of light hence didn’t get much sleep. The blinds definite need replacement and a dark option to be installed. The train noise didn’t bother me much, it was tolerable since later in the night the train doesn’t operate(atleast I din’t hear it). Neighbour I believe living in next house played loud music first night but turned it down later.
• Inês (8/5): Very good - We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 nights for Beyoncé shows and it was really good! The host was very helpful and very friendly, the rooms were great, kitchen always clean, the location is amazing 2 min walk from Bruce Grove station and 15-20 min walk from Tottenham stadium! So if you are looking for a place to stay for a concert or a football game this is the right place! The only thing bad is the curtains in the rooms, they pass the clarity, but nothing that a blindfold for the eyes don’t solve! Also the neighbors from next door can be a little annoying with their music, we only had one night with this issue.

• Alice (9/5): Superb - I travelled with a friend and made the mistake of booking a room with a single-size bed. Nash was very helpful and upgraded my room for a very small charge on the spot. The communication was very fast and easy, and both him and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The neighbourhood was surprisingly chill. We also had a 24/7 store just around the corner, as well as a McDonald's and other restaurants/fast-food chains. The accomodation was about 30'-40' away from the city center, but we had a bus stop and a tube station at roughly 5' away, which was alright.

The listing was highly misleading—from the description to the photos, nothing truly matched what I encountered upon arrival. The pictures painted a much different, more appealing scenario than the reality. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. I booked this place expecting a certain standard and ambiance based on what was shown, but was met with something completely different. It’s frustrating to feel misled, especially after making plans around what was promised. What made it worst was that I wasn’t able to cancel and get my refund back. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and updates the listing to reflect the actual condition and appearance of the property. Transparency goes a long way in building trust.

• Katrin (9/5): Clean rooms and friendly host. - We had a wonderful stay for three nights at this property. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well after our daily activities. The entire property was clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

Could not get a good night sleep there. - Property was clean, Many shops that McDonald's and Asda were like a 5 minute.Walk away, The Train station is like a 5 minute walk. Bruce Grove Station. The high street is like five minute walk away. Access to the property is easy. Not the host fault. It's very difficult to have a good night sleep in the property. Firstly, there's a train line, so a train station.So you can literally hear like everything and it's really noisy at night. The curtain vines seemed to be those Ikea ones and they are somewhat translucent, so they allow light to pass through them. Which means at night , it's basically like sleeping under lamp post very , very difficult. So When you add the train noise and light getting through.It was Unbearable that I could not even wait for my trip to be over.

Loved the kitchen, so spacious, loved that I was able to use the microwave and the kettle! The bed was a bit hard, still okay to sleep in :) , but that was the only thing I didn’t like about the property
• Min (6/5): Cheap but not great - It was a cozy little room that was comfortable to stay. The neighbourhood looked like a hood but there are many stores to shop. The check-in experience was terrible as the host expected me to contact him via Whatsapp, which was not notified in advance. I had to be alone in a dark in a very sketchy neighbourhood for like an hour until like past 11pm. The neighbourhood also seemed very dangerous. Moreover, nothing was provided except one towel that I had to buy things from stores nearby and could not even dry my hair. I asked the host about this before I departed from my country but it was not like how he/she answered.

Garbage bin in the bathrooms wasn’t emptied while we were staying there. Strong smell of Indian food in the house through our entire stay. Doors of the shower didn’t close well enough.

• Kamila (10/5): It was such a pleasure to stay here. - It was such a pleasure to stay here. Very quiet area, a lot of grocery shops, restaurants just few steps away. The Overground and bus stop are also nearby, so you can get to the center of London very fast! And the most important thing: very friendly and profesional landlord! If you have problem, you can call him, and he always ready to help you of any situation! He really takes care of its guests! If next time, we will go to London, we will be back here, definitely!

Our complaint is with the guests who stayed in the apartments when we did because they were very noisy, there was constant banging on the door coming in and out and that didn't give us a sense of security or peace at night.
