Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Great location, near the beach. Short drive to Cowes or could walk/cycle. 3 x dbl rooms perfect for family with older children or a group of adults. Nothing (bbq could do with a thorough clean).

- Nicholas (10/5): Lovely property ideal location - Lovely spacious property with a well laid out kitchen and lovely outdoor seating area. The beds were comfy good showers and it’s in a lovely quiet area close to the sea. Well kept very modern property good communication from the owner. Just be careful when booking if you select the linen option and pay up front to booking.com they don’t pass this on to the owners so we had a issue of no bed linen and towels when we arrived but the owner organised it very quickly once we had paid for the service. I’d say book this with the owner DO NOT BOOK LiINEN THROUGH BOOKING.COM. They take your money but don’t provide the service.

- Jamie (9/5): Lovely spacious property in a great location - Overall the property has excellent facilities and is ideally located for any activity on the Island. Beautifully appointed in a quiet, sleepy area but not too far from the main street Mosquitos were a challenge and the DVD player was not connected

- Kiki (7/5): Overall it was okay. - The family areas with TV. There was no hair dryer, lack of toilet paper , dining chairs was very uncomfortable and the ducted heating was set on 16 degrees. Check -in time was 2:00 pm at the time of booking and I requested a bit earlier then 2:00 but unfortunately didn’t receive a reply. On the day of our travel, sent follow up email to the information centre and their response was that the check in time is 3:00 pm .

- Alex (9/5): Spacious House in a Good Location - The house is very spacious. Location is nice with short trip to the Cowes town centre and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. One of the beds was dusty. Besides, it would be better if linen was included in price.
- C (9/5): Relaxing, convenient, comfortable! - 1. the layout of the house - it's got 2 spacious living rooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), a spacious well equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, well placed toilets and bathrooms, a drive way with an indoor garage and a balcony which has a view of the sea! 2. Location - it's a 5 minute drive to cowes and every amenity one could require. It's also a 10 minute walk (or a 5 min jog) to the beach! 3. Facilities- everything we require including a large fridge, a sizable oven, microwave oven, etc. The vacuum cleaners are also ingeniously built into the walls! Would be great to have a knife sharpener and large ceramic (communal) bowls for hot - but there were easy alternatives! No biggie at all

- Cindia (7/5): Good stay for families in overall if space and location are key considerations - The location and space of the accommodation are great. Peaceful neighborhood and is located near key places of interests such as Churchill Island and Penguin Parade. The kitchen is very well-equipped with spacious dining area. There were 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor, the other on the 2nd floor. Bathrooms were great too, we didn't have any issues with warm water. Great option for family stays. The beds are really dusty. There were lint, hair and dust on the comforters in 2 of the rooms. We did request for the provision of linen, but the linen were also dusty with spots of dirt as well. Would recommend travelers to bring your own linen instead. The sofas were also full of dust which we had to clean a little before sitting.

- Rhonda (8/5): Everyone enjoyed their stay at the house, plenty of room. - The location was good with a short trip to the Cowes town centre and 15 minute drive to the Rhyll Yacht Club where we competed in our sailing regatta. The fan in the ground floor bedroom had no batteries in the Remote and with the heat of the weekend it made it uncomfortable to sleep. The mugs were too high to place under spout of coffee machine so had to remove drain base and used a small bowl that allowed for placing the mug under spout for pouring coffee and catching any drops of water.

- Neil (10/5): Very nice house in a great location. - The house is very spacious with heaps of space for relaxing both inside and out. Main bedroom is upstairs with the others down, for a little separation from the 6yr old who followed us. 10min walk to the boat ramp, pulling a kayak and 6yr old. 5min if just you. 2min drive to the main strip of Cowes, so close enough but far enough to not hear anything at night. Definitely walking distance after a few pints if that’s your jam. We left a pot of ice cream in the freezer. Not the properties fault. My wife didn’t tell me she’d bought it so I didn’t check the freezer on leaving. Might be time to find a new wife.
