• Shondel (9/5): Enjoyable & fun stay - Great location, easy access to cafes, beaches, restaurants & shops. Offers a great workout walking up Brown street! When cooking & using the cook top i could only use one element at a time which was a pain.

• Paula (9/5): Great find in Newcastle - Easy access to main area of Newcastle town. Staircase down to Civic Theatre. Spacious living areas. Great view off the balcony and personal parking under the unit. Water pressure in one bathroom needed fixing. Also because public areas nearby, (roads and the staircase) can always hear people going past.
• Jacinta (8/5): Very comfortable stay, other than lack of air con upstairs where bedrooms are which was not nice - Very comfortable living areas, kitchen had lots of handy things to use, close to Darby St etc, new and clean furnishings, nice views of clock tower etc No air conditioning upstairs, VERY narrow driveway, no tissues, dishwasher door not installed properly so it crashes open, expected to put the wheelie bins out on the day of arrival even though hadn’t used it yet and full of previous people’s rubbish, would prefer a plunger to pods for coffee (or many more pods!!)
• Vanessa (8/5): We had a lovely relaxing time. The people of Newcastle were so friendly. - Balcony, park next door. quality linen, comfy couch, supplied toiletries, No beach towels.
• Paul (7/5): We were in Newcastle for a show - 5 minute walk from theatre - Close to civic theatre - approximately 5 minute walk. Parking for 2 cars ( one in and one out of garage). Well stocked kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Communication with owner excellent. Noise from town carried up to the town house. It was a hot weekend and bedrooms very hot - although there were fans in the bedrooms. Only one air conditioner and it was in lounge room. Shower in ensuite very weak - water trickled with no pressure.

• Jeanine (8/5): Great location, roomy and comfortable. - Very spacious, well appointed and located. Short steep walk into the Newcastle CBD and Darby St eateries. Ants in the kitchen, 2 half rolls of toilet paper, no cleaning products to wipe down bench tops after meal prep.

• Clive (8/5): Enjoyable - The view from balcony. spaciousness. comfortable double room ensuite shower had very low pressure. One tea towel and one dishcloth was a bit mean! Dishwasher door fell open and underneath skirting board fell out of position
• Zoran (10/5): Most welcoming and comfortable property in an incredible location. - Our stay here was for a little family catchup and the townhouse provided us such a comfortable and welcoming space that we spend much time together. It was perfect. NA
• Sam (8/5): Central location & spacious townhouse. - Location spot on for visiting beautiful Newcastle. Relaxing sitting on the balcony at any time of the day. Handy having a car space/garage. The couple of hiccups we encountered while staying, were quickly fixed with the prompt help of our hosts, thank you. If mobility is an issue there are a few stairs within the townhouse & surrounds.

Everything was set out lovelly and was worth the stay. - Great location and fabulous property to suit small group or family and friends. lack of heating options upstairs, although some heat reaches upstairs from downstairs, because of the cold weather, we needed to leave doors open, which is hard with privacy.

• Samantha (9/5): Superb - It was a beautifully kept place, close to Darby Street and the water. The shower in the main bedroom has absolutely no water pressure
• Alison (10/5): Loved the apartment and its quiet location. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. Access to parking is a challenge - Loved the decor of this property and the attention to details. It was clean and had loads of storage. There was not wash room on the main floor and this meant climbing the stairs to the sleeping area each time you needed to use the bathroom. Also, as it was a very hot weekend in Newcastle having no air conditioning upstairs made sleeping quite difficult. Access to the parking was very difficult as well. These are things that would be hard for the owners to change but inclusion in the the description would have been helpful.

• Katrina (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, modern and a great location. Due to the extreme heat during our stay, air-conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs would have been nice however everything else was excellent.
• Holly (10/5): Exceptional - This place felt very homely. Very central to everything. Communication with the manager was fantastic, everything went well with our stay. Lots of space for our family to relax. We are very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Is in fabulous location close to restaurants,harbour and beaches.Stee - Located 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes to beach and harbour foreshore walks. Bright and light,well appointed kitchen and nice touches with candles and scented bathroom spray. Bedrooms were located upstairs and unfortunately we stayed during a heatwave and they were uncomfortably hot,ceiling fan in master bedroom but nothing in twin room . This was exacerbated by the heat from generated from the skylight in the bathroom. Would be helpful to provide fans,or more optimally air conditioning. Outside of heatwave conditions probably wouldn’t be an issue.

• Kellie (10/5): Beautiful townhouse in a lovely suburb. Everything you need for a stay in Newcastle. - Beautifully appointed townhouse with quality finishings. It is in a great position, handy to Darby Street. Comfortable bedding and quality linen made it a pleasure to stay at. Everything you need. We liked everything about the property. It is a little noisy at night given the location being near a pub.
