Guest Reviews
- Karen (8/5): - Location was great, so much space, and an incredible layout. Very unique spot with amazing views of ancient Roman ruins (where Julius Caeser was stabbed!). Elena was great and very helpful. Hot tub would not fill and was virtually unusable; the faucet stream was so minimal it would have taken hours and hours and hours to fill. The terrace on roof was cool but a bit dirty (furniture cushions had bird poop on them) and the awning had been destroyed by a recent storm.
- Faye (10/5): Location , Great Accommodation - The property was in a excellent location. The suite was very comfortable and had a great view of Roman Ruins . I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this accommodation . The communication was excellent by Elena . Always responded quickly and very helpful . Nothing
- Guest (5/5): Great location beautiful apartment but it requires cleaning and maintennance - not applicable An absolutely beautiful property …The cleaning and linen is why we had mixed scores…The terraced were beautiful but all the greenery dead and needed attention. The bedroom windows need block blinds or or curtains…We loved this property It deserves attention to cleanliness maintenance and detail.
- Bruno (8/5): Très bonne adresse au cœur de Rome. Rendant les visites de tous les sites très proches. - L’emplacement. Les terrasses. Et la taille de l’appartement. Le débit des douches.
- Beltran (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, we had access to a lot of the spots we wanted to see on our trip. Wish we would have stayed longer to really get to enjoy the lovely terraces. Host was great, she was always available when needed and gave us a recommendation for food which was the best we had in Italy We had no issues. Elevator is definitely a bit small but I think that's just the nature of putting an elevator in an older building that wasn't made for it. Better to have the elevator than not
- Birgitt (9/5): We did have issues with water not flowing away in sinks and the pressure in the shower wasn't great. - Was a lovely spacious apartment. Walking distance to most sites.
- Pavla (10/5): Excellent flat for a comfortable and convenient holiday in Rome. - The flat was precisely as shown in the photos on Booking.com, with a large interesting layout and two terraces, one in front on the roof great for viewing the city, one in back off the kitchen perfect for morning breakfast.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Pantheon and other famous sites. The switches around the flat did not turn on the expected lights so it took a little while to learn the connections – this is not a big deal. But one switch to the left of the bed retracts the bed into the wall and under the kitchen floor. We learned unexpectedly that the motor is strong enough to retract the bed when it is occupied.
- Kate (10/5): Incredible for a first-time visit - This apartment was perfect for first time visitors. It's an unbeatable view onto the Argentina temple complex, and you can enjoy it from the gorgeous rooftop terrace or the windows in the bedroom and living room. The location couldn't be better, placing you in walking distance from all of the top sites, but also close to restaurant districts like Trastevere. Best of all, pizza Florida downstairs ensures that you can always grab a quick bite (even though you probably won't need to, given all the incredible food options in the area.) Elena was extremely communicative and welcoming and worked to help us coordinate a very early AM arrival, and having door access through a code was so convenient and easy. The water pressure wasn't fantastic, and the mattress could probably use updating, but in general, it was an incredible stay.
- Michael (10/5): Great location, fantastic facilities - Great location, fantastic facilities and a very comfortable bed. Great views from the Balcony and while the elevator was 'cosy', it was a Godsend...will be back. Nothing of note
- Зоя (9/5): Superb - Great location. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a bit noisy, but that's the price you pay for the great location.
The sinks were clogged, so the water could not drain properly.
- David (10/5): Wonderful place, great location, great host - Host Elena was great, responded immediately to any query, including restaurant recommendations..apt was spacious and beautifully appointed, has everything we could think of, even more than was on the info page. Incredible kitchen, two bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, beautiful decorations.spacious rooms, LOTS OF CLOTHES HANGERS, which is a big plus for us. Lots of power outlets, tho some didn’t work. Walking distance to major attractions, groceries, restaurants, everything. The BEST place we’ve stayed. One week stay, two people. Nothing. Maybe an ironing board would be good.
- Ivan (10/5): Excellant! - All the best! Nothing
- Desen (9/5): Superb -
- Mestaven (9/5): Amazing apartment in Rome - This is an amazing apartment - huge spaces, 2 x bathrooms (shower and bath). The location is great overlooking a square with remains of 4 temples. It was quiet at night yet central location. The two terraces are wonderful spots to chill out. The air-conditioning worked well as it was 38 degrees each day. Good restaurants nearby. Just a comment that the lift was broken for the 4 days and it is 4 floors up also you have to pay extra if you want refreshed towels or more.
- Alicia (9/5): Light and airy apartment. Lots of space and the terraces were a nice place to sit outside. - Perfect location within easy walking distance to Navarre Square, Pantheon and Trevi. Very quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Good air-conditioning. The two terraces were ideal for sun bathing and overlooking the Roman ruins in the square. Easy to reach by public transport from airport - get the train to Trastevere (25 mins) then a bus or taxi to Argentina which takes 10 mins. Apartment is on the top floor (4 flights of steps) and the lift wasn’t always working.
- Danilo_2784 (10/5): Fantastic Location, Fantastic view - Fantastic Location in the centre of Rome. The Host is very helpful. The Apartment have beautiful furniture and design. Fantastic view to Tempio di Giuturna. Super professional kitchen bed for sure is not the spotlight of the apartment, but nothing wrong.
- Andrey (10/5): Perfect - This apartment is extremely cool, location, facilities etc was great
- Ioannis (10/5): Exceptional - Elegant, cosy and comfortable apartment in exceptional location. Outstanding hospitality, owner was available for us. Nice views, good vibes Just bed could be a bit more comfortable
- Metka (10/5): Sebastiano is an excellent host, the house is huge, beautiful & great for a peaceful holidays! -
- Nashaat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michele (9/5): Loved the location and the apartment was great with the terraces, all overlooking historic ancient ruins - Location especially No sieve for pasta ( but I’m being picky).
