- Laurie (9/5): Excellent time exploring Canmore and sharing time with family at Gracy's place and outdoors. - Hvac was noisy.
- STACIE (5/5): obnoxious noise all day and night, other than that fine unit - good location in canmore, access to pool/hot tub, reliable wifi the shower leaked to the point of being unusable (host says since my stay has been fixed), couches could be more comfy, firm beds. the main issue is the constant noise outside from i believe an hvac system is AWFUL. i inquired about this ahead of time based on another reviewer's comment, and the host assured me it's not noticeable, and can't be heard inside with everything closed up. this is FALSE - if you are sensitive to noise, i suggest you avoid this unit. if you aren't bothered by a constant machine noise that goes from loud to extra loud all day and night, and CAN be heard inside, this place would be ok.
- Sandra (10/5): - Very clean, kept up well. Great location in Canmore. Close to dining options and downtown area. Has underground parking which was very convenient. Owner was very easy to deal with and gave great information. Came with many added amenities. Hallways in building getting a little beat up but you're in them for such a short time, not a big deal. This is no reflection on owner just building maintenance.

Apartment well equipped with necessities Owner very rude when we explained didn't see email on checkin instructions as we were on a cruise and only on checkin need to find out instructions.
The 2nd bath tub on using shower . It was clogged n dirty water floated back up. Friends had to use the master bedroom shower .
It wud have been great if owner was more understanding of our predicament being tourists going to a foreign place and made more welcome instead of being told off.

- Gary (9/5): It was great! We'd do it again in a heart beat. - We like the location as it was close enough to walk to down town and not too far away from Banff and other sight seeing. It was so convenient to have a condo and kitchen and washer/dryer. Provide more ice trays in freezer and a few more boxes of facial tissue but honestly these are just minor things.

- Jim (10/5): Convenient and clean condo with quick access to Canmore/Banff served as a fantastic central hub for our vacation. - The condo is located close to downtown Canmore and a quick drive to the highway to Banff. It had all that we needed inside with kitchen equipment, clean rooms, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and enough space for a family of four to unwind. We did wish that the TVs were smart TVs or had a Google TV/Apple TV connection. We’re grateful that the rooms had cable TV but it would be nice to have access to our streaming accounts, but this wasn’t much of an issue because we spent most of our days enjoying the outdoors.
- Corine (9/5): Grace is a great host… very responsive and prompt with answering questions. The unit is very nicely appointed and feels - Property is new, modern and excellent amenities. The unit faces into a courtyard area that is well landscaped and lush with colour! Brokers onto a great walking path leading through the Spring Creek area making it very walkable leading to Main Street via an amazing walk along the river! Overall the property is amazing but the large ventilation system from the parkade is quite loud when running if windows are open or out sitting on the deck.
