- Ian (3/5): disappointed - arrived to be told the room i booked was not available and had to pay extra money for a room! in the room, the fridge had black mould in it and a slimy wet tissue in the little freezer compartment, to plug the fridge in i had to pull out heavy table, was not told how to get into the property at night when they lock the front door!
