Renato (7/5): A localização realmente é um diferencial positivo bem do imóvel. - A estadia foi boa no geral, principalmente pela excelente localização e pela proximidade do Nubank Parque, o que facilitou bastante a rotina durante os dias em que fiquei hospedado. No entanto, alguns pontos de manutenção precisam de atenção: o registro da água fria estava quebrado, parte das luzes do teto não funcionava e o micro-ondas também não estava funcionando. São detalhes que acabam impactando a experiência e acredito que possam ser resolvidos com facilidade.

Além disso, a experiência foi ainda melhor porque nos permitiram ficar na área comum do prédio antes do horário do check-in e também deixar nossas malas no locker após o checkout até o horário do nosso voo. Isso fez toda a diferença para tornar a viagem muito mais confortável e prática. A única reclamação que temos é que a persiana estava estragada e, por isso, a luz da manhã entrou muito cedo no quarto e acabou nos acordando antes do horário.

Lenir (4/5): O sofá da lavanderia parece ser mais confortável que o sofá cama e que o colchão do apartamento. - O chuveiro e a localização são ótimos o “sofá cama”, péssimo, não cabe uma pessoa por inteiro nele, só se for alguém de 1,5m, a parte superior dele é todo dividido com as almofadas que são menores e mais macias que o restante do sofá, o que faz com que a cabeça fica mais baixa que o corpo, péssimo. O colchão da cama de casal muito, mas muito duro, travesseiros ruins. Não tem ferro elétrico no apartamento. Como dica troquem o sofá cama por outro modelo, existem modelos mais confortáveis, e que ocupam mais ou menos o mesmo espaço que esse no apartamento.

Consta com uma varanda espaçosa com vista para a rua que é tranquila e para o shopping west plaza que achei maravilhoso! Será nossa segunda casa em Sampa. E para os amantes de futebol o estádio do palmeiras fica a uns 200m.Obs: na parte de trás da recepção tem um mercado hotel desses de prédios com muita coisa legal, inclusive para café da manhã. Gostamos de absolutamente tudo.

Alves (10/5): Excelente opção para uma estada tranquila em São Paulo. - Localização, tamanho, ducha, cama, roupas de cama e de banho, utensílios domésticos, condomínio com mercado. O box não tinha suporte para xampu, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem e é bem silencioso. A Tv não tinha antena e tive que improvisar com clipes de papel - funcionou bem. As portas da entrada do edifício são pesadas e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida têm dificuldades para abrir sozinhas, embora tenha um porteiro durante todo o período.
Vanzeto (3/5): - Tenho uma reclamação muito importante. Cheguei no hotel e demorou mais de uma hora pro pessoal da Dinora passar o tal link pra fazer a biometria dando entrada no hotel.. foi lamentável! E ouvi de outros hóspedes que tiverem o mesmo problema

Mariana (10/5): Gosto de me hospedar aqui e voltarei outras vezes. - Já me hospedei várias vezes, sempre está limpo, organizado, com itens essenciais disponíveis, gosto muito. Podia ter um azeite na cozinha hehe senti falta para poder temperar o jantar, e não tinha como comprar para apenas uma noite na cidade.
