• Karen (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay and would book again. - The location was excellent. The booking procedure and collection of keys were very easy. The dishwasher was showing 'error' when we tried to use it and the plug for the kitchen sink didn't fit properly and wasted a lot of water.

Great space for 4 people, we loved Kingscliff. - The location is great The dishwasher flooded the kitchen the first time (only time) we used it, there was no plug for the kitchen sink which made washing up difficult. The water seemed to be turned off on Wednesday morning, we were unable to complete showering and could not flush the toilets.

• Marine (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great - right on main street with beachfront access. Great range of restaurants & clubs nearby. Key pick up & drop off was simple. While the room was tidy & comfortable, cleanliness was not great. There was thick dust in the slatted doors to the second bedroom. Pool area was very small with only 4 lay lows, only really acceptable for 1 family at a time.

• Diana (8/5): Wonderful. - Great position, comfortable beds and pillows, eastern sun in the winter which kept the unit warm. The internal bedroom. Having to use steps to access the lift.

• Nerrida (5/5): We love our stays at Kingscliff but won't be rushing back to this accommodation. - A shout out to Angelina from the management company for this property. She is lovely to deal with and listened to some of the concerns we had. She took action to assist where she could, otherwise took notes to pass back to the owners. The location is ideal for families and the apartment is spacious enough to acommodate a family of 6. For the premium price that is charged in summer, the basics were overlooked. Simple things such as doormats at the front and back doors to wipe shoes and feet (especially as tenants are asked to vacuum before they leave). The wifi was not working for the 7 days which was an issue given my husband was working remotely for the week. Fans were not working properly in 2 of the bedrooms, exhaust fan not working in the ensuite. Kitchen was equipped with plenty of cutlery, plates etc but needed some practical items like a couple of storage/plastic containers when you're staying for a week. Linen/sheets on main bed didn't actually appear to have been washed and if so not well.
