A special thank you to Mohamed, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He was always available, very helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The team was also very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. - Ahmad (1/5): - I stayed in this apartment, and it was a terrible experience. The place was not clean at all. The neighbors were extremely rude and lacked any sense of decency.. they were shouting and swearing all day and night, so we couldn’t sleep. The mattresses were still in plastic bags, and we weren’t allowed to remove them, causing noise whenever we turned in bed, which was very annoying at night. The door handle was missing on the room door, so we couldn’t close it properly, making the room very cold, and the window didn’t shut tightly, letting in cold air. The heating air conditioning didn’t work either, and the owner kept the remote control at his own place, so we couldn’t turn it on for warmth. The bathroom was dirty, the whole apartment was disgusting, and I don’t recommend anyone stay there. Also, the water pressure was weak in the bathroom, and the water heater didn’t heat properly. Avoid this place.

A questo prezzo non aspettatevi il lusso - La presenza costante e la disponibilita ' di un ragazzo di nome Ali' che gestiva la struttura e che ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Struttura dignitosa che si trova in un quartiere popolare che a noi e' piaciuto ma potrebbe non piacere a tutti. La vicinanza con il centro di Old Market e della spiaggia circa 5 minuti di Taxi con 2 euro. Le varie attivita ' nella zona ( ristoranti farmacia negozi di abbigliamento bancomat mini market ecc) la vicinanza all areoporto 15 minuti di Taxi con 4 euro circa. Piscina un po piccola ma molto curata (noi non l abbiamo mai usata perche abbiamo preferito lo splendido mare) Arredi un po datati. La presenza di troppi gatti che...marcando il territorio.... Un po' di attenzione in piu' nelle pulizie sarebbe meglio. Si paga un piccolo extra per l energia elettrica.

- Shabana (2/5): Absolutely horrible stay - Nothing Not sure how this place is even on booking.com and offered to tourists. The owners / people who welcomed us didn’t speak English. Bathroom was tired, horrid yellow stained curtain, clogged bath hole, hot water ran out after 1 person showered and had to wait at least 30mins for someone else to shower. Beds were uncomfortable, and kids got thoroughly bitten by bed bugs. There was dust everywhere, cupboards broken, taps leaking, no toiletries or washing up liquid for dishes, and every door or handle you touched was sticky. Worst of all the towels and bedsheets were stained and for a family of 4 we got given 2 towels. Upon checking we received an email that electricity would be charged and was not included in the price! I am not sure how people have given this high ratings, the room we got was no where close to the pictures on the website.

- Guillaume (2/5): De déception en catastrophe. - La piscine et la clim' fonctionnent et sont biens. Je tiens à préciser que en 15 ans d'utilisation du site, c'est le premier avis négatif que je laisse. Une vraie déception ! Pour commencer les photos sont mensongères et ne correspondent pas à l'état du logement, vieilli et surtout mal nettoyée. Il est écrit sur le site booking qu'il y a une plage privée, ce qui est faux. Lors de mon arrivée, le chauffe eau était éteint, le soir j'ai du attendre 30 mns enroulé dans ma serviette après le bain pour avoir de l'eau tiède et une fois rempli il s'est mis à fuir, inondant la salle de bain ! Le réparateur est venu à 23H30 alors que je tombais de sommeil et n'a pas voulu remettre au lendemain la réparation. Dernière mauvaise surprise et pas des moindres, à minuit passée, une fois le chauffe eau fixé, je vais pour me mettre au lit et découvre sur l'oreiller des cheveux long et noirs. Je suis moi même blond. Je regarde les draps, cheveux encore et poils pubiens ! les têts sentaient le parfum féminin, bref, les draps n'étaient pas changés depuis le dernier client. celui qui vient me changer les draps a le culot de comparer les cheveux du lit à ceux de ma tête en riant et disant que ce sont les miens !!! C'est une honte, à fuir absolument !

Le escribí varias veces que llegariamos después de las 23:30hs y me respondía otras cosas, el día que iba a llegar le escribí a las 11am para confirmar y nunca me respondió, me había dicho que le escriba una hora antes, le volví a escribir y tampoco respondió. Llegué a la zona del hotel y no encontraba la puerta porque la ubicación que me había enviado no fue exacta. Finalmente una persona de la calle llamó, ella atendió y pudimos entrar pero para esto eran las 2am. Desastrosa Y para completarla, quisimos dejar nuestras mochilas unas horas, nos dijeron 100p y cuando llegamos quería cobrar 300. Otro desastre

Not timely; could be more helpful and give better instructions. Also the local host wanted to help book taxis but at a way overcharged price. We found on our own way instead.

- Odysseas (9/5): - The studio-apartment is exactly as shown. It was clean, tidy and there were fresh bedsheets and had all the kitchen amenities needed to cook. The hosts were good with communication about picking up the keys. Only minor problem I encountered was some very loud noises that the staff was doing at 23.00, like moving heavy stuff around the building of the property, but when I told them about they stopped immediately and apologized, which was nice. There was no hot water at the shower but that would be easy to fix I suppose :)

- Uta (6/5): Das nächste Mal leider nicht mehr dort - Es gab alles was man brauchte Die Nachbaren waren sehr laut (da wohnt eine ägyptische Familie in dem Haus und die kennen kein normales Türen schließen. Dann musste ich in dem Zimmer zur Strasse schlafen, die anderen Betten wären zu hart gewesen. Für ägyptische Verhältnisse war es bestimmt sauber, für mich nicht. Die Badewanne war so schmutzig, dass ich nur mit Badeschuhe einstehen konnte.

- Marissa (6/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean. There was one double bed in one room which was soft but the other two single beds in the other room were extremely hard. We ended up wanting to stay an extra night so I messaged the owner early in the day, then he came to the door and rang the doorbell at 11:30pm at night to negotiate. This was extremely inconsiderate as it obviously woke us up. Then next day we came home and the apartment had flooded and then had to move us to another one. Overall it wasn't a very restful stay.
- Rok (1/5): - Only the beds were fine and the interior of fridge was clean. No taxy driver couldn't find an address of the facility. Nobody waited for us. Operator was not available on phone for quite some time. Room was extremely dirty as it has not been cleaned for months. Everything was in dust and cat hair. Water from pipe and shower was yellow. No towels provided, shower rusty. Everything was spilled with some liquids (fridge, chairs, sofa...), chairs broken, floor disgustinglly dirty. In 3 days nobody came to clean it although we complained to the operator asap. They were conducting construction work in the building, noise unbearable. This kind of facilities should be banned from booking.com app. And money paid should be returned cos facility didn't reach minimum of the minimum of hygiene standard (even for african standards). Photos to proove it...And in the end operator asked us in generated message to rate the facility 8,5 +, can you imagine ?!? We spent time there only for night sleeping. Avoid definitely !!!

- Stefanie (10/5): Gemütliches Zuhause jenseits von Tourismus - Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben: Geräumig und inmitten eines arabischen Viertels. Was voll angenehm war… Wenig Touristen. Der Pool ist klein aber zum Abkühlen voll ausreichend. Im Hof gab es einige Katzen, die ich gefüttert habe und mir direkt ein Gefühl eines Zuhauses gegeben haben. Haben die Zeit voll genossen. - zeeshan (7/5): it was ok for small size families - safe place for families. most of facilities were there. kitchen was ok. good spacious rooms. AC was working perfectly , host tried to check if everything was ok tried his best to fix internet . asked for extra pillows and sheets and provided. safe parking for our car , quiet place no noise. proper lighting . extra pillow covers were dirty , bath tub had dirty marks , there were some stains on the bed sheets. internet service was very poor intermittent service and speed issues. host tried to improved it once but after some time the same thing happened and you cant complain again and again to improve internet. double bed was very small size , sofa bed is not a convertible bed its actually a sofa you use as a bed and tall heighted person cant stretch his legs on it because sofa side handle will block it.

Binada hiç bir isim yazmıyor. 2 katlı yazlık evler ve maalesef çevrede kimsecikler yok. bitişik binalardaki insanlar dahi "Casa Do Cairo-Sharm Alsheikh" bu ismi hiç duymamış. taksici bile bulamadı. kapı numarası bile verilmemiş. Olumsuzluklar; 1. yatak ve Çarşaflar çok pis. dün döndük, bugün bit tedavisine başladık. 2. çeşmelerden gece sabaha kadar su akmıyor. gündüzde basınç çok düşük, duş bile alamadık. kimi çeşme kapanmıyor, kimisi de sürekli damlatıyor. 3. Havuz, çoçuk oyuncağı göstermelik, 2x6m ebatlarında. hiç girmedik. 4. Televizyon kumandası çalışmıyor. 5. Görevli arkadaş iyi birisi belki ama, sabah sözde bize taksi ayarlayacaktı havaalanına transfer için. sabah 8 den 9 a kadar bekledik, o kadar sözleşmemize rağmen hiç gelmedi. ortada kaldık, kendi imkanlarımızla bir araç bulduk. az daha uçağı kaçıracaktık

- Sarraj Bakri (7/5): Aanvaardbare en meer netheidsbeoordelingen en tijdige levering - Locatie en oppervlakte van het appartement Bij aankomst was het appartement nog niet klaar, ondanks dat ik mijn aankomsttijd had doorgegeven. We bleven 4 uur in de zon tot het appartement leeg was. Daarna werden we door iedereen goed behandeld. De locatie is goed, maar er zou meer aandacht besteed moeten worden aan de netheid en een van de airconditioners deed het niet.

- Ali (8/5): - The place is quiet and comfortable, somewhat close to the market. I recommend it for families and business trips. It is close to all tourist attractions. The owner owns a wonderful Italian restaurant, and his reception is wonderful. I recommend trying the restaurant. Just missing the microwave, would help alot.
