• Mika (1/5): Katastrophal - Das plötzlich fremde Männer mit dort schlafen sollten ! Dreckig Urin Geruch in den Betten, kein Bett frisch bezogen überall dreck und fettige Reste am kleben. Auf einmal sollten andere Männer mit in der Unterkunft nächtigen was ich verneinte wir sind in ein Hotel gegangen aber die vermieterin will uns kein Geld zurück erstatten genau so wie booking.com jetzt haben wir 800€ verloren und richtig viel Stress im Urlaub gehabt ! Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

There was a toilet blockage in the morning and we couldn't use the toilet The kitchen was a bit messy. We were not happy as we had to pay a £40 parking charge that was indicated as free on booking.com website. Just to mention that this is not a complain- it's just some aspects for the host to improve. Generally we had a good stay. Thanks

• Lorena (7/5): The hostess was very kind and polite, but I think she should clean the kitchen and the shower better. - Very good location and close to the US embassy. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room is in a building that I believe is illegal to rent out. The kitchen was extremely dirty, and when I arrived, my room was still a mess. The host asked me to wait a few minutes while she cleaned.

• B (1/5): A disaster - 0/10 — THE MOST DISTURBING, MISLEADING AND HOSTILE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What I encountered was nothing like the listing, and the host’s behaviour was so aggressive and intimidating that I felt unsafe almost immediately. MISLEADING LISTING + POSSIBLY ARTIFICIAL PHOTOS The photos looked unnaturally polished and did not resemble the real property in any way. What I found was: < A cramped room with no private bathroom or kitchen, despite the listing heavily implying otherwise < A shared bathroom divided with flimsy wooden panels, nothing like the modern bathroom shown online < A “kitchen” shared with several strangers, covered in personal-use stickers and showing clear neglect < “Breakfast” reduced to a few leftover items Other guests echoed the same issues: < “Annonce mensongère” (misleading listing) < “Filthy kitchen… three rented rooms in one tiny flat” < “Wardrobe locked with chains instead of usable storage” The contrast between the photos and reality was so extreme that it raised serious doubts about how representative the images truly were. EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE HOST: MARZIEH ANSARI,THE MOST SHOCKING PART The host’s behaviour was openly hostile from the very beginning: < Keys thrown on the ground instead of being handed over < Shouting at us over normal questions < Repeating “I AM THE BOSS HERE” aggressively < Calling me “insane” for simply adding one more guest < Demanding an undeclared £20 cash “penalty” for selecting one person instead of two in a double room < Threatening to call the police over ordinary, harmless requests Many other guests reported the same pattern: shouting, accusations, threats, and being spoken to with hostility. FEELING UNSAFE + HOSTILITY EVEN AFTER LEAVING Even after leaving the room cleaner than we found it, the aggressive messages continued. The final message I received stated: < “Your stuff is going to fly out of the balcony.

• Ángela (4/5): Confuso - La ubicación y habitación y baño limpio En ningún momento al pagar por este alojamiento puedes ver de manera detallada las condiciones reales, el baño era compartido, siendo incómodo ya que la ducha y el vater estan separados por puertas, por lo que puede haber mas de una persona dentro de la misma habitación, no está mal pero pienso que deberías saber en todo momento por lo que estás pagando, hay millones de opciones y creo que deberías ser libre de elegir si quieres compartir o no. La casera fue amable pero tampoco te dice en ningún momento que ella también vive allí, por lo demás todo bien.

• Christine (4/5): Disappointing!! The landlord even threatens to block me! - N/A. I want to make a complain regarding this property which includes a separate parking fee. I paid £20 each night total of £40 for the 2 night stay as advised by the landlord. Unfortunately we received a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE due to illegal parking without permit in the property. I liaise this issue to the landlord, made an appeal unfortunately it was not accepted and I am asking to have a refund instead as I paid in cash. Unfortunately, the landlord is threatening to block me and will not cooperate even after sending all the documents and evidences needed for the penalty.

Die Ausstattung war komplett veraltet, die möbelwackelig und kaputt, wird unbequem, Gemeinschafts Bad nicht abschließbar, Lärm in der Nacht, die Besitzerin hat während unserer Abwesenheit mit einem Zweitschlüssel das Zimmer betreten und die Unterkunft wurde bei Booking mit Frühstück beschrieben, es stand eine Flasche Milch im Kühlschrank, altes Brot lag in der Küche und zwei Müslisorten standen bereit zum selber Frühstück machen, Auch von Gemeinschafts Bad stand nichts in der Beschreibung

• Wolfgang (4/5): Enttäuschend - selbst für den Preis passt die Leistung nicht - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Vermieterin war bemüht, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Es stand in der Beschreibung nichts davon, dass wir uns das Badezimmer mit 6 anderen Mieter*innen teilen müssen, genauso wenig wie Frühstück inbegriffen in dem Fall so auszulegen ist, dass das Frühstück selbst zuzubereiten ist. In der Küche wollte man am besten nichts anfassen. Es hat alles geklebt. Wir haben es nicht gewagt, die für das Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellten Lebensmittel zu essen, oder mit der nach Reinigung schreienden Maschine Kaffee zuzubereiten. Das Badezimmer und Klo war mehr schlecht als recht. Klein, verwinkelt, das Klo reparaturbedürftig und für die gemeinsame Nutzung von 8 Mieter*innen viel zu klein. Von der Hygiene allgemein will ich gar nicht mehr sprechen. Es war ein Reinfall

• Justyna (7/5): Dobra baza wypadowa - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (2 min od przystanku autobusowego) i przemiła Gospodyni. Zameldowanie i samodzielne wymeldowanie bezproblemowe. Codziennie świeże składniki do przygotowania sobie śniadania. Pokój bardzo dobrze sprawdza się jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Londynu. Niestety w mieszkaniu jest bardzo brudno, zwłaszcza w kuchni. Łazienka niestety nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach - jest przerobiona na osobną ubikację i prysznic, w których jest bardzo ciasno.

• John (2/5): My experience at the accommodation was absolutely terrible 😣 - There’s nothing to like about the property. Everything was rubbish, right from the person that started contacting me the day we were to arrive for the accommodation, she was very cheeky, we noticed she also lived in one of the room in the building, she asked us to pull our shoes before we can come inside 🙄, the bedsheets were dirty, there were biscuits crumbles on the bed, at a point I started coughing. The mattress was on a wooden bed base on the floor, without bed frame, also the size of the mattress is smaller than the wooden base, thereby making a significant part of it as hazard. The second bed wasn’t a proper bed with mattress, at a point we don’t have option, because we couldn’t get another accommodation nearby, we where just praying for the next day so we can leave, we couldn’t sleep.

Très mauvais accueil de l'occupante des lieux, impossible de communiquer avec elle , elle refusait ma proposition de traduction en anglais français, le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée à 19h50, elle nous a demandé de sortir pour le faire et il n'y avait presque rien pour manger au petit déjeuner qui était soit disant compris quelques oeufs, pain et confiture. très décevant.

• Adél (3/5): Disappointing apartment - The bed was comfortable. In the fridge there were eggs and jam etc as shown in the ad. It was advertised as "having our own apartment" and "having our own private kitchen and bathroom", but instead there were three bedrooms in the apartment and we shared the kitchen and the bathroom. We did not expect that based on the advertisement on booking. There were around 10 people at the same time in the apartment. Also, the bathroom did not look like the pictures at all.

Cette formule nous permet juste d’avoir accès au ustensiles de cuisine, et nous devons nous même faire les courses pour le déjeuner et dîner ! On ne nous signale pas qu’il partage le séjour avec 2 autres familles (ce qui engendre certains vol, mauvaise cohabitation et désordre) ce qui n’est pas agréable! Chaîne de télévision très limitée ( rien pour les enfants ) Propriété très accueillante !
