• carmel (10/5): - We were happy with everything ,the apartment, the warm welcome we received ,the location of the property - just a very pleasant short walk into the centre of the city .The owner of the apartment had left lots of information about Santander at our disposal and we liked the well equipped kitchen . No complaints .

• Aida (10/5): - Muy limpio y acogedor, perfecto para una estancia de un grupo de amigos. Cocina bien equipada, los anfitriones nos dejaron también café y té y unos sobaos. Apartamento silencioso por la noche. Buena ubicación, a 20 minutos del centro. Pudimos dejar las maletas después de la hora de salida gracias a las anfitrionas. El pestillo de la puerta no funcionaba bien, por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Karina (9/5): - Situado en planta baja a minutos de la playa y el centro. Depto ajustado pero cómodo para 4 personas. Fotos reales. Buenas camas. Parking de pago a minutos. Anfitriones super atentos y la comunicación es muy fluida. Se agradecen las atenciones. Todo ok.

El apartamento perfecto para viajar con los niños y la anfitriona cuidó todo tipo de detalle (información de interés, decoración, limpieza...) La única pega, que no tenga aparacamiento. En la zona se puede aparcar, pero pagando estacionamiento.

• Gaynor (10/5): Perfect for a stay in Santander city - close to everything , within walking distance of cathedral , Botin etc - The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay . Cosy and homely and very well resourced .Communication with the hosts was exceptional and they were very kind and even offered to collect our bags from us while we waited to check in . Nothing it was all perfect .

Spaziosa, pulita, piena di mille piccoli dettagli che migliorano il soggiorno (forbici da bagno, giochi da tavolo, dolcetti di benvenuto insieme a 4 bottigliette d'acqua, ombrelli, macchinetta Nespresso con una decina di capsule caffè, ecc...). Completa di tutto, staff super gentile e sempre disponibile via Whatsapp, istruzioni per il self check-in semplici e chiare, prezzo molto competitivo per la media prezzi della città. Possibilità di parcheggi coperti nelle immediate vicinanze (noi abbiamo usato parking Capitol, suggerito proprio da loro, a 4 min a piedi). Posizione abbastanza centrale, a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro. Se proprio dobbiamo indicare qualche piccolo difettuccio, l'appartamento è al piano terra sul marciapiede altezza strada...questo obbliga a dover stare con le tende sempre chiuse, limitando molto la luminosità. Le prese elettriche nelle camere sono un pò scomode e lontane dalla testata dei letti. Peccato mancasse il bidet (non è un difetto in quanto fuori dell'Italia non si trova quasi mai ma siccome negli alloggi a Bilbao e San Sebastian, nei giorni precedenti, lo avevamo trovato ci eravamo abituati bene!)

• Agustina (10/5): - La zona era muy tranquila y cerca del centro. Además, había de todo en la casa, no faltaba nada. Luisa muy atenta. Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa, muy bonita decoración, nuevo y camas, almohadas y sofá muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo 100%

It was worth every penny. - The host was always available to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything during our one month stay. She made us really feel at home. Also the location of the apartment is excellent, close to most lines of Ave. San Fernando and walking distance to the main pedestrian street full of sidewalk cafes and restaurants and shops and Mercados. No complaint, all our needs were promptly met

It was based central to anywhere you may want to go to...I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.The owner went out of their way to accommodate us with any request that we had..We shall be making a return visit in the future and will recommend it to family and friends. There was nothing that I could say about this apartment that would fault it in any way..

The host was so lovely and informative that she answered all our questions. We could even leave our bags free of charge. Only 15min from the airport. I would highly recommend the place, and if we are back to Santander, we definitely rent the same apartment. Small advice to everyone who is visiting Santander to learn a bit of Spanish 😉 Nothing, everything was just perfect

All rooms are exactly as seen on pictures - The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and despite the temperamental front door lock , “was it the key ? “ which gave us a bit of trouble , I can’t fault this apartment in any way considering the cost . Hopefully I can get back there someday . So location , comfort , facilities, wi fi, decor and cost , first class ! Nothing

• Donna (10/5): Warm, friendly & helpful welcome to Santander - The hostess was amazing. Eve picked us up from airport, gave a tour, ordered a return taxi too. Such a lovely, warm, friendly person that went over and beyond. Fantastic welcome to Santander. Allowed us to store luggage before our travel. The apartment was in a great authentic area which wasn’t so commercial with plenty facilities around. It was very clean and had Netflix, etc and was tastefully decorated.
