• Bernie (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Ayr - Extremely comfortable accommodation. We choose a two bedroom apartment. Spacious and perfect for our two night stay. The Manager, Sandip, was amazing with our bookings. We had a group staying for a wedding and Sandip helped us with everything we needed.
• Theresa (5/5): Good enough! - The property was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable, the location was excellent. We had a ground floor room and the person above us started pacing at about 530am until they checked out. The noise was unable to be slept through and given we had finished work very late, and had a long drive and work when getting up, this was very frustrating. The parking sucked.

• Parsons (7/5): It was ok but dont think will stay again for the money paid - It was easy to find, it was clean, it was spacious Great explanation on after hours service, but the night safe wasnt that good in the dark with numbers worn off Parking out the back and having to walk down a dark driveway to get to the main entrance (we arrived late at night about 9pm) we were able to get into out room the first time (dropping dinner in before getting bags) we went out the back door of building to get bags, walked along the dard drive to re-enter the front only to not be able get back into our room, the fob wasnt working. I called the landline twice - no answer, I remember I had got a text explaining after hours access so called that 3 times before someone finally answered, waiting for onsite person (about 5-10min), they pulled the door lock apart and replaced the batteries onnly to ask if we locked the door from the inside on our way out the door????

There was no way to completely seal off the bathroom area to prevent the noise from entering the bedroom. It was difficult to sleep at night due to all the traffic and late night hoons.

• Amanda (8/5): Will stay next time! - Room was really spacious with a nice big bathroom The toilet wasn’t in great condition- seat was too small for the bowl and had water stains in it (but was still functional so just a minor thing)

• Faith (10/5): Very spacious, quiet and clean. I would recommend this place. - Sandip was very accommodating - our plans kept changing but he was so understanding and helpful. We stayed in a king suite and the room was huge. Lots of floor space and room to move. The shower was awesome! Not a huge deal but the bathroom frosted swing door did not fully close shut. No problem for a couple but a little awkward for work friends. Also lots of tiny little ant like bugs around the room and cane beetles everywhere outside but it is QLD after all, so to be expected. No reflection on the motel.

The accommodation itself was very nice, clean and friendly. Thanks for everything team we looking forward for our next trip 🙏
