• Roisin (7/5): Good location, clean, nice pool. - Good location, comfortable bed, nice pool, washing machine, nice terrace, clean Bedroom is on street side and quite a lot of traffic. While I stayed there was renovation work across the road every day from 8 am to 6 pm so was noisy all day, even around pool area on the other side. All the sunbeds were broken and couldn’t adjust the head rest.
• Paul (8/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment itself was great, up some stairs so no good if you have mobility issues. Good size apartment, wifi really good, nice balcony room that overlooked the pool. Full size fridge freezer, bed was super comfy. The kitchen was full fitted with everything you needed. Maybe more lighting under the units if I am being picky. Good size shower and very clean. The location is great with a 10 min walk to the main strip and really quiet on an evening. I would book again though as the price was great and really good value for money. Ok few things I think could be better and easily improved. 1. Instructions on finding it and getting in were not present until I called them which I should have not had to do. I should have got a message with clear instructions and codes before I arrived like most people do. Would have been an issue if I wouldn't have gotten through. They sent an email a few days before asking for checkin and there is a message that says your booking could be cancelled if this isn't done before your stay. Not sure I like this especially considering they never sent anything to me to get in before hand. 🤦‍♂️ Once I got them though all was great and the person on the phone was very helpful. I just think this should have been sorted on the morning of the arrival so save any issues. The hot water was too hot and could have easily burned and we had to be really careful. I think this needs looking at. Last thing. The sun beds by the pool were all broken or ripped. There weren't many either. I guess it's a property management company thing but even so the people booking have to put up with it.

• Lucy (9/5): Very comfortable and quiet - Very comfortable and clean Not easy to find - hadn’t realised it was a private property- thought it was part of a public complex. But it was perfect for what I wanted.
• Breda (8/5): Enjoyed our stay at a great location. A little bit on the expensive side. But all properties in PDC have gotten expensiv - Great location. Lovely pool view and seating area to watch the sunset . Quick response from management and cleaning staff if anything was required. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but the pool is very cold. Suggestion… the desk in the bedroom was unnecessary and took up a lot of space.

• Fiona (10/5): Lovely apartment which could be amazing with a bit of TLC - Fabulous location with a lovely quiet pool and very spacious. Easy walking distance to the beach and plenty good restaurants. A couple of disappointing things 1 There was an issue with the aircon unit making noise even when switched off. Contacted the rep but nothing was done. 2 Towels were old and a bit worn 3 No spare linens even though our stay was over a week long.
• Tori (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous - We loved how modern and clean the apartment was . It was so comfortable with a view to die for. The property owners were so helpful and attentive 10/10 experience Although the pool was gorgeous If I had to fault one thing it would be the sun beds were so outdated and had cracks all over.. not a deal breaker it just meant we couldn’t lay in the sun after a swim in the pool.

• brian (5/5): Done the job but no personal touch, not worth the price. - Location good. Pool nice Lack of towels, no washing up amenities, no hand towels or drying towels, Aircon blew straight into face in bed and made a noise. No blankets for bed. No one explained what keys done what. (Needed a key to get into pool area) No maps or help with directions. Only contact with the host during our stay was to tell us to be out by 10am on checkout day.
• LUIS IGNACIO (5/5): No está mal, pero precio elevado y con problemas con el aire acondicionado. - La ubicación es buena. Tiene piscina pero no hay acceso directo. Hay parking en la calle gratuito. La limpieza fue superficial, para 9 días dejaron 1 toalla. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y no podíamos dormir en plena ola de calor.

• Healy (9/5): Comfortable apartment close to all amenities - Instructions for entry into apartment were seemless. The apartment had everything we needed - comfy beds, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, large flat screen TV. The balcony is covered with patio doors that open back which offers shelter in the windy winter months & you get the afternoon sun. The location is set back a few streets from the promenade at the start of the Puerto Del Carmen run which offers easy access to bars & restaurants. It also has air conditioning but we didn't use it during our stay as it was January. The pool could use more sunloungers & perhaps some seating.
• Karen (9/5): Very comfortable apartment ideal for two with everything you need to enjoy a week away! - The location was within easy walking distance of everything you need. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. Very quiet residential neighbourhood. Pool was freezing but was December. Still managed a quick dip!
• Gordon (7/5): Enjoyed our stay, well presented apartment with lovely pool. - Well presented apartment on a quiet complex with a lovely large comfortable bed & large TV. A short walk to the main bars & restaurants 10 days with no linen change. There was a washing machine which was very useful but nowhere to dry large bedding. More towels needed as only 1 bath & 1 hand towel per person provided.

• Eamonn (7/5): Pleasant overall - The apartment is conveniently located close to the beach & plenty of restaurants and shops. It is spacious for 2 people and nicely decorated . Very comfortable bed .The balcony overlooks the pool area & the complex is quiet & well maintained. The towels provided are not adequate & badly need to be replaced. No pool towels available & sun loungers are very scarce. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work & leaked a lot of water the first night we turned it on. We reported this to the agent who offered a fan but there was already one in the apartment. It was difficult to sleep without the air conditioning & we would not have rented the apartment if we had known that it did not work.No repairs were done to the unit during our 9 day stay.

• Kate (9/5): Great apartment in super location. - Perfect location. Lovely view from balcony of the pool and you could also see the sea! Very spacious apartment with a large fridge freezer (which had bags of ice in too!) Safe complex with friendly locals and visitors alike. Poor key rings which meant the keys kept falling off! Air con was not working properly in the bedroom but a fan was provided. Some of the light bulbs had obviously blown which made the kitchen very dark.
• Mark (10/5): Great Apartment in good location - The property was well equipped with a modern layout. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The property came with a washing machine, iron as well as a safe, which is really handy when travelling. The complex is clean and well maintained with friendly visitors as well as residents. The team that managed the property were very efficient and friendly and very effective in communication throughout our stay. We are already looking to return later in the year. N/A

• Edel (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern apartment, close to everything. All queries were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again. Not many towels given and what was there were hard and a bit shabby. There is no towel change for stays under 9 days but there is a washing machine in the apartment to wash them yourself. No beach/pool towels provided.
• Shi (7/5): Good for short stay and travel without vehicle - The location is great, close to many restaurants and the beach. The wind hoar is super strong and we didn’t sleep well during the stay. The warm water in the bath only lasts for 5 minutes even we waited so long every night.
