- Kiran (8/5): For leisure stay you can prefer - Room is clean and we had a good view. The swimming pool is good and hygiene. For leisure stay you can prefer this, but it is a bit far from the centre location, so we need to take Grab(cab) for everything. Make sure all amenities are covered in your room. For us, the washing machine is covered in booking but when we checked in it was NOT there in the room. So check twice with Regalia team.

- Hari (8/5): Very nice and affordable stay for families. - Ideally located and very much suitable and comfortable when you travel with your family/friends. It is mostly suitable to those who prefer to use cabs but for access to local public transport like bus/train it is not.

- Rachana (8/5): Good and worth stay - We didn’t opt for breakfast , Room amenities and excellent view from the room and balcony view was best part , really enjoyed cooking and stay Really bad when it comes to , They were no people to ask how was the stay day to day , none addressed when we had issues with sink leakages, we had to wait for check in till 3pm even after prior informing staff of our one hour early check in .

The view of Kuala Lumpur from the unit was amazing 1.The lobby at Level 4 of the apartment was hot as if the air conditioning not worked (only in that lobby). 2. The lifts were slow and from the lobby (level 4) only one lift working. 3.There was no direction of kiblah (the direction of prayer for the muslims) and , only one piece of praying mat (sajdah) provided in the unit. 4. There were cocroaches at the Chuckoo water dispenser 5.The floor of the Master bedroom's toilet was not clean.

Unit maintained very well and felt so comfortable to be there The parking can be confusing as need to park at ground floor then fo up to 4th floor to collect parking card.. Again go to ground floor to move the car to B1/B2. Well its more on the building management issue and not the host. The lift could cause to wait long as Atleast one will be out of service.

- Hashem (1/5): Poor Cleanliness, High Fees, and Inflexible Policies. - Pool only The place was not as clean as expected, and the daily parking fees were expensive. The check-in time is inflexible at 3 PM, so arriving early means you will have a hard time convincing them to let you in. Additionally, they charge by the hour for late check-out, which can be as costly as a night's stay. The pool area is not secure; anyone can go up and take photos without any issues. I do not recommend this place.

There is a big shopping mall with a huge super market and you can buy anything you want and cook at the apartment, which is very nice after a long time travelling in Asia. We arrived with the night bus at 5 Am and the owner let us leave our luggage inside Nothing, everything perfect

- Olena (3/5): If you are fan of Cockroaches everywhere - book this place - AC and location. Internet speed I tolerate the various disadvantages of the accommodation. But not in this case. I booked 8 days, but I had to leave on the 3rd day. It is a pity for the money losses, but it is not possible to live in such terrible conditions. The rating of the accommodation should not exceed 4.0 Cockroaches were everywhere - on the table, on the floor, in the bathtub, and worst of all - on the toilet seat. Imagine you want to go to the toilet at night, but upon entering you realize that if you sit on the toilet, cockroaches will crawl on you. A bad smell from the bath is common for Asia. But in this apartment, the room stank, someone peed on the sofa or the rug in the room (and every time I approached the sofa I could smell a smell that nothing could stop). When I left earlier, the reception was not even surprised about the cockroaches, they said that they had been removed before my arrival. But it was clearly a lie, because only on the first night I killed more than 30 pieces in the apartments. Then I stopped counting. If the owners poisoned the cockroaches, where did they come from in such numbers. It's just a shame to rent apartments in this condition.

They also say I can pay $50/hour if I need early checkin. So room is available for $50/hour but not available for people who are actually in need of the room. Just 1-2 hour early checkin was horrible day for me. Exactly 3pm checkin as per rules. My flight was early and I had to wait for staff and also listen to bad words from the staff.

I would have preferred if they had waited until after I had checked out. This unexpected interruption disrupted my morning routine and made me feel rushed. Overall, this experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the hotel's attention to guest comfort and convenience.

- Harry (1/5): Don’t stay here! - The view was good We booked online at a cheap price, to get there and find out that with all the extra costs it was over double what we were supposed to be paying when we questioned the man he was extremely rude over message and not welcoming at all. The apartment itself (C-23-3A) was very dirty and unclean. Hot water lasted for about 3minutes. Toilet didn’t work. Stains everywhere including bedding, curtains and sofa. Reception was pretty poor and the lifts took ages. The pool was also disgusting very dirty scum all around the edge of the pool side. Overall very unpleasant.
