- Lee (1/5): Bed bugs / total scam with regards to fleecing me because i was early - Nothing Fumigated the mattress and pillows as i was bitten to pieces by bed bugs. I was very annoyed to have to pay more money for a room that was standing empty anyway just because i was early for check in i had just spent 39 hours on a train i cant help what time they arrive. Very very poor customer service will never use you again

- Chinmay (4/5): - The hotel is fairly new and has good wifi There was a rat inside the room. The hotel staff took 2 hours to attend to it and asked to check inside the bathroom from time to time and call them if I saw the rat.

- Thomas (6/5): UK. Cheap as chips and you get what you pay for. - Staff brilliant. Alcohol free vegetarian hotel? (On some nights?) Closeness to Taj unbelievable. 100 metres to peace and quiet. Taj viewable from its 4th floor building work. Toilet was leaking and eventually burst its pipes. 🤢

Really made us welcome throughout our stay especially when our son was sick so thank you so much! I liked everything, just not much food to chose from but apart from that it’s lovely place to stay. The walls are quite thin so you can hear loudness outside that’s it.

The only benefit about the location is that it is near the Taj Mahal; other than that, the location is worrysome.
