Spacious studio, basic facilities but everything you need for a good comfortable stay. Nothing I didn’t like; but a note if you’re staying for a period of time you’ll need to buy a few basic supplies (milk, sugar, tea, toilet paper and soap)

• Andreas (9/5): Perfect home stay in Palermo - Nice studio with balcony and kitchen in the best part of Palermo. Quality bed, kitchen well equipped, good WIFI connection. Plenty of restaurants and small commerce at the doorstep. Easy handover with the owner / manager. Would return at any time.
• Emily (9/5): Ideal location and friendly host - The location is excellent. It was in Palermo, and after having seen quite a large number of areas in the city, we felt we'd made the right decision to stay there. It's near a lot of nice and high quality bakeries, restaurants, and shops, and unlike some areas, it's lively all the time, morning, noon, and night. We also felt safe there. The apartment is also close to some big major parks and the zoo, not to mention the Subte, which made getting around very easy (and there are plenty of buses in the area as well). Mariano was a very friendly host, and he worked things out so that we could check in early, which was very useful for us, as our plane landed in the morning. We rented the apartment for ten days, which is a while, so we'd have appreciated extra towels and soaps as well as extra garbage bags for the bins, things like that. There were not really materials for keeping the place clean on one's own either. We bought a few supplies and left them there, wondering if they'd actually be passed on to the next people. There is no obvious way to do any laundry in the area, and a drying rack to put on the terrace would also have been much appreciated just so that people can handwash a few things. Despite the kitchenette, it's not really a place to do any cooking. The apartment has VERY thin walls. You can hear the neighbors talking in the evenings and it's streetside, so all street noise comes in as well. I wore earplugs, which did the trick, and I'm very sensitive to that type of thing. Fortunately, it's in Palermo but NOT where are the noisy restaurants and clubs are, which, with the same level of insulation, would have been impossible to deal with. My general suggestion to travelers is to look at the maps and what's nearby very precisely when reserving in Palermo.
• Damian (10/5): Good place to stay. - It was one of my favorite apartments during my trip in Argentina. The room was clean and big. Mariano was friendly and we could understand each other well even with my bad spanish. He helped me also to find a good place, to change my money and where I could let my big luggage for my trip to Iguazu. I can fully recommend!
