• Jurica (7/5): Autentičan smještaj - Odličan autentičan smjestaj u tradicionalnoj kući u centru mjesta. Antikni starinski namjestaj sa prekrasnim malim unutarnjim vrtom i pogledom sa terase do malog unutarnjeg bazena. Jako veliki apartman. Parking se nalazi na ulici i javan je i besplatan. Ali je jako teško naci parkirno mjesto, a ulice su velikog nagiba. Pa se mora kruziti po jednosmjernim ulicama dok se ne oslobodi mjesto. Meni premekan madrac. Jako loša izolacija apartmana. Sve se čuje od apartmana iznad zbog drvenih podova, ali i od ostalih apartmana. Može se spavati ako su ostali gosti obzirni i poštuju vrijeme spavanja. Slabije osvjetljenje.

• Carine (7/5): - Leuke plek, met fijn binnenzwembad, en prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Parking - we vonden een plekje wat verderop in de straat, alleen was er de volgende dag een loopwedstrijd wat niet of slecht aangegeven stond en was onze auto weggetakeld. Locals hebben waarschijnlijk 's avonds laat hun auto nog verplaatst, maar wij wisten van niks...

• gregor (7/5): Place with a lot of character, location not that good - The place is actually really amazing and has a lot of charm and character. The room we had was big and clean, beds were comfortable. The common areas are nice and well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were responsive and helpful. There was also a bunch of cats hanging around. Location is not that good. It’s very uphill on a one way street and the parking can be a bit challenging. There’s also not much going on around the place.

No había calefacción y el radiador eléctrico calentaba poco. Coincidí con unos días de tormentas y hacía algo de frío. Es difícil aparcar el coche por la zona.
• Claire (4/5): Décevant - Belle maison traditionnelle et patio agréable. Propriétaire disponible et très réactif en cas de besoin. Manque d'insonorisation, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les appartements voisins et dans la rue. L'appartement donne sur une rue passante et où les voitures font beaucoup de bruit car en montée. Lit qui grince et matelas peu confortable. La salle de bains nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement (douche qui fuit, abattant des toilettes cassé, ...)
• Otilija (1/5): Just find some other place - Nice looking property, good for an Instagram post. Even though I had booked it for 3 nights, I had no other choice, but to immediately look for another place to stay. The room is terrible - it smells terribly of mold, and the worst thing is that you can hear every step and word of the neighbors above me - as if they were in the room with me. The ceilings are literally leaky - no sound insulation. I know they say “please respect the quiet of others and blah blah blah”, but usually it means just don’t blast any music or keep talking on the phone with someone, but in this case it would mean “please do not even walk in your own room after 10 pm”. I do not understand how does this place keep such a high rating. Maybe this sound insulation is a problem only in the lower floors. I was staying in BOLLULLO room (apartment #1).
• ILL (8/5): - Velmi zajímavý apartmán. Nabízí opravdu mnoho. Pěkné ubytování, co-working místnost, kdo by zde chtěl i pracovat, zahrada s grilem, knihovna, relax na střeše a krytý bazén. Ten je sice chladnější, ale také jsme využili. Za tu cenu velmi dobrá volba.
• Eléonore (7/5): Maison typique - Belle maison typique ! Chouettes espaces communs. Super communication des hôtes avec de nombreuses recommandations dans les environs et sur l’île. Le logement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Il est assez sombre et humide. Le lit est assez vieux (grincements et matelas pas très confortable). C’est dommage car la maison est vraiment charmante et on voit que les hôtes mettent du cœur à rendre l’endroit agréable et bien pensé.

• Amanda (9/5): - It was a charming little guesthouse with a lovely coworking space. It was really nice to have such a large room with a private kitchenette as well. Parking is difficult to find in the neighbourhood, obviously not the hosts fault but be warned!
• LISETH (9/5): - Todo muy acogedor e impecable Tenía muchas habitaciones desocupadas y las que se ocuparon fueron solo donde estuve con mi familia y la de arriba que hasta las 1am había mucho ruido y esa era una de las normas del alojamiento
• Beate (10/5): Die mit Abstand schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise - Wir wurden vom Gastgeber persönlich an einer nahegelegenen Tankstelle abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geleitet. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, der Innenhof, die Sonnenterrasse, viel viel Platz. Bester Spot unserer Reise.
• Beate (8/5): Eine besondere Location mit viel Charme in prima Aussichtslage - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Kleine Dachterrasse, Großer Gemeinschaftsraum im EG mit Gartenzugang, Mini-Pool, Klasse Aussicht über die Stadt aufs Meer. Zentral gelegen, kurze aber steile Wege in die City. Schlüssel erhielt man per Code-Box. Kommunikation war prima. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die kleine Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Koch-Geschirr für 4 Personen knapp. Das Bad ist nur mit einer Gipskartonwand halbhoch von der Küche getrennt. Man hört nicht nur alles:-). Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig, aber die knarzenden Holzdielen machen einen Teil des besonderen Charmes aus.

• Jose Roberto (10/5): - Excelente apartamento en relacion calidad-precio, volvi al final de mi viaje porque me encanto la parte del coworking. Esta en una zona residencial, si vas en coche es un poco complicado conseguir parking.

• Marta (7/5): uncomfortable - nice pictures, very beautiful views, I guess it is cool to stay here if one is in her/his twenties and a solo traveller It looks nice in the pictures, but in reality, the place is pretty worn out and unclean. Staying with small kids is not comfortable: rooms are not really separate, neighboors can been well heard, there is plenty of dust causing alergy, window blinds broken, no hair dryer, uncomfortable bed, greasy small kitchen, knives that do not cut, pan that should be in thrown out, etc. I also did not like to be asked to check out at 10 and to take my rubbish out.

• Zuleyma (7/5): BREVE ESTANCIA - La verdad que una casa canaria antigua , preciosa. La habitación que me tocó, bastante espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. El colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas la verdad, algo a favor para el descanso. Con respecto a las zonas comunes, muy organizadas y limpias, sobre toda la biblioteca , un espacio con encanto dentro de la casa. Y la piscina cubierta muy resolutiva para darte un chapuzón. Sugerencias que doy … poner un microondas , tostadora y más cubiertos en la zona común. En general aunque algunos puntos negativos la experiencia fue agradable. Cuando entre a la habitación, había un fuerte olor a humedad, pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar abriendo el ventanal. Huéspedes indeseables, sin consideración ninguna al respecto del descanso de los demás. Al tener techos de madera antiguos , se oye todo, pisadas, las conversaciones…. Y en este caso decidieron desde las 6 o 7 de la mañana empezar a molestar , sin pensar que pudiera haber más gente dentro de la casa. La piscina estaba algo sucia. Pero aún así nuestra estancia fue satisfactoria.
• GemaPaz (8/5): Escapada por Los Realejos - La casa es preciosa,muy bien conservada,realmente no echas en falta nada para pasar una buena estancia ,muy buena ubicación y el trato con el responsable sin pegas. El check out a las 10h lo veo demasiado temprano, aunque es cierto que te deja estar en las instalaciones comunes hasta q quieras.Desde las 6 de la mñn había una familia en el apartamento de al lado haciendo un ruido espantoso a la mínima se oye todo,es una casona antigua donde las habitaciones las han convertido en mini apartamentos y es normal pero no agradable que se oiga todo.Nuestra cama era de muelles y también se oía cada vez q nos movíamos y no era muy cómoda,sin embargo la de los niños si era cómoda.

• MARIA JOSE (7/5): Hermoso lugar, atención mejorable. - Una casa muy bonita, con alma. Las vistas excelentes. Amplias zonas comunes. Fácil acceso. Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento de las zonas comunes. Hemos estado una semana, y no se han limpiado ni los baños ni el coworking en ningún momento. Se terminó el café y no fue repuesto. En cuanto a la fruta, suponemos que era una broma. Se rompió un cristal en una de las habitaciones el segundo día y nadie apareció para arreglarlo. En cuanto a los apartamentos, hay mucha diferencia entre unos y otros. Recomiendo fijarse bien al reservar. En la zona se aparca mal.
• Avelina (8/5): Bé, el lloc agradable. - La casa es preciosa, de fusta antiga ben conservada i decorada amb bon gust. Les habitacions son àmplies i ben equipades. El pati interior és molt bonic, amb plantes i un draco. El que el terra sigui de fusta és molt maco però un gran inconvenient si et toca la mateixa habitació que a mi, o sigui, si al damunt tens una altra habitació. S'escolta tot, cada passa, cada moviment, cada petit copet..I si a més els hostes no son curosos pots arribar a passar mala nit. D'ambient comunitari no en vaig trobar, potser és per això descoltar tant als veïns. També, la meva habitació donava al carrer, que més que un carrer sembla una carretera on no paren de passar cotxes amb el motor ben revolucionat perquè fa pujada. I a Realejos no hi ha res per fer i és complicat trobar un bar o lloc on menjar a prop, al final t'has de desplaçar. I la reserva deia que tenia una habitació amb vistes al pati, però no, tenia l'habitació amb vistes a la carretera.
• Duque Silva (5/5): MEJORABLE - La casa en si esta muy bien ubicada y la verdad que me gusto mucho el estilo antiguo que tiene, es una maravilla su patio y sus habitaciones y con la anfitriona muy bien, facilita mucha información para que la llegada sea facil. A destacar es que en los dias que hace mucho calor se nota bastante en la habitación ya que con las ventanas abiertas no corre aire, después es una zona en donde pasan muchos coches y la verdad que por la noche se nota bastante el ruido de los coches, también decir que por la noche se escuchaba bastante a otros habitantes de la casa hablar cosa que dificulto mucho el sueño, y por ultimo había una televisión en la que no funcionaba por que no tenia el cable de alimentación y se veía que no se usaba por que estaba llena de polvo.

• Kilian (7/5): - Las camas eran cómodas y había bastante privacidad. Tiene encanto y potencial y la calidad-precio es buena. Estaba algo descuidado. La piscina estaba sucia y el apartamento era oscuro, además la bañera era muy incómoda porque no tenía cortina y es imposible no llenarlo todo de agua cada vez que te duchas, hubiéramos preferido una ducha más funcional.

• Jessica (9/5): A perfect stay - architecture, views, nature - This was my dream stay - a beautiful old building with lovely views from the terrace and hiking trails nearby. The area is quiet, charming and residential witb a pleasant village centre just a block away. Buses to Orotava, Icod and Puerto de la Cruz leave from around the corner. And a trail up through the green gorge to Chanajiga and Asomadero passes the door. Easy to enter, good facilities, perfect!
• Carlos (4/5): Las noches más ruidosas que he vivido en un alojamiento - Estábamos alojados en una planta baja y al ser los suelos y techos de madera se oye de una manera muy estruendosa cada paso que dan en la planta de arriba, lo que hablan y los golpes que dan. El rodar de las maletas, cuando se mueven en la cama, si van al baño, las conversaciones que tienen. La primera noche había unos asiáticos arriba que estuvieron haciendo escándalo hasta pasadas las 3 de la mañana, la 3à noche nos tocó con un señor que vino acompañado de madrugada con una mujer (ella se marchó a las 5 de la madrugada y ya no volvió) y estuvieron teniendo sexo salvaje durante una hora y media. Había momentos en que pensábamos que se había roto la cama de lo fuerte que eran los golpes. Se cambiaban del sofá a la cama. Luego estuvieron hablando y cuando se movían por el apartamento parecían caballos trotando. La 4à noche estaba el mismo señor, pero solo. Se pasó toda la noche moviéndose de un lado a otro del apartamento excepto unos pocos ratos que no paraba de moverse en la cama. El sonido es tan fuerte que parece que están dentro de tu apartamento. Habían telas de araña con arañas patudas en el baño y en la esquina donde está ubicada la cama.

• Alicia (8/5): Tradicional y acogedor - El estilo del hotel era lo más, una casa antigua, con muchas cosas originales de la época. Mis felicitaciones a los dueños, la verdad es que en Canarias necesitamos más alojamientos de este tipo. Estaba todo muy limpio, lo único que me echó para atrás fue la limpieza de la mampara del hidromasaje que estabas lleno de cal, falta de limpieza en esa zona. De resto estaba todo estupendo.
• Marine (7/5): Correct mais je m'attendais à tellement mieux - Sympa que la maison soit typique et de style Pas assez entretenu ni propre, la bâtisse étant ancienne il faut la bichonner et la faire briller, tout comme les plantes peines de toiles d'araignée (dans la chambre aussi d'ailleurs), la piscine avec son revêtement de peinture, j'imagine, blanche remontant à la surface des qu'on fait une brasse, équipements autour également assez délabrés. C'est dommage d'avoir un si belle endroit et de ne pas lui redonner et petit coups de frais

• Silvia (1/5): - Res Tot, vam arribar i la cuina estava molt bruta. Les habitacions gairebé sense il·luminació. L'habitació inferior amb la cortina trencada, un llum trencat, el terra ple d'escletxes. Les escales d'accès a l'habitació superior eren molt petites i costava baixar-les, el passadís que anava cap al bany i cuina amb escletxes que es veia l'habitació inferior i grinyolava, passadís amb grans finestres per on et podien veure els veïns quan anaves al bany o cuina. El bany horrorós, t'has de tancar la porta perquè no et veiés cap altre usuari, la banyera molt incòmode ja que no tenies espai per dutxar-te i tampoc hi havia cortina a la finestra per evitar mirades. La cuina molt petita i bruta i amb parts trencafes, no adequada per les 4 persones i no hi havia ni 4 cadires per seure a la diminuta taula, faltaven molts estris per cuinar així com plats, olles i paelles. La TV no funcionava ja que no tenia el cable de la corrent. Tema rentadora vam haver de fer averiguacions fins a trobar-la, amagada a les calderes de la piscina, a una porta que no semblava d'ús públic. La piscina bruta i amb pintura caiguda a l'interior, armari trencat i feia pena estar allà. La zona comuna gens còmode i sense estris ni fogons per utilitzar ja que no cabíem a l'habitació assignada. Molt, molt, molt descontenta, no tornaria mai i ho recomanaria a ningú.

• SERGIO (9/5): Casa muy acogedora y bien situada en Los Realejos. - Alojamiento acogedor,bien ubicado para estar cerca de la playa del Socorro y realizar la 0.4.0 Quizás lo más complicado ha sido la zona de aparcamientos.

Todo bien organizado y muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, decorada con gusto y detalles. El trato de Anna encantador y sencillo y muy fácil, me ayudó con un problema que tuve y lo resolvió rápidamente. • Petra (10/5): - Idyllic, super cute place to stay. Lovely scenery from the common area. It is an old house, and one can smell the humidity. Did not bother us, but might be an issue to some.
• Valentina (7/5): Great vibe but I got a mould spore allergy - Overall: If you’re a big fan of cottage vibe, this property is the right choice for you! I do love every bit of the decoration and vibe. The owner has a great art taste. The room is spacious, clean, and comes with convenient kitchen facilities. Although we didn’t meet the owner in person, we felt well taken care of thanks to the helpful Google lists they provided, which included local sightseeing spots, hiking trails, and nearby restaurants. The only reason I rated the stay lower than it otherwise deserved was due to a noticeable humidity smell in the room. Unfortunately, I have a mold spore allergy, and red spots appeared the very next day — as I write this review, I’m still experiencing intense itchiness. I understand that mold might be hard to avoid given the age and history of the building, but it did affect my comfort. Another issue was the lack of sound insulation — we could hear everything from the neighbors, including coughing, walking.

• Félix (8/5): Ubicación ideal. - La ubicación ideal. La casa es preciosa con arquitectura y elementos tradicionales canarios. Las habitaciones no parecen estar insonorizadas. Se oye muchísimo a los otros huéspedes y los golpes de las puertas de otras habitaciones y de la entrada a la casa desde la calle. La cama algo hundida pero correcta.

• Irineos (10/5): - The accommodation was absolutely astonishing with a miedieval touch. We had a big family room, called Almaciga with a cosy double bed and a vintage style bathtub, which was great after our long hikes and walks. It was super clean. It had everything we needed, since the facilities offer books, reading space, calm and cute inneryard, pool with the best view and even equipment for a short workout and wellness such as yoga matt. In the same room there is a doorway to the laundry which is free of charge and the guests can use as well. It's a great communal space :) It was the loveliest and liveliest accommodation we've been in the Canary islands. Great location, atmosphere and nature. Los Realejos locals and neighbours are very friendly. This area has a long tradition with festivals all over the year and we were lucky to experience one of them.

• Manuel (3/5): Casa excesivamente ruidosa, aunque muy bonita y cuidada. - La casa es digna de ver, es una casa típica de la zona, con muchos lugares que descubrir. La luz de la entrada debería estar encendida siempre o por lo menos con sensor de movimiento, no se ve nada. Jamás había oído hasta la cremallera de los inquilinos de la planta superior a nuestra habitación, la insonorización es totalmente nula, se oye todo, como si estuvieran los vecinos en tu habitación, cada leve movimiento se transmite de habitación en habitación. Y se encuentra en una de las calles principales de la localidad, siendo la misma muy estrecha, nuestra habitación daba a la calle por lo que compartimos ruidos con la vía también. Hemos dormido muy mal, sinceramente.

• Daniel (10/5): Excelente! - Casa antigua con mucho encanto. Apartamento amplio, confortable y bien equipado. Además de en inglés, pienso que deberían facilitar la información en castellano, por lo demás considero que es un lugar excelente donde quedarse.
• Laura (9/5): - Tolles Guesthouse, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Guter Standort, um die Insel mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden insbesondere zu den Wanderregionen. Je nach Uhrzeit kann es dauern einen Parkplatz zu finden.
• Fabien (9/5): Idéalement situé, charmant et bien équipé - J'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps ! Le lieu est agréable, très bien situé et les appartements tout équipé permettent d'adapter tout mood, plutôt social ou plutôt au calme. Les hôtes sont également très sympathiques et disponibles.
• Regine (3/5): - Netter kleiner Innenhof, zum Aufenthalt jedoch nicht geeignet. Praktischer Gemeinschaftsraum. Bequemes, sauber hergerichtetes Bett. Kein Ausblick möglich. Räume auch tagsüber lichtarm und dämmrig, für gemütliches Lesen fehlt es an geeigneten Lichtquellen. Zimmer unmittelbar an verkehrsreicher Straße, sehr lauter Verkehrslärm bis spät und ab früh morgens. Haus absolut hellhörig, jedes Scharren, Sprechen, Rumpeln wird durch die alten Holzböden, Holzdecken noch verstärkt . An ungestörten Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Kleine Ameisen, besonders im Bad. Parksituation an manchen Tagen sehr schwierig. Ich bin viele Tage vorzeitig abgereist, weil ich mich in diesem Appartement ( "Bollullo") absolut nicht wohlgefühlt habe.

• Šantej (6/5): Quite okay. - The common area had tea an coffee and fruit. We liked the roof terrace. There was a radiator in the room. We liked that there was oil, vinegar, salt and sugar in the kitchen. Room was clean Pool is not really for swimming. It’s very old building, with old furniture and no isolation so you can hear everything. Also it was very cold when we came and we felt like we came in to haunted castle. And the ares around felt like ghetto. The dishes weren’t clean.

• Anna (7/5): - Nette Inhaber, sehr sauber, günstig. Man kann in einer Seitenstraße vor dem Hotel gut parken Das Bett im El Socorro Apartment quietscht und wackelt sehr stark und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Eine bessere Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche wäre schön, z.b. eine Mikrowelle. Betrifft nur indirekt das Guesthouse: Die Lage hat mir leider gar nicht gefallen, direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, man hört den Straßenlärm im ganzen Haus und Tal. Der Ort los Realejos ist leider auch nicht schön, so dass man dort nicht verweilen möchte. Man braucht ein Auto da alles (Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten) sehr weit entfernt ist. Fußläufig nicht sinnvoll, evtl per Bus möglich.
