Guest Reviews
- Julie (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Comfortable home. Easy walk to local shops and in to town. Very comfortable, cosy beds. Very badly leaking shower head in the ensuite. Mentioned to owners, so hopefully it will be fixed before the next guests arrive.
- Clive (9/5): Could not fault - Everything All good
- Logan (9/5): Lovely cozy home with great facilities and everything you need - Very spacious and clean had everything you need The pillows in the main bed were a bit uncomfortable
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Marina (10/5): Very spacious and comfortable home, so close to town in quiet area. - Location was excellent, only a short drive into town, convenient to restaurants and shops. This is a very spacious, warm and inviting home, very clean and comfortable. We had a restful nights sleep as beds were comfortable and cozy. All towels and linens were fresh and clean. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Checking in and out was effortless and hosts always communicated promptly. We didn’t have any issues or anything to dislike about the property.
- annette (10/5): What a great house with plenty of space to relax have drinks out in the courtyard. - Great space
Plenty of room for 5 ladies
Comfy beds
Well equipped kitchen Nothing
- kerri (8/5): -
- Debra (1/5): No accountability taken for our voiced concerns and disappointment with the state of the property. - The tiled walkway (from the front door down the length of the house) had stale animal manure, trafficked around by a small dog or cat as there were paw prints in manure on adjacent tiles to the main manure. We do not have a dog or cat. The air reeked!
One of the 2 toilets had a small partial roll of toilet paper; the other toilet had no toilet paper at all. We had booked 4 guests into the property.
The manure smell had permeated throughout the house and the wooden slat blinds were in very poor shoddy condition. The outdoor patio area housing table and chairs was covered in dust and leaves. This was not an inexpensive stay and we certainly had higher expectations!
We inadvertently left behind a pair of sneakers & another miscellaneous item - the host agreed that we could collect them when we were travelling back through the same Town a week later. We made contact 24 hours prior to confirm that; however, we were from that time on "ghosted" and left the town without our goods.
- Tim (9/5): Loved the place. We’ll be back. - Clean, comfortable and had all we needed Drip in ensuite shower but only a small issue.
- Leon (10/5): Fantastic - Beautiful home, lovely all round.
- Aletta (9/5): Beautiful family home, lots of space and the most comfiest beds! - The decor, the space, feela likw home. Bathrooms can be updated and blinds fixed.
- Mary Jane (10/5): Very successful would go back - Excellent communication

- Lori and Robert (9/5): One Night in Albury - Appreciated being able to book Airbnb short notice for just one night.
Couches & Beds comfy comfy. Only was there for one night. We arrived at 6pm, after long drive, so we didn't even cook in kitchen. Plattered it.
It's nice bedroom windows fully "covered" so light doesn't come through around sides, like so many places that just have blinds now.
Quick and kind response. Really need "more attention" to the cleaning side of things. Master bathroom floor ....around shower..toilet, ewe ☹️& Mold all around base of master shower😬
Kitchen cabinets above stove etc 👀 need a good clean too.
Sharon's towel, (her and hubby had master bedroom) ...her towel was clean tho stained...😑
You really have a lovely place, comfortable, inviting...the downside was certain areas of cleanliness that definitely needs attention.
- Tormey (7/5): - The house was big enough for a family and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Great to have a 2 car garage and parking spot. Area was quiet overnight. 3pm was a late check in when it was very pricey for one night. Paint on architraves was quite damaged and some areas of the house look a bit tired and need repairing or update. Constant messages were annoying and repetitive.
- John (8/5): -
- Erika (10/5): - Grösse und Ausstattung Betten zu weich
- Manikanta (10/5): Stay was pleasant and property is nice - Cleanliness
- Leanne (9/5): - Beautiful big house in a great location with all the facilities you need. Great for a group or family. The bed in the 2nd bedroom isn't very comfortable & the outdoor chairs need fixing as they are falling apart & could not be sat on
- Peter (9/5): -
- Danielle (10/5): -

- Sandra (10/5): - We were very pleased on arrival. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a dinner and catch up, with our family who live in Albury.
The house is very spacious and well equipped for an enjoyable, relaxed stay. We recommend this house for short or long stay.
Definitely be back. Very easy to find and owners communicate with you. Coffee beans available but no coffee machine or plunger. But this was not a big deal.
- Mariflor (10/5): A beautiful family feel, very warm and cosy. A home away from home. I would stay there again. - The property was very clean, large and welcoming. A beautiful family home. Cosy and warm with all amenities. A great place to relax and chill. There was nothing to dislike
- Paul (8/5): -
- Mauricio (10/5): - Excellent space for family, we were down for 4 days we went skiing and came back to a comfortable place to rest and recover before the long drive back home.
- Melissa (10/5): Warm, clean and cozy! A real home away from home! - Very clean, comfortable, cozy and warm! Great value for money, location was perfect and very convenient! Great communication with hosts as we booked same day! Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again when in town! Well done guys! 👍 Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Dianne (10/5): -
- kerri (8/5): - Main bed needs new mattress and house needs a good clean
- Tiffany (5/5): - Spacious house. Well appointed for day to day supplies. Proximity to centre of town.
PIN code on door is easier and more convenient than key setup. Mouldy shower recess, dripping faucet.
Outdoor setting covered with tree litter & bird droppings, pavers lifting and a trip hazard. Quite a lot of the window furnishings (blinds) are broken and inoperable.Comms advised garage is used to run operations but can access it for parking but could not access it for parking. Staff came before our checkout time to drop in laundry.
- Bear (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Kathleen (10/5): Lovely house for a short or long stay. - The house is lovely. The location was great. There was a park across the road which our pup enjoyed. The check in and out was very easy. We had everything that we needed. We only stayed overnight on our way north but we would definitely stay here again and for longer.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rita (10/5): Home away from home, we had all the necessities we needed. Perfect overnight stay with family. - House was perfect for our family, cozy and all necessities provided for our short overnight stay.. wished we could have stayed longer .. hosts extremely helpful during our stay. Lovely place and great location close to town
- Christine (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - Modern comfortable features. Very clean and warm. Beds comfortable
Good quiet location, close to a great Harris Farm
- Julie (9/5): Lovely, spacious home next to a great park. - Very spacious and comfortable. Opposite a great park and playground. Nothing!
- Kerrie (8/5): Overall good - just a little noisy in main bedroom - Great facilities lots of room Front bedroom was very noisy - didn’t sleep well lots of cars drag racing in the street nearby all night.
- Peter (9/5): Very comfortable and relaxing. - The very comfortable and spacious home and the goods provided. Central heating worked very well. Nothing of any consequence.
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stu (9/5): Great for groups. - The photos don't do justice to the size of the place. Very spacious and comfortable with good amenities. A dryer in the laundry would be good.
- Michelle (9/5): Great value comfortable house - Lovely house with full kitchen etc. Bed was a little to soft for my liking
- Helen (10/5): Homey and comfortable - Comfortable beds, couch, two bathrooms. Very spacious and great heating. A little trouble with window blinds.
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Very lovely house. Everything supplied. Great comfortable stay at the end of a long day. ..
- Mai (9/5): Superb -
- Carrah (8/5): Quick overnight stay with the whole family - The house is very nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds and lounge areas. Would recommend for families The only downside was the noise of the traffic from the front bedroom. We are not used to it but others may not even notice if they live in city areas.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Toni (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Great place to stay. - Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend this place, close to all amenities.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tina (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good for what we were needing, catching up with family in the area. Had good amenities Beds a little too soft, but very clean. Outdoor area was a little unsafe with loose pavers and patio furniture unstable.
- Daryl (10/5): Exceptional - Great facilities, comfortable beds, pantry items were very welcome. Very spacious and clean.
- Jacqui (6/5): Nice big house but needs some TLC. - It was a good location. The property was nice however I was disappointed with the state of the ensuite bathroom shower. I have asthma and black mould represents a significant health risk for me so even sleeping in the master room is a risk for me. The black mould in the shower.
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Szu-yin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (9/5): Superb -
- Iryani (8/5): Great gem! - Location was great, home comfortable Beds were rollaway and keeps moving
- Jacob (8/5): A great home away from home. - Instructions were easy to follow. The house was lovely and very welcoming. Most relaxing with a nice bottle of wine. Garden could do with a trim and the tree in the backyard needs to be cut back as its touching the house. Also, the loungeroom doors were difficult to open. Didn't want to force them so decided not to bother.
- Lynda (8/5): Lovely neighborhood, close to everything and accommodating for every member of the family. - The property is in a lovely position and is vast in size. It has good sized bedrooms and an outdoor paved area with seating and BBQ facilities. It is close enough to town to walk if you like, but only a few minutes by car. The house is well-stocked with everything for the kitchen and laundry as well as plenty of towels and extra blankets/pillows if needed. The couch is massive and will surely hold all family members! We had our little dog with us so the only thing to mention is that there are gaps in the front of the property so a long lead will be needed to let them roam free. But, there is a great park across the road so I just walked him there instead!
My Mum uses a walker and wheel chair and the master had a good layout for her, the ensuite was large and accommodated her walker. The house is flat and the only small steps were the 'lips' for the front and back door to get over. Otherwise, this is a mobility friendly place to stay. We kept the air con on as it was very hot, but it seems to make the tiles damp and they became a little slippery/greasy. A few fans would be better for nighttime.
- Anshul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dom (8/5): The place was beautiful and big but the cleanliness could have been better - There’s was long hair all over the floor especially in the bathroom
- Philip (9/5): Superb -

- Anita (8/5): Very good -
- Kathy (6/5): Booking.com let us down, we didn’t receive a welcome email with instructions on how to enter the property for our stay u - Lovely house I didn’t realise we were under a flight path
- Ellen (10/5): Beautiful house, ambience lovely, highly recommend -
- Alan (1/5): To sum up our stay - WE DIDN'T - Booking.com sent the incorrect booking date to the owners resulting in the hosts expecting us the day before. So, loss of payment and additional cost (and 300Km further on) of one night accommodation.
