• Robert (10/5): Fantastic, immaculate, stunning, well equipped comfortable house in a perfect location. - The house was immaculate! Absolutely spotless. The property was much bigger than we had anticipated and so well equipped. Having a pool table was a treat and provided a lot of fun, also a full sauna room with bath robes. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Everywhere was spacious and comfortable and was furnished with style and quality. The location was ideal, very quiet but only a two minute walk to the Grote Markt with a wide choice of restaurants. Approx 12 minute walk to Menin Gate. Having secure gated parking near by was a bonus. We stayed as an adult family and we would highly recommend this property. Having been to Ieper a number of times this would now be my first choice accommodation. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Ralph (8/5): Een locatie die overtreft en van alle gemakken voorzien is. - Wat een ontzettend mooie locatie. Hartelijke persoonlijke ontvangst en ook een persoonlijk contact met naar huis gaan. Huis ontzettend schoon en kwalitatief in orde. Het weer op zaterdag:)

• Van Genechten (9/5): Een topvakantiehuis om te verblijven in Ieper !! - Ina was een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ze heeft ons bij aankomst onmiddelijk een rondleiding gegeven. Het huis is zeer mooi en gezellig ingericht. Je moet bijna niets zelf van thuis meenemen. Er zijn handdoeken, washandjes, lakens, afwasproduct en tabs voor de vaatwasser en wasmachine, toiletpapier, .... Er waren zelfs kruiden ( peper, zout, ...) en koffie en filterzakjes in de keuken. Het huis is ook ideaal gelegen. Vlakbij de Markt en de Menenpoort. De Ierse pub vlakbij is ook echt een aanrader. Dat er ook een gratis parkeerplaats vlakbij is, is ook echt wel een groot pluspunt. Omdat mijn ouders ( beide +80 jaar) er ook bij waren, was het wel een nadeel dat er geen toilet op de verdieping van de slaapkamers was. Maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

• David (10/5): An overall exceptional experience. Highly recommended. - An excellent location, being within a short walk from the city centre, and just along from Kaffee Bazaar, a very good bar. The property is in immaculate condition, throughout, and has several features such as a pool table and sauna, which you would not normally expect. The hosts, Ina and Joost were very friendly and welcoming and communicated very well regarding arrangements for access.

• Martin (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a lovely property - We contacted our hosts about 30 minutes before arrival, so that they could meet us. This all went well. On arrival we were greeted and shown all around the house to make sure we knew where everything was. They even showed me to a private, secure parking space very near the property. The house was recently renovated and all the contents were brand new. Everything was 'smart' including the kettle! A great touch was the pool table on the ground floor which kept us occupied for hours. There was a fully kitted second kitchen/utility room on the ground floor, a spacious kitchen diner and living room on the first floor, as well as luxury bathroom and sauna! On the second floor were three very comfortable bedrooms with lovely views towards the centre of the town. It would have been helpful to have a toilet on the second floor with the bedrooms, as the staircase was very steep making night time visits a little hazardous. It wasn't a problem at the time but having to draw cash for the deposit turned out to be an expensive exercise when changing back to £s. Perhaps there could be another way to pay the deposit? I didn't need cash for anything else.
• Mark (10/5): By far the best house/ accommodation I’ve ever stayed at, and the nicest/ friendliest hosts you could ask for - Everything. Very nice, well presented, clean, perfect location. Ina and Joost were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Perfect base for sightseeing the local area and amenities and very comfortable to relax there. Absolutely nothing, faultless.

• Elaina (8/5): An overall pleasant stay and wonderful hosts - The location was fantastic close to all amenities and within a short walk There was no toilet on the top floor where the bedrooms are which meant going down steep narrow stepped stairs during the night and a low and wobbly banister doesn’t bode well.
