• Frank (3/5): No way - The trip was spoiled due to incompetence of the front desk boy. And he was literally a boy, 20 years something old. Was acting overly strict and unfriendly and I finally had to cancel the stay. He was checking more documents, visa stamps and whatnot than immigration. As a regular hotel guest of this property being treated like an illegal immigrant, that was just ridiculous

• Audrey (9/5): Un petit cocoon tout confort loin de l'agitation du centre - Un très bon hôtel à Bangkok. Un peu excentré, mais cela nous garanti des nuits au calme. Le personnel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons utilisé leur room service deux fois. Tout était parfait à notre retour. La literie était très nickel et comfortable. On y retournera avec plaisir.

• Kenton (9/5): Comfortable stay in large room overlooking city - Large size room with a seating area, a sofa and a table. There was a small area with a fridge, kettle, safe and a side table to put your own belongings. The bed itself was comfortable and the balcony overlooked the city with an amazing view. The bathroom was clean and modern. You stand in the bath to take a shower. There was some freebies from the room that was nice. The reception area itself was sleek and clean, and the staff were friendly during check in and check out. I personally prefer not to stand in a bath for a shower but everything else was good

• Nikita (9/5): It has everything you need nearby. Big clean rooms and a comfortable stay. No hot water. - This place has everything you need. There’s a 7/11, doctors, food stalls, markets and coffee shops all around the hotel. The pool is lovely and the gym is minimal but useful. The room was huge and the bed super comfy. Netflix on the TV and we had a great pool and city view from our room. The downside is that the rooms have no hot water. Not the end of the world when it’s hot outside but for the price and quality of everything else, you’d expect hot water. You had to log into the wifi every time you changed floor or left the hotel also which was annoying. I was also a bit disappointed that after a 9 day stay I wasn’t allowed to sit by the pool for a couple of hours after checkout 🥲

Check in and check out overly strict (charge half a day for 2 hours early check in), extremely late check in and early check out, standard everywhere is check out 12 and check in 1 pm. This property you can check in at 3pm and need to check out at 11am. As mentioned, extra charges that rob you blind. Unfriendly reception boy, when I asked to speak to the manager, he faked a phone call to him and told us that we could cancel our booking free of charge as our only choice. And manager would be not available. Throwing regular hotel guests out in an unacceptable manner. No No No, that behavior needs to be corrected.

It’s good service. Women staffs seem mad when guests need more information. The deposit for room with cash for 1000 , i think it is too much Lighting in the room is not enough

I addressed it 2 times, and the smell would become less, but 1-2 houres later it would return again. Reception askes everyone if they smoke or not...but apparently many people start smoking once they get to their room. And i do realize that Durian is king of fruits .. but it is also king of smellz....

• Frank (3/5): - Staff was unfriendly and uncooperative. The hotel has an overly strict policy: Check in not before 3pm. Standard everywhere else is 1pm. Want to charge half a day for 2 hour early check in even for regular guests. Then: Need to check passport of everyone in the room, not only the person who made the reservation. Then: They do not accept driver’s licenses of people permanently residing in Thailand and issued in Thailand which carry an official address in Thailand and passport number and all data of the passport as well. Then: Passport is not enough, they need to check the entry stamp by immigration as well. As if they have the duty to check if the guest is rightfully in Thailand. And again: that goes for everyone in the room. That’s ridiculous and nowhere in Thailand is this kind of policy standard. I have been in hundreds of hotels during 13 years of residency in Thailand. No, that should be reconsidered urgently…
• Audrey (9/5): - Super séjour dans cet hôtel qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. De la baignoire aux lits jumeaux très confortable. La réception à été très agréable, et le service toujours au petit soin. Les chambres sont très bien isolées, nous n'avons pas utilisé la clim malgré les chaleurs élevées. Située près de deux 7-eleven et dans un quartier plutôt calme nous étions comblées. Le seul bémol c'est qu'il est un peu excentré du centre donc les moyens de transports sont limitées.

• JEAN-LUC (9/5): Très bel hôtel, mais j’aurais déjà dû être chez moi ! - Tout ! Totalement abandonné par Booking et Etihad Airways en Thaïlande (toujours d’actualité) . Il a fallu trouver un hôtel en urgence : celui-ci est Parfait ! 👍🏻 vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Le fait que le choix me soit imposé par la situation et l’annulation de ma réservation et de mon billet d’avion retour par Etihad Airways et le total abandon de Booking ( les deux sont toujours totalement injoignables ).

Man hat sich dadurch wohl gefühlt. Auch hat mir die Lage in Din Daeng sehr gut gefallen. Ich war gefühlt der einzige Tourist wenn ich dort durch die Straßen gelaufen bin.

Men så ut som en av de bedre hotell-treningssentrene jeg har sett. Lå i et koselig nabolag med flere 7 eleven og lokale spisesteder rett rundt hjørnet. Ikke noe negativt å melde.

• dsant1704 (8/5): - Everybody was very professional, you can see they care for their job and they know the deal. I loved the atmosphere of staying there, the swimming pool was a quiet and relaxing area, the rooms were so big and very clean, the toilet has a window. We stayed at the 12th floor, we couldn't hear the traffic from there. Some complained about hard beds, it's a matter of perspective I'd say, I have back problems and I found the mattress firm and supportive, but not hard. I slept like a baby. Honestly it was one of the best stays in Bangkok! It's a bit out from the central attractions so you must plan some extra travelling time as traffic in Bangkok is a hard core experience!

Grande piscine et salle de sport Logement propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. L'emplacement est dans un quartier populaire et c'est agréable par contre ce n'est pas très accessible des transports en commun. L'établissement est extrêmement protocolaire. (Signer quand vous allez à la piscine, pas d'accessibilité aux locaux en avance ni post check out etc ...) Pas de restauration sur place.

Super la mise en place et avec toujours du personnel souriant. Merci La réservation du taxi pour arriver qui ne nous a pas attendu à l'aeroport car le passage à l'immigration avait demandé 1h30
