- Camila (8/5): OK - Quartos bons, recepção um pouco antiga, mas os quartos são bem novos. Fiz pagamento antecipado e mesmo assim tentaram fazer a cobrança quando fui fazer o check-out... tive que apresentar diversas vezes que estava pago, achei a situação um pouco chata.
- davide (7/5): - davvero un bellissimo hotel, eccezionalmente pulito, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e riposo, i letti sono gigantesci ed il bagno ha buone dimensioni, il tutto condito da un bel design *il cuscino di emergenza in camera è stato apprezzato sicuramente un 4 stelle glorioso che fu, ma che ora è poco piu di una semplice pensione: non ci sono servizi in camera, come ad esempio frigobar o cortesie per gli ospiti, oppure come una semplice bottiglia di acqua o lo scaldabevande per un thè caldo (nulla di nulla!) i riscaldamenti al 5 di Ottobre con 6 gradi notturni esterni era incredibilmente spento (la dolce nonnina alla reception ci ha portato una piccola coperta per cercare di rimediare (ma ahimè, non è stato sufficente per non sentire freddo) il wc non scaricava bene e non hanno potuto cambiarci camera perchè era pieno (almeno cosi hanno detto, anche se onestamente non ho visto tutta questa gente nell'hotel) non hanno alcun tipo di servizio di navetta da o per la stazione centrale e nemmeno per la stazione del paesino, nonostante l'hotel sia del tutto fuori mano e la stazione piu vicina è nella prossima cittadina (circa 4/5km) nel pomeriggio e la sera la reception è gestita da una dolce nonnina che parla poco l'inglese e che poco si adatta ad un 4 stelle, non c'è reception notturna

Efter andra natten dök det upp en stark ammoniak doft i rummet. Personalen mötte oss med en konstig attityd och var ovilliga att hjälpa till först. Efter en stund fick vi ett ersättningsrum.

- Reem (7/5): Met expectations - Staff were the absolute best. The room had good dimensions. I chose it to be close to Adele’s concert’s location so that’s why the location is ideal. It is also only a few minutes away from the bus station Poor Wi-Fi connection The pillow was far too soft to provide neck support, I turned it onto itself to be able to sleep. It was a bit stuffy because the weather was hot and the window wasn’t enough to provide a breeze.

Very clean No cleaning of room and towel changes apparently this has to be requested after the first night .Also the bar and restaurant were not open in the evening only open for breakfast , I chose this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant ( apparently they were rest days which was Friday and Saturday ) .

The room didn't have air conditioning, and only some of the some of the switches and sockets didn't work The traditional pillows were not the most comfortable, but we managed to sleep well
