Stephen (8/5): Comfortable little apartment literally on the beach, the perfect location to enjoy San Agustin, Maspalomas and Playa Del - Great location, less than 1 minute from the beach. Bus stop 5 mins away with buses everywhere including the airport. A short walk to local shopping centre where there are some great restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only issue we had was neighbours were pretty noisy, but did not affect our stay in the slightest

Bad smell in the apt from the water. We had a lot of maintenance workers waking up every day at 7am. We couldn’t get in touch with the hosts as they were not responding to our messages

Andrew (9/5): I think everything about this property is 10/10 except for the condition of the bathroom. - The location of the apartment was perfect and the apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom needs some maintenance work. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the toilet and water was leaking from the shower.
Sara (8/5): Quasi perfetta - La posizione è fantastica: a soli 10 minuti da Maspalomas e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile, il che è stato un grande vantaggio. L'assistenza durante il soggiorno è stata ottima, il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Letto matrimoniale comodo, divano letto un po’ meno. La casa è molto bella e arredata con gusto, ma manca completamente di punti di appoggio come mensole e appendiabiti, il che rende difficile tenere tutto in ordine

Kim (9/5): Fijne locatie en gezellig appartement - Een heel gezellig appartement op een goede locatie! Voorzien van alle gemakken 🤗 Jammer dat de airco in de woonkamer hangt, daardoor is het op de slaapkamer best warm.

María Isabel (7/5): Un buen espacio cerca de la playa - La cercanía a la playa y el dormitorio. Nos encontramos el congelador de la nevera llena de hielo. Vino el técnico y nos lo limpió pero volvió a hacer mucho hielo. El baño es bastante grande pero la ducha tiene una mampara muy corta y se sale todo el agua, aparte de que se tupía mucho y se rebosaba el agua. Y el lavabo también nos dio problemas porque se salía el agua por debajo. Sé que son puntuales, pero lo digo para que puedan mejorarlo. El sofá es un poco incómodo. Es difícil aparcar en la zona principalmente en fin de semana y temporada alta. Pero se puede estar atento y suele moverse algún coche de vez en cuando.

Guadalupe (7/5): - Cerca de la playa Problemas de accesibilidad para personas mayores. Nos tocó en un segundo con escaleras. Mi madre con 88 años. Una sola cama de matrimonio y un sofá en el salón. Eramos dos personas. El plato ducha moderno pero no te puedes duchar bien, se sale el agua a el resto del baño. El balcón con vistas no se podía disfrutar pq los coches caravanas en el parking los teníamos pegados al balcón, haciendo sus comidas, cambiándose de ropa o simplemente mirándonos o preguntándonos que como estábamos

The owner is very friendly - he took into account all our wishes when checking in and out. We were very pleased! Thank you very much!!! if possible - a washing machine is needed
Korrell (9/5): Superb - Customer service was very quick to address any issues . Very polite respectful and supportive. I'd definitely go there again. It could be a bit more cleaner.I understand the difficulty because the walls are white.Especially the floors as they hold a lot of dirt the first day wearing white socks I realised how dirty the floor was. Also, I'd recommend cleaning the corner of the kitchen there were a lot of cob Webb's in the top corner.Finally just increasing the cleaning service for the duration of time. I just feel that for the price point it's quite high for a self serve. We're as other locations offer food services or hotels full inclusive for that price. So if there are certain amenities maybe that can constantly be topped up. Dishwasher tablets, washing soap, toilet paper etc, also there was no proper hand soap.just the little things . Maybe add a bit more closed privacy between the rooms in the outside area for the ground floor.

Maria (6/5): Good enough but I didnt like the service - It's bright and modern, the location is very good We arrived around 23hs and the lock door didn’t work , we spent 30 min minimum to get into the apartment We call the number on the email and the owner not only didnt come she ask Us to call the technical service .. nobody came to help us A guy from the tech service call me a few minutes later and finally he “fixed” the problem giving us another code to get in but the owner ignored the problem and never contacted us again to see if everything was okay or anything, not even to offer any attention or anything. Room service clearly doesn't exist, if no one came to open the door when we first arrived. The bathroom is big enough but there is no space to leave the shampoo etc , just on the floor The terrace is shared not private so you wake up with the noice of the neighbors The living room doesnt have a proper table to eat only a sofa and small tv , it needs more furniture to make it confortable
Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy. A few steps and you arrive at the beach. Perfect for family. The guest is super nice and responded immediately at my messages. It had washing machine shared apartments but no dryer. A minus it is that it does not have an oven, very useful to prepare food, but we knew from the beginning.
Malgorzata (10/5): Fantastic holiday - Great location, very quiet but close to everything, you can hear the waves while relaxing on the deck chair. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen, kettle etc. Everything was great!

Comfy, modern and spotless within one minute of the beach. - The apartment was stunning and it was so comfy and clean that it felt like we were the first visitors to stay there. It was a one minute walk to San Agustin beach and there were a selection of restaurants within 5-10 minute walks. Stunningly clean and the most comfy double bed that we might have ever had in a holiday let. Nothing! Perfect place.

Katarzyna (5/5): it was ok but for the money I expected something more. - The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location - close to the sea and restaurants. During the week of my stay, our apartment was not cleaned once. When I ran out of toilet paper, I had to write to the owner. Basic things such as clean towels, fresh bedding or vacuuming sand from the apartment were unfortunately not guaranteed. The cleaning service didn't even ask if we needed anything :( when it comes to the bathroom, there is no space for cosmetics or other things. Another disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom.

Christine (9/5): Absolutely lovely apartment, with a fab little kitchen and in an excellent location ! - Great location close to the beach and the apartment was modern, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Another plus is that the apartment block is small, only two stories high and with about six apartments. Would highly recommend. We had an apartment on the ground floor which was lovely but it wasn't private as the garden area was communal so if privacy is important to you, ask for one of the apartments on the upper floor which have private balconies. Also, the pillows were too firm and very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well which was a shame !

Brian (10/5): Perfect ,clean, fresh, stylish apartment - Looks exactly like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and really nice decor. We arrived and the instructions were easy to follow and we got there without any issue and managed to get entry to the property easily. The apartment when we arrived looked like it hadn’t been lived in it was so new and fresh. Great cooking facilities and the perfect lay out for self catering holidays. The balcony was lovely and overlooked the sea. It took about 1 minute walk from the apartment door to the beach which was clean and sandy. Location was great, we dined out every night and can recommend Loopy’s just up the hill and Papí’s grill up the hill and then left. Both easy walking distance. Not too far from the Centro De Comercial which also had a number of places to eat or drink. A new bar, Bamboo Beach club has just opened up nearby which was quite nice. The apartment is just next to the promenade which gives you access to a nice walk into Playa Del Angles or Maspalomas if you wish to walk that far. Also for runners, I ran 10 miles and didn’t leave the walk way too much. So whilst the apartment itself is absolutely perfect it gives you access to lots. It is a slightly quiet area, but if that’s what you want, this is perfect!! It was all great

Sally (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a handy location - Arrival instructions were very clear and host was both friendly and helpful. Decor was modern and tasteful, kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Location is right next to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and shops. It’s generally pretty quiet too. This was shown in the pictures so I should have looked closer but the lack of privacy in the garden was odd and the occasional (its only for a short time each day so not a big deal) loud music from the resort next door. Neither of these were huge problems and on balance the apartment was very nice.
